Helpful and patient staff. Our room/apartment was unusual/weird and down a few doors from the actual hotel, in a building that contained private apartments and at least 1 business, but, it was clean and the Murphy bed was comfortable. The room was pretty warm; we wished we could have cooled it other than open windows…noisy outback and odors from full trash bins from neighboring restaurants & folks’ cigarette smoke drifted up into our room. (Our window overlooked the car park alley. ) Hotel parking was fine, but quite difficult to find without staff assistance. A walkable location with restaurants, piazzas and shops nearby. Good breakfast with a nice variety. The internet in our room never worked…never. Finally, due to some system upgrades/update, we had to pay with cash. (due to the requirement to pay with cash, we were given one night of parking.) We suggest, if you stay in this hotel, ask to stay in the hotel proper and not one of the apartments. We had no idea we would not be staying in the hotel proper.

Breakfast was great and staff were lovely. Room(s) was plesant and spacious, but bathroom needed some work done as it seemed the doorframe was detached from the wall; the shower cubical was so small you don't have much room to move your arms to wash yourself, and the side of the toilet was right against the wall. Neighbours were a bit noisy. Unsure about the motion sensor hall light as you couldn't use the mirror without standing far away from it and constantly moving.

REQUEST A LIFT AS THE HOTEL HAS ONE NEXT DOOR

reviews misleading ie it says on hotels.com page there is a lift but tripadviser reviews said steps only - i requested lift for my wife, the hotel has an annex with entry via next door with a lift but needs to be requested by phoning in advance. Room also had a kitchenette so fridge, kettle was put to use even with a great breakfast. Also our room was quiet as overlooking the back so no traffic/tram noise

Great location near railway station and bus to airport, and about 15 minutes walk to royal palace. Basic accommodation but comfortable enough and clean, friendly staff, and decent breakfast (eggs, cold cuts, homemade pies) included with the room.

This hotel has a great location. It is a few minutes walk to the Turin Porta N. train station, and you can also walk about 15 minutes to the royal palace/Duomo de Turin.
Breakfast is very good, especially for the carpaccio!
The only problem is: A small shower room. It is not suitable for fat men.

Do not contact them via Expedia. It is probable they won't respond. Call or email them directly. I had submitted a parking spot reservation but that did not pan out. Luckily, they did work out a beautiful solution for us which I appreciated greatly. The breakfast is great. It is in a central location very close to our favorite QC Termetorino. The only issue we had was with the elevator. There were a lot of construction and moving happening which held up the elevator which is shared with other establishments in the building.

This is a great little spot in a well serviced area. The main concern we had with the room was that there was an awful smell coming from the pipes. When we arrived we noticed an air freshener in the bathroom and thought it was a nice touch. Sadly, this air freshener is needed. If you shut the door it's not a problem. Otherwise the room was good and had one of the most comfortable beds. Reception was lovely and the breakfast was nice.

Check in for this hotel ends at 7 pm. Unfortunately, there was no reminder email about this and we arrived around 10 pm. The hotel was already locked up by that time with no one to open the door. I later realized that the hotel had sent an email asking when I’d be arriving at 6:38 PM that day and let me know that they’d be closing at 7. This email came way too late as I was 3 hours away at that time.

What a gem, right at the centre of beautiful Torino, with thoughtful, kind and attentive staff. They even arranged an airport transfer for 40 Euro. Breakfast was delicious and the executive studio, spacious and stylish - much like the city itself. Thank you for looking after us so well.

I love my room at Hotel Adalesia! It was a spacious studio with small kitchen and generous space. The room was very comfortableand modern. And the A/C worked extremely well. The hotel was very conveniently located close to the train station and very walkable to major tourist sites. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall great experience, great location, housekeeping, except the receptionist. She did everything to make me pay for an extra person, although my reservation with expedia, the rules of the hotel allowed Me to accommodate 3 persons. Also, she made me wait for 45 mins until she checked me out, doing her best to make me pay extra!! Bottom-left, she couldn't succeed. I would never hire such an employee, with very negative attitude, and zero customer service experience!! I feel bad for the owner, who seemed to be a gentleman, and a lovely person.

Nice hotel, near the Train station.

We booked this hotel because of the convenience of being so close to the train station, especially since we were planning to stay for only a few hours in Turin before continuing our trip. This hotel was a great surprise, nicely decorated nonpretentious and with a simple and clean style. The room was really clean and comfortable (maybe a little bit on the small side, but it was for one night). The Lobby really was few uncomfortable chairs, but honestly, who wants to hang out in the Lobby when you are in a great city like Turin. The fact that after a certain hour is no one in the Lobby can be the only annoying part but you get an access card so you go out at night and be back to your room so you still able to enjoy the city.

1st Time in Torino

We visited Turin for the first time in August 2017 and stayed at the Adalesia. Overall, the hotel was decent value for the price paid. We arrive early so had dropped off the luggage first. They did not have a bathroom for guests to use, as the lobby was just a desk adjacent to a cafe type space that served breakfast. The room itself is very small and basic, but clean. Bed was fresh but very firm. Bathroom is small, especially the shower stall. The AC worked well, but got too cold and could not be adjusted for some reason. The wifi took some efforts to connect. The room itself faced the back of the building and was quiet for the most part but hallway noise could be heard crystal clear.
The location of the hotel was very good - just a few blocks from the train station and a brief walk to all of the museums and shopping.

Hotel Adalesia is well=located for the Porta Nuova train station and is attractive and up-dated.
There is one very nice, hard-working young woman at the front desk (only until 9:00 pm) who is responsible for everything. The lowest cost room is too small for two people. The studio apartment next door in a building with elevator is much nicer. We did not take the breakfast which is 7 euros pp per day.

Hotel short walk from Port Nuvoeau station, Bedding very clean, poor lighting in bathroom, Shower, toilet & bidet directly in line with large clear glass window which is fitted with Roman type curtain, but was not able to operate the mechanism in order to lower the curtain.

No notices in room regarding fire exit or assembly point in the event of fire.

Hotel sighted on very busy one way street that is heavily used by trams. Tram stop opposite to the Right of front of hotel, & traffic lights opposite left of hotel, resulting in lots of traffic noise because the trams are having to make lots of stops & starts. I personally found it almost impossible to sleep because of the high level of traffic noise.

Although this hotel is ideally situated in relation too the main line station, & the bedding really clean, I could not recommend this hotel because of the high level of traffic noise.

Staff are friendly and helpful - the hotel is situated within easy walking distance of railway station (Porto Nueva) and 30 minutes walk from Porto Susa) Cathedral is approx. 15 minutes walk.

Only downside is if you have a room fronting road it can be noisy due to trams but rear facing rooms very quiet for a city hotel

Easily Accessible Torino

Our Italy trip involved walking within cities and use of trains between cities and towns so we looked for centrally located accommodation. Adalesia was a short walk from the Torino station, close to restaurants, shops and \"tourist destinations\", making it an ideal location.
Our initial introduction was a little bizarre - the mature couple running the hotel speak no English and we speak no Italian - however, after what was obviously the routine spiel about the hotel (in Italian), the lady in reception was able to show us the door code for access to the building and introduce us to our room using gestures and pointing. After this we communicated with smiles and waves as we came and went!
The room was very comfortable and quiet - except for the shared plumbing. Although little \"people noise\" reached us from next door, it sounded as if their shower was in our wardrobe! I'm sure they also shared our bathroom showers and flushes - not a big issue but a bit off-putting.
Adalesia did not take our deposit/payment before we stayed (as expected by the Expedia booking confirmation) - a bit of a surprise when given the final bill. Fortunately the receptionist at that time had some English so we could work out we were not being charged twice!
Having said all that, we really enjoyed our time in Torino and would happily stay at Adalesia again.

The hotel is in a good location for access to cafes, shops and transport. Staff were friendly and helpful and reception is covered 24 hours. Rooms are very comfortable, nicely furnished, well heated and very clean. There is some traffic noise at the front of the hotel due to the trams running during the night, however we found our room at the rear of the building to be much quieter and just right.

We thought this hotel might have been a risk as there are few reviews however it's reasonably new so everyone has to start somewhere. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. We arrived via train and the hotel is easy to find and within 3 minutes walk. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The hotel has been tastefully decorated and is well managed. There are always staff around to help and the secure entry door is welcomed as it's on a busy street. Great little hotel in Turin, would recommend to all.

L hotel était tres bien situé et le petsonnel tres accueillant et souriant. Bon petit déjeuner.

La chambre etait grande mais le grand lit etait en fait 2 lits une place mis cote à côte et relies par un grand drap housse 2 places donc pad tres confortable. Chambre donnant sur une rue où le tram passe donc assez bruyant et chambre mal isolee on entend les gens prendre leur douche tres tard ou tres tôt le matin.

Hotel antigo, atendimento cordial, café simples, os quartos ficam em outra entrada do café, estacionamento interno sem cobertura por €25/diaria. Elevador pequeno, chaves antigas para abertura dos quartos e do prédio. Hotel está bem localizado.

De passage en famille à 4, notre séjour c'est bien déroulé : accueil en Français, chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner sérieux avec de véritables chocolats italiens et capucinos de barista (pas une machine) + de sympathiques attentions dans la chambre : bouteilles d'eau, infusions.
Seuls bemols : la place de parking assez juste pour un SUV et la petite douche ne comporte qu'un pommeau fixe (compliqué pour les filles)
Dans l'ensemble je recommande chaudement !

Tivemos problemas com o Hotel, pois reservamos um quarto quádruplo com uma cama de casal e duas camas de solteiro e colocaram a gente em um apartamento com sofá cama e colchonete. Informamos na recepção que o hotel não estava cumprindo os termos da reserva, mas a hotel informou que não tinha mais disponibilidade de quartos e somente poderia realizar a troca no dia seguinte, deixando uma uma idosa dormir em um colchonete. O café da manhã é simples

L'hôtel est au centre-ville avec une possibilité de réserver une place de parking (très appréciable), ainsi qu'un bon petit déjeuner avec viennoiseries italiennes mais également du jambon, oeuf etc. L'entrée du parking est à la gauche de l'hôtel, quelques places identifiées dans la cour. L'accueil était bien agréable.

Os aptos são pequenos com móveis, toalhas e lençóis bons. Amenidades muito fracas. O acesso ao apartamento é fora do acesso do hotel com muitas chaves para abrir várias portas. Graças a Deus que tinha elevador. Não imaginava que fosse assim. Seria importante que o hotel deixasse bem claro - o acesso ao apartamento.

Il personale è stato gentile ed accogliente. La struttura è in una posizione abbastanza centrale e si raggiunge comodamente a piedi piazza San Carlo. Purtroppo la nostra camera si trovava in un edificio diverso rispetto alla zona dedicata alla colazione (si doveva uscire ed eventualmente rientrare nel palazzo accanto dopo la colazione), questo mi ha un po’ dispiaciuto visto che avevo prenotato due mesi e mezzo prima rispetto alla data del mio viaggio (senza nessuna comunicazione preventiva, altrimenti avrei cambiato hotel). Inoltre la camera presentava un bagno molto stretto e l’appartamento aveva un androne che nonostante le precauzioni restava aperto ed era tramite di passaggio con una corte interna un po’ poco tranquilla, alla mercè di tutti evidentemente, non mi sarei sentita molto al sicuro la notte da sola se non fossi stata accompagnata.

Bagno minuscolo! Attenzione se non siete magri!

Posizione comodissima a due passi dalla stazione di Porta Nuova e vicino al centro. Check in solo dalle ore 15 senza eccezioni. La camera abbastanza essenziale ma la cosa veramente difficile è stato il bagno: minuscolo! Mai visto un box doccia così piccolo e il water incastrato in un angolo. Se non sei esile diventa veramente una sfida usufruire del bagno. Non so se sono tutte così le stanze o se sono stata sfortunata.

La cama y almohadas muy cómodas, baño descuidado, ducha muy pequeña, con mampara rota, se salía el agua, toallas buenas y limpias, ningún canal de TV en español, se puede ir andando a ver lo más destacable, bien comunicado desayuno bien.

Buena ubicación

Nuestra habitación estaba en un portal allado del hotel, las zonas comunes eran antiguas y sucias, pero una vez que entrabas en la zona que pertenecia al hotel todo estaba bien y limpio. El desayuno estupendo y el personal muy atento. La ubicacion es perfecta para visitar la ciudad.

Leider waren die Parkplätze, welche zum Hotel gehören ausgebucht, weshalb wir uns woanders eine Parkmöglichkeit suchen mussten. Es ist zu empfehlen vorab einen Parkplatz zu reservieren. Das Zimmer war leider zum Zeitpunkt des Check-Ins nicht fertig, weshalb wir extra warten mussten. Unser Zimmer war im Nebengebäude. Das Bad war sehr klein. Der Rest vom Zimmer war in Ordnung und das Notwendigste war vorhanden. Das Frühstück war klein, aber es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat. Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung.

Riguardo la struttura esterna all’albero dove abbiamo soggiornato, dovrebbe essere migliorato sia il palazzo dove è situata, sia la stanza. Unico pregio la grandezza della camera e la presenza di due ambienti separati.
