Close to Porta Susa. But the hotel is really basic. Sound insulation is non existent. You can hear the next rooms bathroom. And noise from outside. My room was quite large and clean. It's a little way from the centre. But i loved the walk with lots of cafes and shops.

If I go to Turin, I always book at the Hotel Dock Milano. The staff and rooms are nice and comfortable. The breakfast is okey, don't expect to much. Beside that I would always recommend it.

Very clean, decent bed and great shower with strong pressure and hot water. Decent breakfast with a choice of hot and cold food, cereal and yogurt. They will also make Capuchino's etc. if you ask in addition to drip coffee and an espresso machine. Close walk to the city center and less than 5 minutes to the Metro/Train station. Rooms are simple and plain as expected with a 3-star hotel. Also, a bit noisy from street noise and thin walls. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again and its hard to critique for the price.

The only problem we had with the hotel was the noise, it is a convenient walk from the train station, and on the main tram line which was very noisey throughout the night. The room was too hot to leave the windows closed and the air conditioning was not working this time of year, so we had not choice but to open the windows. Everything else about this hotel was great.

The dock milano hotel is amazing. I learned some italian words wirh the sraff. Thanks to them. We took the 48 hours pass. So we were able to visit everything with tramway #13 and to go to dinner with the metro. The breakfast was great.

Ditch the plastic glasses in the room

The staff at the Dock are always very helpful helpful and speak excellent English, and the breakfast options are relatively good. The hotel I have to rate eco friendly only 3 stars because water cups individually wrapped in plastic. At least they don’t have individual shampoo packets so that’s good but there’s absolutely no reason not to provide paper cups instead of plastic. Comfortable bed and pillows. Didn’t sample the wifi. Close proximity to Torino Porta Susa train station a real plus…less than 10 minutes walk.

Great base for a one night stay between train into/from Porta Susa station. Not at all fancy, but a good comfortable bed for the night, decent shower and absolutely fine varied breakfast included in our room rate. Very helpful to have bags stored for us at the hotel the day we were leaving, so that we could explore fascinating Turin until our lunchtime train. Our second visit to this hotel.

Opted for the non superior room so my kfast was 7 til 10.30 so I was able to grab a mug from breakfast area and take back to room before taking them back down for breakfast. 2 coffee machines, a selection of teas and scrambled eggs, bacon fault I’d not realised no coffee making facilities. BreaChoose this hotel due to location as was arriving after 20:00 and majority of our options were charging more for late check in or were access via lock box or meet so reception was a bonus. The hotel is in a great location for transport links to the airport & it’s very direct to walk into central Turin. The staff were lovely, particularly the reception staff who seemed to realise that I was a little nervous about going out to dinner on my own the first night before I knew the area & they gave me recommendations for restaurants that were close & gave me a lovely welcome when I arrived back- much appreciated x I stayed in the single room & I know I’m a very light sleeper but the walls seemed paper thin - I could hear the guy next door yawning!!! So rather noisy for me but maybe the other rooms are better. I’d recommend this hotel for location & friendliness of the staff .

Reception staff are great. Really nice and friendly - speak a load of languages. Rooms are a decent size, clean and comfortable. Second time staying at this hotel - on way from Paris to holiday in Tuscany. Location close to Porta Susa perfect for us. Loads of good places to eat (some great places to eat - check out Raffaleo, Via Piave 5/M, angolo via del Carmine, 10122, Torino) and drink within short walk.

This property is a bit bit of a distance from the main sites, yet is Conveniently close to Metro stop XVIII Diciembre and a major bus stop. Staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and secure, and they serve a great breakfast with tasty coffee and a variety of food. There are also multiple restaurants in walking distance and just a couple of blocks over, a large outdoor market. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Turin.

They don’t allow early check in at all. Not even 10 mins early! Very strange practice as I have checked in many hotels up to 4 hours before and have never had an issue like this. The WiFi kept dropping and won’t connect which was a big inconvenience too.

The rooms are very basic, and not very modern. The breakfast is very good. A good 15 min walk to the centre. Lots of restaurants, cafes and a handy supermarket located in the street. Very easy to reach hotel by the airport Bus.

Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly helpful staff. Only downside was one set of stairs for exit was blocked off for repair/construction. Hopefully this project will be completed soon and access to the next floor by stair will be usable again. Public transportation is close by. Parking in public garage was about 700 meters away and reasonable.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Everything was super clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location

The breakfast was very good with lots of choice of fresh bread, pastries, fruits, meats and cheese.

Our only slight niggle wad the single beds were very narrow and the bedside plugs were behind a shelf so we couldn't use them but there was another plug in the room.

This hotel was easily accessible to the train station-porta susa. It is an older hotel, but well maintained.The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was big with beautiful high ceilings. The AC was a bit temperamental, but that is Europe.

Brilliantly located for the Porta Susa station, some areas of the hotel slightly dated/worn (carpets on stairs) but a much better than functional base for our couple days in the city. Very effective double glazing meant we could either listen to the city hubbub or block it out (to aid sleep). Good range of breakfast items.

Stayed here during my recent trip to Turin. All staff were so kind and helpful, from front desk to cleaning staff. Breakfast everyday consists of a large array of items. Only a few minor complaints - AC did not get very cold quickly, but cooled down the room quite a bit considering outside temperatures of 95. Wifi was also slow at times, probably because others were on the network.

I was going to be leaving from Porta Susa station on fast train to Paris, so great location just across the road. The bed was lumpy, but I hope the excellent staff will report my complaint. Otherwise everything good except the plastic glass in the bathroom, but at least the soap was in refillable dispensers and not single use plastic. The staff were all very good and spoke excellent English.

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend with the family (3 of us). The location is strategic, just upstair the subway and very close to Porta Susa train station, but you can easly walk to the city center. Hotel is clean and thet pay attention in avoiding crowd in the breakfast room.

The position of this place is ideal if you use the train. It is a pleasant walk to the old city. Take a ride on the small bus for only 12 euros to visit each attraction. This is near the information centre. The laundromat is a short walk - turn left out of the motel and left again 2 blocks and near the markets. Very friendly service and clean motel. Accommodating with baggage storage. Highly recommended.
