Rooms given were so out of service. Toilet would not flush and bathroom was really small. Could not sleep because of construction. We didget another room which was great. All you would need is to check if everything functions.

Staff was awesome very respectful and kind. Great location many restaurants and stores, and the Cathedral are in walking distance. The only downside is the WIFI it wouldn’t connect. Other than that I felt safe, I was coming from Michoacan and it was a good to stay to rest for only one night before going to the airport the next morning.

Older building, Easy registration 3rd floor. windows where old and you can hear the cars. The bathroom smell either to sewage or mold. Very little privacy with a vent in the main door. I don’t recommend a tub for people with disabilities or older because is mounted a high step and complicated to get out. The bed was comfortable. Hot water. 4 blocks from the catedral and Metro station. I recommend this hotel if you will be one or two nights for sleep and shower.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central plazas and the shopping area east of Independencia Sur. The cost of the hotel compares favorably with other hotels in the area.
It would have been nice if there were more amenities, such as a coffee maker and iron in the room. A fitness center would be a big plus too. The room was pretty clean, but there was a little mold near the ceiling of the shower.

Some misinformation. There is no refrigerator or in room safe in the rooms. This needs to be corrected on the Hotels website. The people are nice. The rooms are decent. Some rooms border a music store that can be loud during the day. Good AC. hot water. Good Location and can walk 5 minutes to Cathedral of Guadalajara. Several buffet places, coffee, and stores on main street 2 minute walk straight outside hotel across the street one block (not left or right). Take a strong right out of hotel and there is a small grocery store for drinks. Take a left and some good local restaurants including salad or tacos.

Pros: Great location/affordable. Everything is in walking distance, the Cathedral and the Mercado. This might be a little funny but the water pressure and temperature is great for it being in Mexico! Hotel Staff were nice and friendly.
Cons: The pics online look deceiving—outdated. And the area looks a little sketchy, it looks like abandoned buildings with graffiti all over. And the hotel room especially the bathroom smelled like sewage. The door to the room also seemed to not close well. I will not be staying at this location again.

The Hotel was not clean at all. The room was not cleaned at all. there was a lot of mold in the bathroom, the sink was clogged beds were sod and one of them was Brocken. The bedding was so old. There were hole in one of the walls. I stayed just one night and the next day we moved to another hotel because we don’t feel safe in that hotel. When I went to the front desk to checkout they were so rude. I wii never ever go back in that hotel it was the worst experience for me and my family.

*The hotes has inside and external parking area (Front of the hotel, cross street)
*They offer tours with discount. (Tequila, Chapala, Tlaquepaque tours)
*They have a restaurant with buffet for $100 mx pesos. They have different hot opcions every day, natural juice 4 different flavors, pa ncakes, fruit of the season, coffee. In general good flavor.
*I heard that the area is not secure but I never see any fight or anithing dangerous (The latest hour we arrive to hotels at night was 10 pm)

Check in was horrible. Half an hour after it was supposed to be; staff members didn't make me feel welcomed. Also the rooms windows are not sealed therefore all the sound from outside the hotel was driving me crazy. Space in rooms are okay, but restroom are small; Everytime someone cleaned my room either forget to leave clean towels or leave old towels.
It was okay for what I paid, I guess but I hardly doubt to stay there again. I prefer to spend more in some other hotel.

Uncomfortable beds and overall rough accommodations but you get what you pay for - this was convenient to the tourist spots, nice that parking was included, and worked for a very short stay. The staff were all very nice and helpful, but I would not return to this hotel. Next time I’ll pay a bit more for comfort.

It is what it is based on what you pay for is what you get the hotel is older and much harder to keep up with being an older hotel but the sheets were clean the towels were clean and it served it’s purpose for us to stay there overnight with no bugs like other five star hotels that I’ve stayed at where you sometimes encounter bedbugs or other type of rodents.

I've Stayed At This Hotel Before And Never Had An Issue. I like That Its Close To Stores And Markets. Overall It Was Always A Pleasure To Stay Here And Thats Why I Always Chose To Stay Here. This Time Was Awful I Was Bit By Some Type Of Bug And Left A Rash While I Was Asleep. My Wife Cell Phone Was Stolen By The Cleaning Lady And When I Reported It To The Main Desk They Said They Have No Responsibility To Theft In The Room. The location of the hotel is great, it is walking distance of the Catherdal and shopping. Staff were polite and attentive. However, the hotel is in horrible condition. The rooms were dirty, hair was found on the sheets and cockroaches were crawling on the pillows. As mentioned before the location is great, yet was disappointed how unkempt the rooms were.

The older gentleman at the front desk was very RUDE!!! He did not want to accept my confirmation # that I had written on paper. I told him my phone had died and I could not show him the reservation on the Hotels.com app. He said he could not give me a room without proper confirmation. I explained that my phone had been low on power when I used the app to make the reservation so I wrote down the confirmation # on a piece of paper. We had reserved 2 rooms and they were sold out and I argued and he finally said ok. It was embarrassing to be at the front desk arguing over a confirmed reservation. I gave him my name and he found the 2 reservations!! The room was dirty, hairs in the bathtub, the curtains were torn and hanging open. The air conditioner was loud. The tub had mold on the caulking. We were only given 2 old, torn towels. The furniture was stained. Will not stay there again.

La King Suite está muy amplia y cómoda para 4 personas, solo el baño (la ducha) está muy pequeño, les recomiendo que cambien la repisa esquinera de cristal templado que está a la pura entrada del baño y colocarla al fondo, a la derecha de las llaves de la regadera, allí no estorba.
