Like this hotel as the room is very spacious. It is like a studio type of room where it has cooking facilities. So we can make our breakfast and dinner. Had a 2 night stop over in Torino, booked this as we needed to be on an early train from Porta Susa station. The accommodation is a short walk from the station. Local area had a few supermarkets and restaurants along with bread and cake shops. As the apartment has a kitchenette we where able to cook our own meal on the first night as we had traveled most of the day. The city sightseeing Blue line bus stops at Porta Susa.

We stayed at this hotel for a second year in a row while vacationing in Torino. The hotel is located in a nice part of town, 5-minute walk from Porta Susa train station and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, the Egyptian Museum and La Mole. We had the basic apartment which includes a small but fully functioning kitchen and we took full advantage of it. Housekeeping was there every day and left the room spotless. Residence Star also offers private parking which is a huge plus if you are renting a car. There is also a gym in the building and laundry machine/dryer (another huge plus in Europe). Everyone from the staff was friendly and very personable. Overall, we had a great time. I have no doubt that we will stay there again if we are back in Torino. Highly recommended!

My booking was clearly one bed room. The hotel said they don't have any one bed room type and just studio! Everything inside are dirty and the ventilator in toilet is not working. Great hotel for tourists
Great hotel! Close to trains and metro and sightseeing buses. Close to downtown and quiet neighbourhood. Only downside is that we kept getting wrong directions and if you want info you have to ask the right questions. Be very specific.

The hotel is well located, close to Metro, to minimarkets, in a rather quiet zone. The room itself is comfortable and though is a little space, it offers what's most needed like the \"kitchen\", nice private bathroom, etc.

We loved this room. It was ready early, it was very spacious even with our 8 suitcases. One son slept on the sofa bed, the other on the bed that folded out of the wall. I wish we were staying more than one night here as it was perfectly set up for a long stay. They provided us with water, which is always a nice touch when traveling. I would stay here again without hesitation

This hotel in just across the road from the train station. the reception was very modern and clean, we were pleasantly surprised. the room was very spacious. high ceilings and comfy bed. it even had a kitchenette which was nice although we didn't need it so it wasn't used. the bathroom was nice, very modern and clean, toiletries was included. we only stayed for one night but would have been happy staying longer. location was good, we walked into town, its a nice walk. loads to see. restaurants nearby.

The hotel was a few minutes walk from Torino Porta Susa station in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Walking to downtown was reasonable and finding buses to get around was very easy. Hotel also sells bus tickets if needed, saving a trip to find a tabacchi.

This is a great hotel. The room was much bigger than we anticipated, with separate living and sleeping areas. The beds could have been more comfortable, but they were okay. Kitchenette was functional and well stocked with utensils and things. No tub, but the shower was fine.
The hotel did not offer breakfast. There was not an iron or ironing board in the room, and the laundry room was kind of weird. But that might be typical of European hotels.
Staff was pleasant and spoke some English.

Room was clean, functional and had funky decor. Very handy for the Royal Palace and shopping - only 10 minutes walk away

Enjoyed our stay. Location was close to Porta Susa train station, which makes it very convenient for further travel. Really convenient for Porta Susa station. Spotlessly clean, well equipped rooms. Mine had plenty of shelves and storage space. Turin is a lovely city with a good public transport system. You can get a 5 journey ticket from Porta Susa metro that can also be used on buses or trams. The tram and bus routes are shown at the stops so it's easy to find your way around.

NOTE THE HOTEL SMOKING POLICY
When we (1 Adult and 2 Children) arrived, the receptionist attended to us immediately. As we entered our standard studio apartment, the smell of cigarette was very strong that I went back to inform the receptionist. The staff that checked us in was very nice but the other one behind the desk interrupted me rudely and said \"smoking is permitted in ALL apartments because we have kitchen\". I asked if there was alternative as I have an Asthmatic child. The nice one accompanied me to the room and confirmed the smell was too strong. No apology at all from both staff as I was given air freshener to spray.He also promised to ask the cleaner to attend in the morning.
We did not enjoy our sleep as we could hear every movement from the other apartment including every sound from the bathroom.
The staff I approached in the morning who was behind the desk was abrupt and impatient with me. We needed assistance as cold water was not running etc. This was sorted out immediately.
Hotel is very close to Ports Susa station with a direct Sadem bus from the Airport costing 6.50euro each (same price for all- no child rate).
Mini supermarket close to hotel but it's a shame almost all buildings is battered with graffiti including the hotel.
All in all, we enjoyed ourselves but will not stay at the hotel again because of their smoking policy which should highlighted to customers before booking.

Close to train station, very convenient
Easy to walk to city center, and superb staff who went out of their way to assist us. Tiny shower in our room, but very quiet and dark for sleeping. Torino is not as touristy as other places in Italy, which was very nice to experience authentic Italian daily life, but dress accordingly or you will stand out as a tourist. The Metro is also a great way to get around town, shares train station with intercity trains so again, very convenient location.

The Hotel was good value for money. It is not a four star hotel and the rooms are basic but clean. The big advantage is the proximity to the centre of the city and the secure parking at the rear of the Hotel. It also has a small kitchen in the room for basic cooking and a microwave. If you have been travelling for a while, having the ability to wash clothes becomes an issue. There is a washing machine at this hotel but unfortunately it was broken when we were there. Staff are friendly and helpful and WIFI available. We did not have breakfast included but there are any number of restaurants nearby. All in all, we would return to this hotel.

Even though there was no information on breakfast service, the reception arranged delivery service of simple breakfast from a nearby cafeterias for the first day of new year. The parking lot equipped with electric car charging facility and it was useful to use my hybrid car to turn around the city center.

Questa struttura ci è stata assegnata da Expedia per ovviare ad un loro problema causato, ossia ci avevano dato la conferma per un'altra struttura che in realtà non era libera. Purtroppo in questa non abbiamo trovato personale adeguato rispetto a tante altre.

La camera era pulita e grande. Unica scomodità che aveva erano le scale interne e l’affaccio sul parcheggio (la prima mattina siamo stati svegliati alle 7:00 dalle persone che parlavano con tono alto nel parcheggio. A parte questo era davvero una bella camera e il personale di struttura è molto professionale.

Foi uma parada para descanso entre Como e Lyon, mas com instalações confortáveis e excelente atendimento, foi bem prazeroso.
