The worst I've ever had in my life.
An unclean room.
A bed they slept in and the sheets weren't changed.
A shower and toilet that smelled of sewage.
Air conditioning and heating that didn't work.
And worst of all, a staff that wasn't willing to help and didn't care about anything.

Was upgraded to a double when checking in, but the room was decorated totally in a depressing grey and looked tired. The Banksy-style wall art was seriously menacing for a woman travelling alone! Asked for a corkscrew as the bar didn’t seem to be manned at any time, but there was none available, and when I asked where I could get coffee (no facilities in room) concierge waved his arms towards the door saying that there weren’t plenty of coffee shops in the locale - unhelpful. On the bright side, breakfast at an adjoining building was plentiful with scrambled eggs, bacon bits, mini croissants and cake.

This is a very basic 4 star hotel about 20 minutes walk from Torino Porta Nuova station.

The personel are very nice and hospitable, but the bedrooms and bathrooms need investment as they're old.

In our room, the handle was coming off the window and the electrical socket was coming out of the wall. When you turned on the bathroom light, it made a loud noise.

The shower head needs to be cleaned very well or better yet replaced.

The breakfast was average and could be upgraded a bit with a minimum of effort.

That said, the people are nice and if you book a few months before you can get a good price.

Under construction? Only sheets on the bed, used the spare blanket in the closet. No power to the already locked safe. The fixtures in the bathroom still had tags and stickers. No towel or tp holders, just stored on the floor of the small shower. Construction dust and particles in the corners, at the base of doors and on the tiled bathroom walls. Quiet enough until construction crew started up before 8.

The hotel was in poor condition, the mini fridge was not working, the toilet flush was broken, breakfast toaster broken for the entirety of our long weekend there. The room telephone was broken and even lights didn’t work.

The staff failed to even fulfill basic requests like an extra pillow or blanket. I wouldn’t recommend

Expected more than this!

I spent a night in the hotel and it was not that good. The room was not clean as the floor was already dirty the moment i enter the room. Smelly room, bed and towels.
I’ve been given a room in the last level (602) it was big but not that great. Bathroom experience was bad as the shower was broken and i had to fix it in a way so that i can take shower. As mentioned earlier the towels were smelly.
I would not recommend the hotel at all unless you need to visit the city and it’s the only option.

Good location but anything else was disappointing

Stylish hotel however the facilities need some renovation. Sound insulation is non existing and I was regularly waken up overnight by other guests or by trucks loading/unloading stuff In front of the hotel. The room was so dark that I couldn’t make a Facetime video call. Overall I don’t give the lowest score because of the polite staff and convenient location. I can’t comment about cleanliness because as said the room was too dark.

Checked in after lunch and while check in process was ok , when I got to my room I found
It was miles too warm. Totally unacceptable- informed the staff but got told cool AC does not work so open a window. Bit of a joke for the money paid. Would NOT go back to this Hotel or recommend it ..

Hotel with modern setting but basic comfort

This hotel probably qualifies as chic. However, the comfort is basic. The bed was actually two smaller beds side by side and the room barely larger than the bed itself.
However, the breakfast was amazing, with quality cold cuts, cheers, pastries and quality Italian coffee/capuccino/etc.
The rate was also reasonable.

Not your average European hotel

The hotel is refreshingly different than any other hotels that I have stayed in (and I travel frequently).

The word \"art\" in the name is indicative of what you will find here. There is art throughout, and the rooms (at least the room I had) art featured prominently. And the room was very spacious.

The hotel staff were over-the-top friendly and made the stay that much better.

Stayed at this hotel several years ago when it was beautiful. Now it needs work. The stucco is peeling off the walls, mold on the bathtub, the floor looks dirty although it probably is just worn.

Very enjoyable stay

Had four days in Turin with business and the my stay at Art Hotel Boston was perfectly satisfying with a very comfortable room which I think was at the cheaper end. The breakfast was complete with all you would expect plus great coffee :) The restaurant was fine although there were some nice cheaper alternatives very close by including some amazing pizza although the name of the restaurant escapes me. All it was a easy and comfortable stay and I would highly recommend it.

I was traveling alone but Turin was a wok coming city with lots to see and do and an interesting history. I would reccomend both Turin and the art hotel Boston

Fabulously creative art and decor throughout

For the lover of modern art and design, Art Hotel Boston is a unique experience. The service is superb in every way. At the front desk, Roberta, Allesandro and Davide are delightfully helpful. A great breakfast is included. The only drawback is that the rooms are a bit small, and it's a good idea to request one that has been recently renovated. Highly recommended overall.

This hotel was perfect for my business trip.
I arrived late with the train from Milan and it was just 10 min walk fron the station. I had a nice room on 5th floor with a terrace.
The bar next to lobby was perfect for business dicussions thje next day, and then a 5-dish lunch in the restaurang.

Art does not extend to the bedroom - not a 4 Star

We arrived with a lot of hope having viewed the pictures on the website. The reception area and location was very good. We then went to our room - how disappointing - avoid room 107. Poor decoration - tatty floor which they will tell you is part of the art!!! We were moved to another room without much fuss. This was 'bettter' however the room was tired and in need of some TLC.
The description falters to deceived - this is most definitely not a four star hotel

Nice boutique hotel with style

I stayed in one of the art theme rooms (416 with horse theme). The room was clean and funky. The breakfast was a good one but I would urge you to check out the hotel restaurant. For less than 50€ they offer a 7 course meal with wines. The money in this restaurant is well spent. However, while I went there, there were no other customers. With the prices and the quality of the kitchen, I cant believe it.

The lobby/bar area of the hotel is a modern art museum. The place has authentic Andy Warhol and other contemporary masters.

I have been to this Hotel several times and I like it. Usually I have been given a nice and spacious room. This time the room was very small. Additionally, the bed was not a proper double bed but two singles joined together which made it not very comfortable for two people. In view of the quality of the room, the price charged for night was expensive.

Camere con arredamento minimale, scadente e malandato, lenzuola e asciugamani maleodoranti, bagno sporco e box doccia rotto, vetro della finestra rotto, abatjour non funzionante, presa della corrente scomoda sotto la scrivania. Il secondo giorno non sono stati rimessi gli asciugamani puliti. Ascensore traballante. Anche i bagni nel seminterrato sono sporchi e mal funzionanti. Colazione scarna con prodotti poco freschi. Avevamo prenotato 2 camere vicine, di cui una con letti separati. L'hotel non aveva ricevuto questa segnalazione da Expedia quindi ci sono state date due camere su piani diversi, entrambe con letto matrimoniale. Alla nostra richiesta in reception, in una delle due camere hanno separato i letti al momento del check-in ma la sera successiva li abbiamo trovati uniti nuovamente. Personale gentile ma la struttura nell'insieme è poco funzionale e male organizzata.

Le zone comuni dell’hotel sono ben arredate e con un buon gusto per il design moderno con contaminazioni etniche. La nostra stanza, una matrimoniale, era pulita ma con i segni del tempo e richiederebbe una piena ristrutturazione. Il bagno, in ordine e pulito, andrebbe ripreso completamente. Zona centrale per Torino, siamo a Crocetta.

Honnêtement, une grosse déception. À notre arrivée, la chambre était dans un état horrible : odeur de moisissure, toilettes et draps sales, couvertures vieilles, coffre-fort bloqué… et il manquait même des serviettes. Heureusement, l’agent d’accueil (très sympa) nous a changé de chambre le lendemain, mais même la nouvelle chambre restait médiocre. Franchement, cet hôtel est très loin de mériter ses 4 étoiles – il n’en mérite même pas une.

Le petit déjeuner inclus était infect, à part le café, et nous sommes tombés malades dès le deuxième jour. L’ambiance générale est froide et humide, le chauffage n’était pas disponible alors qu’il faisait très frais dans la chambre. Le ménage est fait en surface, mais dès qu’on soulève les draps, la poussière s’envole.

Le personnel est globalement agréable (merci à la réception), mais une dame, petite et très speed dans le restaurant (le matin au petit déjeuner), a été franchement désagréable : elle ignore les demandes, parle vite en italien sans aucun effort d’anglais et donne l’impression de mal parler aux clients.

Bref, un hôtel à fuir. Les photos et la notation 4 étoiles ne reflètent en rien la réalité.

Non sono solito recensire ma qui è d'obbligo sia verso Expedia che verso i prossimi clienti che volessero prenotare Struttura evitare come la morte stanza anni 70 fredda senza coperta se non in armadio condizionatore che si trova solo per estetica doccia fatiscente binari doccia pieni di ruggine flessibile rotto mancanza di presenza del cordoncino di emergenza in doccia mancanza di telefono in camera televisore in posizione non fruibile mancanza di acqua calda se non dopo svariati minuti , dal rubinetto e dal bidet acqua che non esce o se esce è marrone reception teli bagno che non sono teli ma asciugamani con una qualità prossima allo zero non idonea a risolvere le criticità anzi promettono di intervenire ma non viene fatto nulla assolutamente non un hotel 4 stelle in ultimo colazione grottesca il reparto dolci senza protezione uova e bacon non coperti mancanza di assortimento e selezione come dovrebbe avere un albergo 4 stelle salati solo 1 tipo di formaggio e prosciutto cotto poi con calma esce lo speck... questo è il secondo hotel con problemi mi chiedo se la città di Torino sia capace di avere strutture idonee alle stelle ed al prezzo richiesto...ho grossi dubbi

Ho prenotato l’hotel Boston Art in gran fretta non leggendo le recensioni.
Una volta lette mi ero quasi pentito ma poi visto che dovevo solo trascorrere una notte ho deciso di non cambiare.
Mi sono trovato bene e non ho vissuto nulla di quanto letto.
Il punto di forza è sicuramente il personale, molto professionale e pronto per ogni richiesta.
La stanza (singola) era molto accogliente, il bagno con doccia pulito. Ho trovato una bella atmosfera anche nella prima colazione con un ottimo personale.
L’hotel probabilmente non è un vero 4 stelle ma se l’Inter ne ha 2 tutto è possibile.

Etwas weit von der Innenstadt und vom Bahnhof Porta Nuova.

Soggiorno osceno , in una camera sporca , piena di polvere e macchie nel bagno. Non mi hanno potuto cambiare camera perché, dicevano, non avevano disponibilità di camere .
Donna alla reception molto maleducata e non professionale sosteneva che la camera l' avessi sporcata io.

La struttura si presenta molto bene, il personale gentile e disponibile. La stanza era spaziosa e ben pulita.
Unica nota negativa la finestra del bagno: essendo la stanza all'ultimo piano era presente una piccola finestra sul tetto la cui apertura era comandata tramite pulsantiera. Il motorino era però inceppato e non si riusciva ad aprire.
Per il resto struttura consigliata
