Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English. The waitress Valererly really looked after us, as did the gentleman on reception when we arrived. Everyone seemed happy and had a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Also, great place to run our dog.

Superb value hotel/ motel on outskirts of Gruglisasco outside Turin . Fab sized rooms with all the facilities you'd need and a few free mini bar contents and good selection breakfast included. Free parking and friendly helpful staff.
The thing that made us giggle was that the motel section has a selection of 'themed' rooms which were separate from the hotel building... The hotel suited us as we were visiting family in Gruglisasco and we had a hire car, but I would not recommend for those without transport as it's on an industrial area so hard to get around easily with nothing near by.

It is a motel for hourly rentals... not a a place.
This is a hotel for assignations. Some rooms are rented by the HOUR. The motel part is for temporary visits. The hotel part more for actual overnight guests. If you don't have a companion, they are available down on the roadway a bit down the highway. Breakfast is served until 10:30... at 9:30 on a Sat morning it looked like locusts had hit the place. No eggs left, almost no bread products.. all croissants gone, a few rolls left... no ham, no cheese, no sweet cakes etc. Etc. And the staff had no intention of filling in the missing items. Give this place a miss. I did like the ability to check in from your car... a drive-up window for check in...something new to me.

L’unica nota dolente è la poca illuminazione della stanza dove tra l’altro una lampadina non funzionava e un po’ fredda dove il termostato non fa molta differenza se acceso o spento.

Nous avons utilisé cet hôtel pour faire une halte durant notre long séjour italien. C’est hôtel est idéalement placé, confortable et de très bon rapport qualité prix.

Très déçu par rapport à la dernière fois
Nous avons voulu renouveler l'expérience avec nos enfants et nous avons été déçu. Tout d’abord il est noté 2 lit simple et en réalité il s'agit de lit superposé. De plus la literie était vraiment tres désagréable (matelas dur comme du béton et oreiller extrêmement plat). La clim dans la chambre ne marchait pas convenablement (soit beaucoup de bruit soit pas de frais).

Au sujet de la propreté c’est tellement propre que pendant la journée quand ils ont fait le ménage, j’ai laissé un de mes sous-vêtements dans le lit et à mon retour il a disparu (je n’ai pas pris la peine de les déranger pour ça car je pense qu’il aurait fouillé dans les draps sale pour le retrouver )
Et pour finir je ne parle pas italien mais il on fait beaucoup d’efforts pour communiquer avec moi et ce très bien

Als erstes möchte ich betonen das das Zimmer top war. Inkl Minibar Getränke waren gratis Frühstück war lecker. Abendessen top. Personal mega freundlich. Das einchecken war komisch. Ein kleines Fenster vor der Barriere. An der wand hingen :-) 2 Plakate mit Frauen. Mit kussmund. Wir dachten als erstes es sei ein Bordell da es auch Themenzimmer gab. Aber es war nicht so zum Glück. Wir können es wirklich empfehlen hatten sogar einen direkt Zugang vom Auto zum Zimmer. Alles Top Kompliment an den Koch. Es war hervorragend
