Room was in the poor condition. Furniture and actually everything in the room looked old and very used. I would have rated it one star of five but they had Nutella at breakfast so + one star for them. Also internet speed was poor.

Room in 5th floor was very nice, modern, spacious and well equipped. Very hot though and we couldn’t adjust the heating, we opened the door to a massive balcony which did the trick in cooling it down.

Other floors under refurbishment. Breakfast area very drab, I have seen better school canteens.

A very differemt B&B Hotel!

There was no sign outside for B&B, this is the former Atlantic hotel which B&B took over. I'm guessing they are about to refurbish it, but it is a really magnificent hotel, although the grandeur is someaht faded and worn around the edges. The attached restauarnt was a bonus and our meals were lovely, with some excellent wines, too.

Proximity to airport and value made this a necessity for the night. With that said, on-site restaurant was an utter disappointment. We were charged a random 4 EUR per person seating fee for the “privilege” of sitting in their dated dining room. Food prices were unreasonably high for marginal quality meals - red sauce tasted like it came out of a jar, sea bass tasted like it was previously frozen, agnolotti tasted like Lipton soup dry powder mix. Service was slow, despite restaurant being fully staffed. We were charged for items that we did not order and when we asked about it, everyone pretended like they could not speak English, French or understand a mix of hand gestures and poor quality Italian. Decor across the property is typical of the Qaulity Inn chain: dated, cheap and inconsistent. Pictures online look better than product.

Stayed for only one night but the hotel was awesome! Paolo and Claudio were super with our check-in and check-out. They were both extremely helpful in arranging transportation to our football match at Olympic stadium and our early morning trip to the airport. Our room was very clean and very comfortable - no frills, exactly as expected. We would totally stay there again.

Comfortable beds, well-equipped bathroom and overall a great place to stay. Convenient for the airport if you're flying from Turin. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The buffet breakfast was excellent and there was loads of choice. A whole tableof freshly baked cakes and pastries, another table of fresh fruit, plus there were savoury choices including scrambled eggs and bacon, and 5 or 6 types of juice. Everything tasted great and was high quality.

The hotel has parking outside as well as secure spaces in their underground car park.

The pool is only for people aged 16 or over as it is a hot water spa.

Nice hotel close to Turin Airport at a good price.

Relatively easy to park when we drove up for a European hotel—although no place to stop and unload luggage. The staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in was fast. Rooms had been updated and were modern and clean. We paid a little extra to get the better rooms. Rooms were well equipped and clean with plenty of towels. We had to leave at 4:00AM to catch a flight and it took less than 10 minutes to reach airport car rental return.

Rude customer service! Avoid this hotel!

We arrived to check in and were told that we did not have a reservation despite receiving a confirmation from your website. The man at the desk was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. After saying we had no reservation, he then proceeded to \"find\" a piece of paper saying that the credit card did not go through and that it was solely hotels.com responsibility to inform us and that they had this problem before. He said he would not be able to honour the rate we were told as it was an advance rate. We asked if he did have a room, being that it was 1 am. He then said he would have to check if they were fully booked. How he would not know this at 1 am for one night is ridiculous. He made out that he was doing us a big favour to honour the price and gave us a room. The room and whole floor reeked of smoke and was very dated. Breakfast was included, the wait staff were pleasant enough. We checked out by 10 am and were glad to leave!

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. We asked for a quite room and it was, but the air-conditioning was not working so they upgraded us to a very nice room. The first room was already an upgraded from the room I booked online to a business class!! I found in the first room a socket which has a USB connection which is very useful for visitor to Italy which they do not have an adopter. I hope the management of the hotel when they do refurbishment to include these socket with USB.

Handy airport hotel with a touch of extra Class

The airport is close to the hotel, with a €3.50 public bus ride 5 minutes away from the airport. I wish I had had more time to explore the Spa and pool facilities which looked professional and rich in character and quality.
Take some time to walk down the spiral staircase, instead of using the lifts every time.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a little extra quality from the shower.

The Menu is full and the wine list is a stocked vintage leather bound menu of wines of varying degrees of cost. However, a nice bottle of Barbera came in at €16.

Good enough location for Torino Caselle Airport - on the Sadem airport to Torino route.
305 smelled of stale cigarette smoke, greasy hair stains on the fabric headboard.
Otherwise, staff lovely and efficient; room clean and fully equipped; good shower with poor curtain but fab towels.
Restaurant for dinner was quiet - fantastic food and lovely staff (attentive but not crowding!) who were willing to translate and explain dishes.
Breakfast was help yourself buffet - don't wait for the waiter to seat you or help out in any way - hi duty is to restock buffet and clear tables.
Sadem bus stop directly in front of hotel - 3.50 Euro per adult for the 20 minute journey to the airport.

I booked a non smoking room and got a smoking room which absolutely stank.
The wifi was unreliable which is bad when away on business and need to write up reports or contact the office. Which is bad if the hotel does specify it caters for business trips. How they cope when conferences are on I don't know.
Restaurant was ok. On the Monday with not many guests the service was excellent on the Tuesday when half the town turned up the service was terrible and the waiters had to run around like crazy. That's pure management issue rather than the staff as obviously previously they were good natured people.
I sent an email about a problem and got some snotty reply with a sentence written entirely in capitals. I have travelled the world and I have never received an email like it.
The spa was excellent, well worth the extra fee and that is what the 3 is for.
As it was close to the airport and there is not much else in the area given no other choice I would reluctantly stay there again but be more demanding as a guest.

For s hotel near Turin airport it was good. Area had some Good restaurants and some shops near of you need to replace necessities during your travels.
But the front desk staff were abrupt and vague, they were polite enough but told us nothing about amenities and specials. Had we known about the masage specials we both would have chilled and soothed some travel aches and pains with a masage but as it is we found out only be seeing a brochure when we checked out. Also no shuttle to the airport but you can get a public one out the front but they were really vague on that as well, thankfully a local saw us looking last and helped out.

This is European 4-star hotel but for US standards it would be 2-star hotel. Cheap and affordable for one night if you have an early flight from Turin airport . I have paid for so-called delux room but got a regular one. Cover on the bed was dirty and dusty, and you cannot fit in a bath without spilling the water all over the place . Breakfast was mediocre. Cappuccino was great though like everywhere in Italy. Taxi driver from the hotel to the airport charged me 20 euros for two miles drive . Taxi drive from Turin downtown to airport is 32 euros. Would not stay in this hotel ever again.

Decent hotel near Turin Airport

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. While the overall feeling of the hotel is aged, and the internet was not working, it is a convenient hotel to stay at nearby the Turin Airport. Although there is not a gym, there are some nice back roads nearby the hotel to go for a run in the morning.

The food and service at the restaurant was well above anything I have experienced in Italy to date. However as with other Italian hotels, very little attention is placed on the tub / shower. With no enclosure and a removable shower head, flooding the floor is just about unpreventable. They should include more towels to soak up the water.

Decent for airport hotel

The Hotel Atlantic is a hotel and conference centre located about 10 minutes by car (or 15 by bus) from the airport. All common areas are very nicely decorated and well-kept. The breakfast was quite good. The room was simple, but comfortable. This is a good option for one-night stays if you are arriving in Turin late, or if you have an early flight the next morning.

A warm welcome was provided by the reception staff who processed my registration quickly and efficiently. The room was surprisingly well fitted and furnished to a high standard with everything from television to shower working as it should.

The downside was the restaurant which provided a very mediocre breakfast. I did one evening have a drink in the bar but there was little atmosphere and the staff really could have benefited from some training in how to welcome and serve customers .

A good hotel but could do with some TLC regarding the staff to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The staff was friendly and there was always someone available who spoke english. We arrived early around noon and they immediately prepared a room and checked us in early. They also gave us detailed instructions about the bus service to get to and from the old center of Turin. We ate dinner at the restaurant which was excellent yet still reasonably priced for the meal and service provided. I really liked a wine they were serving by the glass and asked if I could purchase a bottle to take back to the USA which I got for a very reasonable price. It is less than 3 miles from the airport which was great for our early morning flight.

Camera molto pulita con parquet in legno e terrazza. Ottimo servizio di pulizie e ricambio asciugamani (tutti i giorni). Purtroppo a causa di un errore di prenotazione (non dipeso da me) mi sono ritrovato due camere prenotate lo stesso giorno. Sono riusciti almeno a mettermi due giorni in più al soggiorno e abbiamo risolto così, ma viste le dimensioni dell'hotel e il numero di stanze mi sarei aspettato un trattamento più di favore. Colazione pessima (nessun servizio ai tavoli nonostante ci fossero in sala almeno tre o quattro dipendenti intenti solo a sistemare l'isola buffet e a guardarla). Il ristorante a fianco convenzionato offre cena a circa 23-24 euro, menu basico ma funzionale anche visto che intorno non ci sono molti locali a parte una pizzeria e forse ristorante grill. La spa è esterna all'hotel e occorre prenotarla a parte (25 euro a persona per 2 ore).

Rommet var litt slitt, og bar preg av manglende vedlikehold. For eksempel lot balkongdøren seg ikke låse, det luktet avløp på badet, diverse løse håndtak på skap og skuffer, og døren til rommet måtte lukkes med makt.

Frokosten var helt grei. Mye søtsaker, og et lett utvalg av pålegg og frokostblandinger. Den varme maten bestod av eggerøre og pølsebiter, og var såvidt lunken.

Personalet var veldig imøtekommende og trivelige, vi var meget fornøyde med servicen!

Beliggenheten er dessverre ikke optimal. Borgaro er ganske stille, og det er ikke noe spesielt å gjøre her. Det går en buss inn til Torino, billetter må kjøpes i en lokal kiosk. Noen sjåfører lar deg kjøpe billett ombord, men da må du betale 3 ganger prisen i kiosken.

El hotel está bien, la limpieza es muy buena, la habitación está bien aunque un poco pequeña, el desayuno es muy básico, pero normal en Italia, lo que no me gustó es que ponen como foto principal la foto del spa y ponen que tienen spa y piscina, pero el spa está separado del hotel y tienes que pagar extra para todo. Deberían avisarlo ya que tienen puesto todos los extras excepto el spa. Así que me ha parecido información engañosa.

Chambre économique = Catastrophique.

Nous avons pris le modèle économie qui s’est avéré au final être très limité.

Les points positifs : le petit déjeuner et le confort des lits, le personnel est très gentil.

Les points négatifs : propreté général de la chambre, l’odeur désagréable, l’insonorisation (on entendait la vidéo YouTube de la chambre d’à côté, les avions décoller et la chorale des pigeons), une seule prise qui en plus n’était pas à côté du lit, la décoration vieillotte, la salle de bain n’a pas de fenêtre et le rideau de douche ne couvre rien.

L'hôtel est propre, le personnel acceuillant et serviable, le service en chambre (menage) est impeccable.
Toutefois, L'hôtel est viellissant, la salle de bain mériterait une petite \"mise a jour\", pas de bouteille d'eau a disposition dans la chambre, pour un hotel classé 4 etoiles...
A moins que nous ne soyons pas sur les memes critères de classification qu'en France.

Ho soggiornato presso il B&B Hotel Borgaro Torinese e, in generale, l’esperienza è stata positiva ma con margini di miglioramento. La struttura è molto grande, con tante stanze e un comodo parcheggio gratuito adiacente. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, anche se un po’ datata: carta da parati parzialmente staccata sulla porta del bagno e vecchie etichette un po' ovunque davano un senso di trascuratezza. Inoltre, non sono riuscito ad attivare l’aria condizionata. Avrei anche gradito una presa elettrica vicino al letto per ricaricare il cellulare con più comodità.

Un punto a favore è sicuramente la pulizia, che ho trovato impeccabile in ogni area. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono. Tuttavia, segnalo che il giorno del check-out, l’arrivo dello staff del Giro d’Italia ha causato disagi: l’utilizzo prolungato degli ascensori per spostare numerosi bagagli ha rallentato l’accesso agli stessi da parte degli altri ospiti. In situazioni simili, sarebbe meglio prevedere ascensori separati per il personale.

Nel complesso, l’hotel ha buone potenzialità ma avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di rinnovamento e di maggiore attenzione ai dettagli.

Purtroppo mi ha deluso, nessun confort kit in camera, stanza ordinata e pulita ma essenziale, frigo bar non funzionante, bagno vetusto e con doccia \"ricavata\"...veramente deludente per un 4stelle

A 25’ dal centro di Torino, un hotel che di 4 stelle ha solo il nome. Vasca da bagno incrostata e arredamento molto anni ‘80 (moquette, colori sbiaditi, bagno con vasca e doccino invece che doccia, luci a NEON), che stona con una reception ammodernata. Senza infamia e senza lode, meriterebbe una stella in meno.

Tornato qui a qualche mese di distanza da un soggiorno poco piacevole. Questa volta mi è stata assegnata una camera ristrutturata con tutti i servizi necessari. Il personale è sempre di altissima qualità e professionalità, sempre pronto ad ascoltare la clientela e a soddisfare le varie esigenze.
