Great hotel that’s conveniently located for the motorway. Secure parking. The rooms are comfortable and well laid out. Breakfast was plentiful and just what we needed. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the cleaning that started before 0730 with vacuum going right outside our room,

Rooms were good. Very clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. However, as a 4 star hotel, would expect to have tea/coffee making facilities and there were none. The air conditioner made the worst noise in all rooms, that we had to turn it off, not an issue as it was winter but would be an issue in the summer. Location of hotel is not convenient. Taxis are like gold dust, so you have to rely on buses. To get to Turin, it took 2 bus rides to nearest Metro station to then get to Turin. Bar staff very rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. Additionally, the bar and restaurant are closed on Sundays and given his far out from anywhere, was our final straw. Crockery all chipped which we weren’t expect either at a 4 star. Additionally, if you do not book with the hotel directly, you cannot check in early, check out later and the staff will make it known that they do not appreciate you booking through a 3rd party. Note, check out is 11:00am and not 12:00 as stated on websites.

I love the Elevator that was directly connected to the bedroom, the car parking spot linking the elevator to the bedroom, and moreorso, the room size and decoration coupled with the automatic windows. The Hotel was such a beautiful place to stay. I would love to stay there whenever i visit Italy again, and I will definitely recommend the place to friends and families.

We asked the reception to take care of it, nothing was done. In reply we got an excuse that they are not allowed to set it to less than 24 degrees - but what about the airflow?

Perfect for Juventus match

Hotel is located in suburb of Torino. It is perfect for going to Juventus stadion which is ten minutes drive from there. Room was very spacious and clean. We had jacuzzi but it did not work and buttons were broken. Breakfast was excellent with home made cakes and delicious warm bread. Property has underground garage.

It was just off the highway which is why we picked it. We were driving from Siena to Paris and needed to break the trip. It’s a perfectly nice property but seems to have an identity crisis, it’s a salesperson hotel that’s also trying to be a place for a ‘romantic getaway’. Very clean, comfortable bed, great staff and free parking.

Guests check-in from their car which is ok, but the person in the car in front of us had an issue so all 4 cars behind him had to wait for 20 minutes while the guest argued with the assistant.
The property is clean. The staff was friendly.

The bed made me very itchy - either due to soap allergy or gnats perhaps. The pillows were terrible. And the air conditioner control lights up the room.

The breakfast bar was good and there was a friendly staff person there.
I would not stay here though with small children as the rooms are small, and there is no outside place for them to run around. Some rooms have their own private entrance from the parking below and other design features seem to indicate that this is a place to stay with someone discreetly.

I was looking for a hotel that is close to the airport and has free shuttle service for the airport using Travelocity website. When I arrived at the airport I called to find out where to take the shuttle from airport to the hotel. Then to my surprise there is no shuttle service and the hotel is pretty far from the airport (about 20km one way for 45 Euro). I also googled the hotel (not Google Map) and it said the hotel is 6km away from the airport. Not sure if this is a mistake by the hotel or Travelocity but this costed me 45x2=90 Euro and more time to go between the hotel and airport. Can I get the money back from either party?

The apartment I booked was very spacious and clean having a hallway, kitchen, one bedroom, 2 bathrooms (1 of them disabled accessible) and was light flooded and with high wooded ceiling. In the kitchen there is one big table, sofa, fridge, microwave oven, oven, sink and pretty basic utensils and pans for cooking. Bedroom had a big confy bed and was pretty spatious and had 1 of the bathrooms connected to it (disabled accessible). Bathrooms were very clean, but for my dissapointment they did not had a jacuzzi as shown in the pictures... Should had more outlets placed on the walls and air conditioning and heating fan from ceiling was squicky a little bit. Otherwise, very big underground and safe parking option and very good to your choice breakfast. All good!

The check in and out is by car. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had great food, breakfast was good too with lots of choices. The only concern was the carpet and the walls of my floor, but overall great stay and would go again.

Be Carefull in Turin

This hotel is in a doggie area with what we later discovered were prostitutes sitting on chairs awaiting their next drive by customer. The hotel it self is secure & comfortable with great staff, the breakfast was plentiful. There is a supermarket & shops not far. Turin is about a 15min drive by car. WARNING Be on your guard in & around Turin as we got court up in a Mad guy attacking people & cars as they drove past, unfortunately our car was also in his attention & we were the subject of his anger, our car suffered damage by the metal bar he hit our car with, this was not what you would expect to have happen in a tourist place & luckily we were able to get the Police there quickly & identified the guy & had him Arrested.

Nice hotel with no wi-fi in a room

No wi-fi in a room was the only issue I had with this hotel. You can still get your internet access in a reception area but such an option is not always convenient and feels so last century. Otherwise it is clean, affordable option with a hearty breakfast, provided you have a car. Staff was friendly too I must add.

the hotel is excellent as a facility but it is also the closest to Juventus stadium. So people may come here for the game. The hotel is very good in every aspect but we would have hoped they provided an additional service on match days (transportation to and from stadium).

Other than that the staff are very helpful and speak English.

The rooms were pretty but so strange to use the bath nor the air conditioner both didn't wrk well

Hidden gem.

A little challenging to find, in a slightly strange location on the edge of Turin, this hotel is correctly named. It is a hidden gem. The service was similar to that I've received in 5 star hotels. All staff spoke more than one language - all spoke english well - all needs were catered to. We had one snag - we noticed a small area of repair work in our bathroom - and upon mentioning this we were immediately upgraded in suite with profuse apologies. Great parking. Secure. Good food. Not far from a direct route into the city, but probably a car is required. I will stay here again.

Un hôtel sûr et pratique en dehors de Turin

Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous venons et sommes prêts à revenir dès que nécessaire.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
La salle de bain est pratique et agréable.
Cette fois l'ascenseur nous mène directement à la chambre !

Notre seule difficulté est de savoir quel interrupteur contrôle quoi et c'est un peu une nouvelle enquête à chaque séjour car nous changeons de type de chambre.
Celle de cette fois-ci la chambre manquait un peu de la possibilité d'un éclairage suffisant pour lire au lit. C'est peu de choses.

Das Hotel achtet sehr auf Diskretion und Sicherheit. Check in am Autoschalter und totale Videoüberwachung. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Einziger Nachteil: am Sonntag ist Restaurant und Bar geschlossen. Das Haus liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet und in der Nähe befinden sich keine Restaurants. Es wäre empfehlenswert, wenn zumindest Verkaufsautomaten aufgestellt würden.
Ansonsten handelt es sich um ein sehr sauberes und modernes Motel, das für eine Übernachtung vollkommen in Ordnung war.
