Staff very helpful bed was comfy breakfast pretty good for a continental breakfast. Only slight down side was that the room was colder than we would like. When reported to staff they came and looked but stated it was the best they could do.
It was a cold night.

Staff was GREAT. Location not great unless you are needing somewhere to sleep close to the airport. This hotel is BARE MINIMUM. Meaning if you need a cot and a bath you are good to go, stay here. If you want a comfy bed, good AC (which AC is not in every hotel, this AC was not working very well at all) and overall any amenities, this is not the place to stay. Again, if you just need a place to sleep and don’t care about comfort, this place is fine. Not the safest location. Also, based on overall patronage, may not be safest place to stay if you are a female traveling alone.

Not close to airport (20euro taxi away) and small

We picked this hotel thinking it would be convenient to go to the airport because our flights were at 6:30am. It is more than a mile away from airport, 20 euros for taxi from airport each way, 50 euros for taxi to Turin city center, no other public transportation option. Our room was very small, even for European standard. Just enough room for the bed, one table and 2 bedside stands, no room for even a chair. After we open up our 2 suitcases there was no walking room! Minimal amenity, for example one type of cleaning fluid (no separate shampoo, no lotion), minimal/no vanity space for toiletry. AC took a ful day to cool down (June weather, high 80’sF at peak ). It was our last day before flying out after spending a week in Turin. We initially planned on taking it easy at the hotel, but it was so uncomfortable that we decided to go back to the city center even though it cost 100 euros taxi for the round trip.

This is an absolutely marvelous place! Danielle was there to greet us and answer any questions we had. The room and bathroom were both meticulously clean with fluffy towels and luxurious sheets. A wonderfully comfy bed and soft fluffy pillows (with extras in the closet!) we will be back any time we come through Turin!

i liked that they programmed my early a.m. cab to the airport, which arrived exactly as they said it would, and they took care of everything very professionally. The room was modern and clean with a comfortable bed and deluxe pillows. I slept great, and the 24 hour front desk staff called me at the agreed time for wake up, and even made me a 330am cup of coffee! I would stay here any time i have a connection at Torino airport.

Arrived late into Turin and the taxi got lost 3 times taking us the few klms to the hotel which ended in being expensive for a short ride but the staff were great and service was very good. Would recommend for transiting like us..

The property is basic but clean and a great value for the price. There are not many walkable dining options nearby. The nearness to the airport was my reason for selecting the hotel but was surprised by the 15 Euro charge for the ride to the airport arranged by the hotel.

Room noisy because near busy road.
Corridors were all hard surfaces, no carpet,
so very noisy when other guests came and went.
No elevator, and five flights of stairs (up and down) to get to our room.

The staff here was fantastic, from the first check in to reception as well. The housekeeping staff was friendly and the buffet was generous. Dinner suggestions were spot on.. The bed was comfy, but firm. It was super clean.

Nice little hotel near the airport. Very convient if one wants to spend the nigh close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.
The only con is that they don't have shuttle service. But they work with taxi drivers and one of them came to pick us from the airport late at night. So it not much of a con.
In general i recommend. We had a good night sleep.

The front desk staff was named Christian and he helped us immensely! We emailed him on the day that we were arriving and asked for directions on how best to get there from downtown Turin, and he responded swiftly. He also helped us get a deal on taking a taxi to various locations over the next two days (such as to the airport at 7am). There is breakfast at the hotel and the service staff there were very very friendly as well. The only downside is the location - there are limited options on how to get there and you will likely need to take a taxi from the airport. Note: the GTT bus does not stop outside of the hotel.

A great little place to stay near the Torino airport. The evening staff person was very helpful with booking a taxi for early in the morning and giving us ideas for dinner. We opted to order in and she set us up in the spacious breakfast room. It was a short walk to a grocery store. Beds were comfy, bathrooms clean and the baby cot we requested was good. There were stairs throughout, so not appropriate for a wheelchair user.

This is a very good hotel for the price, nothing is too much trouble for the team. They are welcoming, helpful and very professional.
The rooms are basic but spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the hotel.
Parking is easy, a nice supermarket next door and good restaurants near by, just ask the management.
Four of us stayed we had a great stay.

Please be aware that, contrary to what my hotels.com reservation states, this hotel does not have an airport shuttle. They can arrange transportation for you, but that is not worth mentioning as any hotel can do that. The receptionist showed me where the hotel has tried to make it clear that there is a charge for airport transportation, but hotels.com explicitly states \"24-hour airport shuttle service is available on request.\" This confuses guests.

The hotel staff was very helpful and kind, so I feel bad giving a negative review, but the WIFI was unacceptable. For me WIFI is as basic as electricity and water, but the WIFI was so slow I could not do any work, or even make an airline reservation as the page would time out before I could complete the booking.

If the hotel would provide higher speed internet and Hotels.com would stop misleading people about an airport shuttle, this would be a perfectly acceptable place to stay for a night before an early flight.

Good for early morning flights

The hotel was clean and convenient to the airport. It cost 10€ for a very quick and prompt trip to the airport for an early morning flight. The driver, who was arranged through the hotel, was early and drove a nice car. Very polite. The AC worked great, which was very needed on a 101° day in Torino. My only complaint was that there is no elevator and our room was on the 1st floor (that's the 2nd floor in the US) and so we had to carry all our bags up and down 3 flights of stairs (the floors aren't flat but in some areas they go up 5 steps and then back down. This was a pain and surely a nuisance to our neighbors when we were dragging our luggage at 4 am. I tried to be quiet but it's impossible. For a one night stay needing to be close to the airport, stay here. Otherwise stay somewhere closer to the city.

We arrived late on Sunday evening and wanted to drop off our rental car at the airport. Marco at the front desk was incredibly helpful in arranging transport back to the hotel. He also arranged to have a taxi take us to the airport at 4am the following morning as well as making a small breakfast available to us at 4am.

A good option close to the airport

Very good location. Next to the airport. Only €10 taxi between airport and hotel. Very good hotel staff. Hotel quality is fine, but I think will need some restauration. It is a bit old fashion. Breakfasts included.
