This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The the cleanliness was ok so was the breakfast. The internet connection was very weak. The hotel charged for parking. There was no bath -and was told that most of the rooms have showers only.

States they are wheelchair friendly apart from the lift nothing on the ground floor is accessible you have to walk around the back of the hotel to get to the lift through the car park. States they have a restaurant but that's not open . Could not get a drink in the evening one night as Mr grumpy was on the desk .staff in general were not that friendly .

There are better places in Turin to stay.

I was disappointed with the hotel. I had a different expectation from the description on the website. The WiFi was too slow to be usable and overall the hotel was kind of grundgie. I change to the Turin palace hotel the second day and was much happier there.

Average with poor location

Title says it all really. Hotel was all round average, pillows were Rick hard and uncomfortable.

Restaurant was expensive and limited menu, so went for a walk round to find a restaurant and there were VERY few, in fact the overall area wasn't great. Usually stay near the square and will do so again on my next trip.

Tired...

The first impression was that the hotel is a bit tired. The carpet, elevator etc. was worn; in the room the electric sockets was few and inconveniently placed - 2 out of 4 was not working. On the good side - the WiFi was working fine, and both service and the food was very good in the restaurant.

Très bonne situation de l’hôtel, parking à disposition et le personnel est souriant et à disposition en cas de besoin.
Nous avons séjourné durant l’hiver, il faisait froid mais l’hôtel a pu nous fournir à petit chauffage d’appoint très apprécié.

Par contre, les matelas sont extrêmement ferme, puur un 4* nous avons trouvé les chambres vétuste et avons eu des soucis de fourmi.

Camera spaziosa, mobilio un po' datato ma in buone condizioni. Posizione non molto centrale, non raggiungibile con il métro, ma possibilità di parcheggio non lontano. Non usufruito il garage che sarebbe stato un po' costoso. Colazione variata, di buona qualità, alcuni prodotti artigianali. Prezzo competitivo riguardo ad altri esercizi della stessa categoria in città.

Le camere purtroppo non sono all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle, ho trovato parecchia polvere e poca attenzione al dettaglio. Lo staff alla reception è stato super gentile e disponibile, quando ho avvisato che la camera che mi era stata assegnata all’ultimo piano era eccessivamente fredda e dalle finestre entravano spifferi mi hanno immediatamente proposto di cambiare camera con un upgrade, ho molto apprezzato. Mi dispiace però che il problema delle camere fredde è generalizzato, forse perché il condizionamento è centralizzato.

Torino molto bella, peccato l'albergo.

Molto deludente, le camere hanno bisogno urgente di mantenimento, pavimento staccato che scricchiola, per niente insonorizzato, sono stati due giorni abbastanza caldi, ho chiesto la ragione per la quale non funzionava l'aria condizionata, la risposta per che non avevano ancora l'autorizzazione dal comune per accenderla, cosi la seconda note mi hanno dato un ventilatore e finestre aperte.

Struttura del hotel abbastanza retrò camere belle spaziose a abbastanza pulite! Le uniche pecche che non ti posso far pagare 17€ al gg il parcheggio dovrebbe essere incluso nel prezzo come la colazione. In totale hotel 4 stelle ma sinceramente ne toglierei alcune!!

Cercavo un hotel vicino all'ospedale Maria Vittoria per motivi di lavoro che avesse parcheggio e ristorante.
Tutto ok, mi sono trovato bene.
La prima sera entrato al ristorante ho scoperto che era \"prenotato\" da un gruppo numeroso di ospiti per tutta la settimana.
Alle 9 di sera a sala completamente vuota mi è stato detto che non c'era più nulla da mangiare e che il cuoco era già andato via.. Mi sembra inconcepibile come situazione.
Mi sono cercato un posto nella zona.

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno all’Hotel Royal, ma in quest’ultima occasione devo ammettere che la camera assegnatami (107) era proprio nella e confortevole: anziché la moquette c’era il laminato il che dà una sensazione di pulito. Camera spaziosa e confortevole, unica piccola pecca che le camere che danno su Cso Regina Margherita, sono poche insonorizzate, quindi al mattino presto si sente il tram che passa davanti all’hotel. Questo però è anche un plus in quanto la struttura è ben collegata dal centro.
La colazione è abbondante e di buona qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Albergo che rispetta le alternative dal sito, molto comodo per accedere Allianz Stadium, di fronte all'hotel il tram che vi porta nelle vicinanze dello stadio.
Personale cortesissimo e disponibile a ogni vostra richiesta, camera un po piccola ma il bagno grande.

Fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte.
Il personale è molto gentile ma la struttura è pessima, vecchia e sporca.
Ci siamo fatti cambiare la camera perché il bagno era indecente e il letto era rotto. Ci hanno subito cambiato la stanza dandocene una un po' più carina e scusandosi per l'inconveniente ma anche il bagno della nuova camera era sporco. La doccia era in pessime condizioni, stra piena di calcare a tal punto che non erogava acqua calda.
il wi fi in camera, logicamente, non funzionava!
Mi dispiace per il personale perché è veramente gentile, ma la struttura merita 2 stelle !!!

Hotel le cui camere sono state recentemente ristrutturate.
Molto pulito e colazione di buon livello.
Il voto basso è dovuto al bagno che mostra i segni del tempo ed alla rumorosità della camera.
La stanza dava sul Corso Regina Margherita e dalle 6 di mattina si possono contare i tram che passano.

Camera estremamente rumorosa, si sentono i rumori di accesso alla toilette delle stanze confinanti, mancava la fascetta igienica sul water, gli asciugamani erano grinzati, non sembravano stirati e forse non erano controllati, la vista sul tetto con tubi del riscaldamento da paesaggio fantozziale non agevolavano il piacere al soggiorno, tende da lavare, colazione da mensa industriale

路面電車の駅も間近にあるので便利です。

Albergo tutto sommato nella norma. Per arrivare c'è ne vuole tempo!!! Il personale reception e pulizie molto professionali. Mentre camerieri sala bar ristorante rovina quel poco che c'è di buono in albergo.sgarbati sporchi e altro. Non adatto X coloro che sono celiaci assolutamente. Peccato potrebbero valorizzare di più questa struttura. Punteggio 4

Très grande chambre pr une famille de 4 adultes. Dommage qu il y ait un kebab en dessous, impossible d ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit, odeurs vraiment trop désagréables. Sinon ds l ensemble notre séjour s est très bien passé. Petit déjeuner à améliorer tout de même, à 9h nous n avions plus de petits pains et croissants, plus que des biscuits /gâteaux .

Camera spaziosa letto comodo arredo carino,comoda a seconda porta che isola dal corridoio esterno, TV con paytv, bagno essenziale e bisognoso di una potente ristrutturazione nei sanitari, lavandini doccia e pavimenti, insonorizzazione pessima, colazione con prodotti industriali e complessivamente niente che sia percepito come di qualità o salutistico.
In sintesi albergo comodo per i mezzi pubblici con buone tariffe.

Pensavo che fosse un albergo 4 stelle e no un condominio di zona.
Sono stata in molti posti e anche se le strutture non erano dello stesso livello almeno quei pochi servizi erano assicurati ai ospiti.
Lo staff e stato molto gentile e la camera era pulita.

Cultura in abbondanza.

Siamo andati io e mia moglie per conoscere una città che ci mancava,siamo molto soddisfatti della scelta per quanto riguarda la città in generale (anche se abbastanza sporca)e siamo stracontenti della cultura che abbiamo toccato con mano. Abbiamo visitato in quattro giorni tutto quel che era possibile ,dalla Reggia di Venaria al museo Egizio ,alla Mole Antonelliana,al palazzo Carignano alla Basilica di Superga e tutte le piazze principali,oltre palazzo Madama la Reggia in piazza Castello ecc. Ci torneremo sicuramente. L'hotel ha una locazione molto buona per questo tipo di gite.

Peccato la distanza dal centro città

Mi sono ospitato per 6 gg,tutto sommato bene. Ho ritenuto poco agevole utilizzare l'auto per gli spostamenti ,pertanto ho preferito usare i mezzi pubblici .

Hotel forse non proprio da 4 stelle visto l'interno delle camere un po' datato e i bagni per niente eleganti... Ma il personale è gentilissimo, la colazione buona, e la posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere facilmente il centro, anche se l'ubicazione dell'albergo non è il massimo.

Meine Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt.

Von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel hatte ich mehr erwartet. Das begann schon mit dem enttäuschenden, einfachen Frühstück. Aber das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hat einiges wieder gut gemacht, auch was das Zimmer betrifft, ausreichend groß und immer sehr sauber. Das gesamte Hotel betreffend muss ich sagen, dass es etwas abgewohnt erschien. Das war sogar die Meinung eines Teils des Personals. Ich würde das Hotel nicht erneut buchen.

EN visite pour le travail je cherchait un hotel proche du client - et pour cela c'était parfait. Arrivés vers midi on prend possession des chambres et la première proposée était visiblement déjà occupée - heureusement la personne n'y était pas - seules ses affaires. On m'a donné ensuite une autre chambre - correcte avec un écran de tv ridicule - mais lit confortable et chambre silencieuse pas sur rue. PdJ correct sans plus - le prix était très correct tant lieux parce que cela ne correspon pas aux 4 étoiles affichées - Point positif le parking
