Booked as seemed a convenient spot between the inalpi arena (2 days at tennis finals) and tourist spots (and train station) €12 taxi fare to arena, 35 minute walk back, 30 minutes walk to palace

Had a suite 708, lovely big room, all black out curtains pulled down (assume people in courtyard can look straight in, we left them down), big table (not used) big chair (not used), 2 shower rooms and toilets welcome feature, felt like his and hers haha big comfy bed, slept well and didn’t really hear a thing other than the heater fan occasionally)

Breakfast was nice, continental and cooked, big choice

The suite though, we found a bit odd, we did not have an electric kettle, but a stove kettle that went on a hot plate that you could not tell if the plate was hot or not after use , the stove kettle poured badly, wasting as much hot water as I used. We had two large cups and two small cups with saucers, but had to go and ask at reception for coffee for the machine (I guess to avoid waste, understandable) there was a fridge and mini bar items, BUT NO PLATES AND NO CUTLERY, which we found very odd in a suite, why even provide a stove, may as well be a microwave, but we still wouldn’t have had a knife fork or spoon between us (I know we could have gone and asked but these are £250 a night rooms).

Cleaning was perfect, reception staff fab giving maps of where to go and find evening food, and booking us taxis to the tennis, we had a lovely 5 night stay and would definitely visit again

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, room on the smaller side but ok for our one night stay. Bathroom ok, possible shower upgrade would be nice. Hotel just outside of city centre but plenty of restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Would recommend Pasion, Argentinian steakhouse. Hotel has its own car park under hotel.

Overall good hotel. Clean ans comfortable. The parking is expensive and there's no other choice. One major probelm ials that they disabled the air-conditioning \"because it's October'. It is October but it's also hot and I'm paying for a room with aircon. Very helpful and welcoming staff.

There is construction at the hotel so getting dropped off by a taxi is incredibly difficult. There seemed to be confusion with the staff when we asked to use the jacuzzi - they didn’t realize it was locked, there were no towels, it was dirty. The actual room was nice even though the shower stall leaked so we used a bunch of towels to clean up the floor. Overall, it was okay, has the potential to be great.

Good room and convenient location

This is standard Best Western hotel - upper 3 star. Checking in took 20 minutes on day of arrival, which wasn't great.
We received a good quality, clean twin room with shower, good TV, Coffee machine and Fridge at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. We were happy with the room.
Breakfast was well laid out, enough for us and good value.
The location is convenient for the Rail station, Metro and local attractions.
The hotel advertises a Sauna, Wellness facility and an Executive Garden. All these facilities were closed. Using Covid as an excuse is not acceptable - either stop advertising these facilities or offer a refund. Even the downstairs Toilets were closed.

The location was excellent (3 mins walk) next to marconi station (1 station far from Porta Nuova).
Breakfast was good, can have a bit more variety..
I was disappointed from the cooling system, it wasnt functioning bcz as the staff said it was winter ... well i think the guest should have the option to choose his room temperature (cold or warm).
The staff was helpful when and before arriving through messages ...
I would give the hotel an excellent rating but not having the option to choose the temperature that i want in my room and stuck with the warm temperature made it a good experience instead of excellent !

This property had a great location near the train station. Close to restaurants and historical areas. The room was a good size for Europe. It included a fridge and kettle for hot water. Participated in a green program. It has a small fitness room and nice rooftop area. Bed was comfortable enough. Room 601 is near the elevator and there was some noise from that.

Staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful.

The two jacuzzis were disappointing and the outride one needed to be cleaned, the inside one needed to be cleaned also with more chlorine added.

BEWARE LAUNDRY CHARGES!!!!
Put clothes to ge laundered on our last day in and was stunned at the overall price upon return of the goods. Check first.

Have stayed at this Hotel on previous occasions which is within a 10 min walk of the Central Station. Rooms are of a good size and the Hotel is clean and well presented. Staff are efficient and courteous.
Downside is the breakfast... first day no scrambled eggs just fried eggs all over cooked...no bacon just small sliced sausage even though both were available on other stays. Second morning scrambled egg and bacon appeared however both were cold and the bacon was over cooked to the extent is was nearly black. The rest were slim pickings and basically not worth the extra cost. The hotel lost power in the early hours of the morning and had and extended period of several hours blacked out. No hot water until the late afternoon.

Marked this hotel down because it advertised a swimming pool - my key search criterion - and it was really large spa pool. Very disappointing during a hot July! On further investigation it appears the hotel is confused as on some sites it is described as a spa pool and others a swimming pool.....

Fantastic staff at a great hotel

Every member of the staff was amazing! We needed to leave before 4 am and they made sure we had a cab As well as breakfast cake before we left. They also gave us great suggestions for things to do outside the city.

The room was big and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly (important during the heatwave we experienced). Also there are some. I've pieces of art in the public spaces.

It's a bit isolated in relation to the more tourist friendly stuff.

Hotel was clean and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was ok apart from the cooked items, they were cold. Only other criticism I have is the shower size. If you're a medium build like myself, there's no room to move. I don't understand why any hotel would use showers that are so small.

Hotel is well located, walking distance from the train station and plenty of restaurants nearby. Only drawback was the air conditioning in the room. It would only heat and not cool, we had to open the window to cool the room down. It overlooked a busy street and with the cool air coming in, so did all the noise from the street. We were told by reception that all the rooms were the same and sugggted we sleep with the window open. It was ok but not really what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. On the plus side, the room was very clean.

I visited Torino for a relative's graduation ceremony. Overall, this Best Western property is a decent hotel with helpful and friendly staff.

Good proximity to ATM machines, supermarkets, R.C. church, pharmacies, and small boutiques (clothes and shoes).

The gym was small but serviceable. Breakfast buffet selections and variety very good, though I only ate there on the morning of my departure.

During my stay, I also tried some of the local cafes for morning cappuccino, as I preferred not to include breakfast in my room rate. Housekeeping were stingy with bath towels but this is a common practice in Italy. I had to request extra towels nearly every day.

Quite and respectful clientele use this hotel. My room faced the street but the thick windows insulated me from most traffic noise.

Convenient and clean Hotel

It was one of the best hotels I stayed in terms of room quality and facilities. Only problem no kettle for tea and coffee which was compensated with a 5 Euro breakfast which was better than other hotels which we paid tripple. Bathroom had a door from washing basin which was really good. All things about room and hotel was great. I even printed my documents in business area for free. Location is a short walk from metro which takes you to wherever yu wanna go nothing much in the neighbourhood.

Comfortable and trendy

Initially the check-in was a bit annoying because we have a 5 year old and a 10 month old infant and the room was apparently only for \"3\", even though the baby sleeps in a bed with us. The hotel staff was apparently perplexed but \"let it slide\" and told us we have to be responsible for the baby (as if we wouldn't??) and allowed our family of 4 to stay. The room was great - a separate bedroom and my 5 year old slept in a \"living room\" area on a twin bed so it was great to have the separation for when the baby wakes in the night. The facilities are very modern and trendy. Upstairs on the roof is a very tiny pool and some oversized connect 4 and chess games. No shade up there, beware. But my son and husband still had a great time for a couple hours while the baby napped. Location wise we needed to take a taxi to get to the center, which the hotel staff called and it cost less then 10 euros to get there.
Breakfast is an additional 5 euros and was probably the best deal in Italy - the breakfast had everything you could want, including a juice maker where you can make fresh orange and carrot juice.
The air conditioning in the room didn't really work, so it was hot and stuffy. That's the only downfall, but an important one as it was over 90 in Torino that day.

Good Central Location

A good location near the main railway station yet it is very quiet and peaceful. The hotel does not have a restaurant as there are excellent restaurants nearby and a map plus listing are provided. We found this very useful. The rooms are modern, spacious and well presented. The breakfast buffet is also very good. The staff are helpful and informative.

I can recommend this hotel as an ideal one in Turin.

I was actually very surprised at the quality of the hotel. Very clean, the staff was very professional and went out of their way to help us. We did not speak the Italian language and they spoke broken english, but they were very patient and help us navigate the city. The staff went out of their way to help us with transportation. They help us with the train schedules, taxis, and pointed us to several excellent restaurants and site seeing tours. The biggest surprise was the continental breakfast provided each morning. The food was excellent and we look forward to our meal every morning, the breakfast was amazing.

I stayed here because my usual hotel in Turin was fully-booked. The hotel is located some 500m behind Turin's Porta Nuova station (not the nicest of areas but not unsafe to walk through at any time of day). It is therefore just a 10-minute walk from Turin's historic centre. The hotel staff were helpful and ready to assist, the rooms are spacious and the choice of breakfast is wide. My only complaint is that the wifi was rather weak, however it is free and it works if you are willing to wait. I will definitely return to this hotel when next in Turin.

Booked the hotel because it was central, despite one or two reviews that mentioned the area around the station was a little rough. We found the hotel with no problems and although the area around the station is being worked on the short walk around the hotel was fine. Staff on front desk were brilliant and directed us to good local places to eat - also gave us direction up to the football stadium etc. The staff apologised for the work going on to change public area of hotel but there was no need, the work did not spoil any part of our stay.The room was excellent with more an apartment feel. We returned to the hotel around 1.00 am and the area was bright lots of people about at local bars etc. and felt very safe. Breakfast was good and again staff very helpful.

The room was fairly nice and was cleaned daily. In terms of hotel amenities, there's not that much; just an open roof sauna that can be used in the summer. I wouldn't call it a 4* hotel. But the staff are helpful. The hotel is about 10 minutes by foot to Porta Nuova train station. All in all it was a good experience for the short time that we spent there.

Hotel is a good 15 minutes walk to nearest metro. Room is so so. Bottled water is not complimentary but cost 2.5 Euros per bottle. Breakfast is boring. Will give this hotel a miss next time.

Welcoming and comfortable

We chose this establishment because we were looking for a city centre hotel that would provide a reasonably priced, clean and comfortable place to stay for the duration of a short visit. It delivered on all counts, plus providing free parking and cheerful staff on the front desk. The location was not the most glamorous that Turin has to offer but this was outweighed by the other qualities. We would happily stay there again.

Excellent choice for Torino

Excellent 4 star hotel for Italy. Very conveniently located next to the metro line and close to the city center and good restaurants.
