The room is nice and the little courtyard is very cosy. Everything was clean, modern and in good shape.
Communication with the hotel was good, but there was a few things that could have been better.
Location was great as well, right at the center of Turin and close to everything.
1. They send out an guide with parking(which is good service), but the information is not right, so we ended up paying more than double the price than we were supposed to. We could ofcause have checked ourselves, but its tough when everything is in italian and i guess we trusted the hotel's information.
2. Internet was poor, it was hard for me to work, which was frustrating and streaming on the TV was impossible.
3. On Hotels it says you can buy a breakfast, you can but it is just some sweet bread thats delivered from a nearby facility. Not a continental breakfast, and not like the picture that is on Hotels.com.
All in all we had a great stay and would recommend the place, but the 3 things above is the reason we cannot give 5 stars.
