Amazing hotel

The hotel ws fantastic. It is new and clean. We stayed with 2 kids and the room was very big and the shower was fantastic (super clean and spacious). The location is not central, it is a long walk to the centre so we took taxi. But the area felt safe and nice.

Spacious rooms in a convenient location

Very large room, basically an accessible room, which was good in many ways. View was nothing to write home about, over an internal courtyard, but plenty of light and nice to hear the church bells in the morning. Well located for tram and metro as well as buses. Room servicing was hit and miss - this seems to be an issue for NH hotels these days. Would like tea and coffee replaced daily, not just ad hoc. But this was a small issue compared with our stay in Milano. Otherwise, no issues and a good all round stay.

The property was really good, in 5mins walking distance from torino porta susa station. Fantastic bar, absolutely clean rooms. Our room had a bath tub which was really big and lovely. Our only complaint is the lack of Tea/coffee setup in the room,I mean.. a kettle isnt a big ask. Nevertheless we would surely book this hotel again if we are in this region.

This is a nice hotel but I think if I were going back to Turin, I'd stay a closer to the main part of town. The rooms are ok in that there were clean but a little too dark and could be a tad bigger. Again, not a bad place to stay. We just had to take cabs and ubers to go to places.

I always choose to stay in NH whenever I travel. It's a quality and location guarantee. Similar to other NH hotels I stayed before, the staff is excellent. Everyone is helpful and friendly. They speak good English and will walk their miles to support their guests. Thanks to the reception lady who gave us a late check out, her colleague who helped us with the restaurant booking and the wonderful service at the bar downstairs. Also big compliment to the cleaning lady who helped to keep our room clean. Highly recommend the hotel to everyone

Weekend stay for birthday celebration. Room is very nice, spacious with modern facilities. Lovely view of the city from floor 8. Beds werent changed everyday which was disappointing. The hotel reception area was extremely busy as the hotel was hosting a conference which was frustrating when looking for quick advice.

The staff at the NH Centro are terrific, very friendly and incredibly helpful with all kinds of issues - we were there 11 nights, so lots of stuff came up. We particularly liked the bar, lovely and friendly and comfortable and low key. The hotel did a very good job of making us feel welcome, and the breakfast and restaurant are very nice. If you want to be in this neighborhood, then a great fnd.

This is a very convenient property. It is located in the center of the city. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the major tourist sites and historical buildings. It is a typical Northern Italian city with beautiful buildings and wonderful people.

The room and hotel itself was lovely, but very noisy room I could hear people above me walking around and also we was next to the stairs and could head foot steps, I didn’t sleep at all for the two nights which spoilt it as very comfy room. Lots of walking but via Roma was great for shopping. Enjoyed Turin

Terrible WiFi and bad breakfast

The WiFi in the room was super slow.I had to use my mobile data and create a hotspot for work. In addition to that, the breakfast was below standard for NH hotels and together with WiFi problems, it made my stay much worse than expected. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone coming there for business trip where you need to do some work in hotel room.

A Bit DIsappointing for an NH

I have stayed at numerous NH hotels. This one was disappointed on the service side. First our room sink didn't drain. So why do you put someone in a room like that. When I asked for service it was Sunday and they couldn't fix it. They offered another room but I didn't want to move for one night. The bar was not manned at 630 and I had to go ask for help. Someone came and made drinks but it wasn't the bartender. Just really weird service

Everything was great except for some issues with the toilet, which I'm sure could be easily fixed.Otherwise, the room was pretty spacious and clean. The reception staff were great and very helpful.
I liked the bar and their staff.
I also loved the buffet breakfast. It was excellent.

Last experience in NH Torino Centro

By 22:35 called the room service (which was supposed to close by 23:00) to order a salad, the answer was: \"that's not possible, the kitchen is already closed\". The towel on the bathroom had blood (?) marks on it.

For someone that have stayed quite a few times in NH around the world, this is definitely not the experience I was expecting. Never staying on NH Torino Centro again.

Just a one day stay for a business trip. Very convenient for my meeting at the broadcaster, RAI. Very good room, comfortable. Wifi worked well. Ate in the restaurant, which was excellent. The only downside was the queue for checkout, since even if people have paid for the room in advance they still have to settle the bill for City Tax (€3.70 per night) on departure.

Good food. Room is clean and the facilities are new. Every thing is good but not like a four star hotel. Believe it or not, my room doesn’t have a window. Actually there is a window but it is not transparent. When I opened that window frame, it was the emergency stairway. It reminds me of a youth hostel. Can’t believe such a large NH group can allow this poor room condition.

Arrived early and Reception staff very accommodating and checked our party in. Room clean with safe, mini bar stocked with soft drinks and alcohol along with crisps and chocolate to purchase. One complimentary bottle of water. No kettle provided. Hotel provides good breakfast. Only point to make, paid through Expedia and then Hotel tried to charge again when checking out, but this was sorted as I had a copy of Expedia invoice.

The room was recently painted so smelled like glue, lacquer and had lots of dust.
Should be fine after a few days. Felt like it was expensive cause the room was small and no much amenities.
Bar was mostly empty and no body to even get some ice cubes. No ice machines in the floors. Not bad but not too good.

Honestly, this is our second stay in an NH hotel in a month and the properties are becoming so disappointing. In this particular hotel the service was somewhat surly, unhappy at best; not one smile from an employee. The rooms are worn badly, carpets need replacing, the decor is dated, the shower drain was slooooow. And we rented three separate rooms, so I'd say they were representative of the entire building. After this experience and our last, it will be a long time before we consider NH brand hotels again. The breakfast was, as usual, the highlight of our stay but it doesn't begin until 7 a.m.

Nothing really extraordinary about the hotel as far as the aesthetics. The carpets need updating. My room needs electrical outlet near the bed- that would have been convenient as I had to charge my phone in the bathroom.
BUT, I will stay again in this hotel because of the wonderful staff service and accessibility to Porta Sosa and Metro at Vinzaglio.

Great hotel in Turin/Torino.

I've stayed in probably 100 or more hotels around the world, and I must stay this is one of the most comfortable and well laid out rooms that I have ever stayed in. The hotel is very close to Porta Susa train statin (a few hundred meters). There are several nice restaurants within a few hundred meter walking distance. The historic section of Torino is a bit further, probably about one half to one kilometer, but easily within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast variety and quality were excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Quality Hotel, nicely located near the railway

Unfortunately only an overnight stay as we were travelling from Paris to Venice by Train. Hotel nicely situated within walking distance of the station. If we return to Turin then we would book this hotel.

Although we arrived about 8:30 at night, the restaurant was still open until 10:00 pm. Staff were most helpful, excellent and their inter-action with guests are a credit to themselves and the hotel management.

Hotel reception had identified from our passports that it was was my wife's birthday the next day - the restaurant brought out a complimentary dessert (complete with candle) and chocolates - a very nice 'touch' and most appreciated.

It is the little touches that separate a 'good' hotel from 'mediocre' - from our short stay the Ambasciatori Hotel can only be qualified as 'excellent'

Great location, value and breakfast

We had a most comfortable one-night stay in early January 2016; it's very close to Porta Susa railway station and about a ten minute walk to Porta Nuova station. Room was really impressive with tea/coffee-making facilities and a lovely bathroom. It was possible to get breakfast before the 7am opening which was really handy, and it included coffee and cooked breakfast. Will certainly stay here again in the future.
