There is nothing about this hotel you would like. Stay away. Its not what you see in the picture. DIRTY,SMELLY, used to be old holiday inn express. Decor was poor, carpet was dirty, chait in restaurant is dirty and you dont feel like to sit on it. We had no water in the morning and whole of hotel had no water due to leakage in reception. When asked we been told by staff that our boss the owner dont care about customets and condition of yhe hotel. Please stay away. Im not sure company like expedia sell bookings for these type of hotel.

I would like to ask for my money back. I paid for 2 nights but after the first night we had to move to another hotel. Idea Hotel was extremely dirty, from lobby to the room. Bed and bed clothes were broken. A lot of noise from other rooms during the night.

The hotel is bit far from the city centre. I don't think It's in desirable place. But all stuff are nice, working hard. There is a big enough shopping centre 30min walk. Supermarket is right next to the hotel. The Breakfast was very nice.

We love idea hotel Torino Mirafiori. This is our second stay in 3 years and we will always stay here each time we visit relatives in Turin. The rooms are clean, comfy, quiet. The breakfast is lovely just so much choice and the staff excellent. There is no other hotel than this one for us.

We have used this hotel one to two times a year(3 nights per stay) for the last twelve years. there is a good choice for breakfast, just two points the bacon needs to be crispy(my preference) and use real milk and not UHT good coffee spoilt.

A mixed feeling review
To start with at check in the guy didn't seem too friendly but I can get over that long day etc it happens
When I got to the room and went to the bathroom I found unwanted small hairs on what's supposed to be clean sanitary toilet towels seemed as though someone had used it just before us. I got over that too and used everything else and all was clean and good.
The bed is very comfortable to sleep in and the covers were so cosy I didnt wana get up however it was 2 single mattresses pushed together to make a double which can sometimes be annoying.
Woke up next morning for breakfast which for me and my partner was horrendous the cakes were so bad the eggs the cornflakes and it was extremely limited I would never have breakfast there again even the juices weren't fresh nor were all the fruits. So all in all the hotel is something I would recommend if your looking for something cheap and cheerful and on city outskirts to just crash in after a long day like me. When I got to the room and went to the bathroom I found unwanted small hairs on what's supposed to be clean sanitary toilet towels seemed as though someone had used it just before us. I got over that too and used everything else and all was clean and good.
The bed is very comfortable to sleep in and the covers were so cosy I didnt wana get up however it was 2 single mattresses pushed together to make a double which can sometimes be annoying.
Woke up next morning for breakfast which for me and my partner was horrendous the cakes were so bad the eggs the cornflakes and it was extremely limited I would never have breakfast there again even the juices weren't fresh nor were all the fruits. So all in all the hotel is something I would recommend if your looking for something cheap and cheerful and on city outskirts to just crash in after a long day like me. The hotel is very easy to find, good value and the breakfasts are excellent. The down side in my stay was that the room was cold and the heating was either not working or did not make any difference. The lack of coffee/tea making facilities came as a surprise.

As others have said, the buffet breakfast has lots of choices and the staff at breakfast are lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. The female reception staff are charming; the males on reception a little off-hand. The room is generous enough size-wise and the bed is comfortable. The carpet in the hallway on the 1st floor has seen better days and the carpet in the room needs a spring-clean. Street parking available and a large supermarket next door with free parking. No need to spend 10 euros a day in the hotel's carpark. Nothing much around in terms of places to eat out but a good little pizzeria just up the road.

We stayed for 4 nights and each night our room was spotless to return to. The bed was comfortable and an added bonus was blackout curtains. Breakfast was lovely with a full continental consisting of cheese, hams, cereals, fruit, toast, pastries so plenty to choose from. The staff were exceptional as nothing was too much trouble and all spoke in English too. I cannot fault this hotel in any way and my only comment would be to upgrade this hotel from a 3 star to a 5 star rating. We are definitely coming back here.

It was okay, I was generally satisfied. Only thing, was that we had our kids with us and the bed that they set up for my children had some slats missing or broken. Also, in terms of cleanliness they could have done a better job of cleaning the bathroom beforehand. The morning breakfast was good and the clerk was helpful. Its close to the city center by cab but a bit of a distance by bus. But, at least the bus leaves you right in front of the hotel.

Great hotel for the price
Stayed here for a nearby concert. Not close to the main station, so can be a bit tricky to get to for a tourist (think bus is cheapest option). I didn't bother trying with public transport since I wasn't familiar with the area, so just got a taxi from the station which was around €25. Reception was very helpful, and room was above average for the price, no issues at all. So if the location suits your needs then this hotel is certainly a good option. Wifi was an extra €7 for 24 hours, and I did catch the bus 58 to station when leaving which was much cheaper.

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter and her friend. It was very comfortable and met our needs as we were looking just for a quick overnight stay. My only complaint was that the coffee being served from a machine at breakfast was really terrible, like bad water dripping out so we had to go elsewhere for coffee. Other than that, the hotel was fine - with an excellent pizzeria next door.

Come per altri hotels trovo ottima la scelta di Hotel Torino Mirafiori. La mia prenotazione è stata discretamente lunga e per ulteriori necessità ho ripresentato un'ulteriore prenotazione nel mese di gennaio per un periodo ancora più lungo. Il personale è molto disponibile ed offre il meglio per rendere il soggiorno il migliore possibile. La camera è davvero soddisfacente con tutti i confort e un bagno adeguatamente attrezzato. Ottima e varia la colazione.

Es wurden Zimmer im 4. Stock renoviert - deshalb war es in der Früh bereits laut und der Gang komplett verschmutzt. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und leider war das Frühstück auch nicht umwerfend - wobei man im italienischen Vergleich wieder sagen muss ... ok es ging ja. Aufgrund der Unzuverlässigkeit der Busverbindungen war das Hotel oft nur über lange Fußstrecken erreichbar - sehr abgelegen vom Zentrum, keine schöne Umgebung. Leider lassen sich die Fenster nicht gut öffnen, weil die Dichtungen veraltet sind. Das Bad war nicht so sauber, wie ich mir das gewünscht hätte.

La struttura ha un buon servizio colazione, personale gentile e ben fornito di tutti i tipi di alimenti. Sulla stanza meglio lasciar perdere, basta dire che come coperta per il letto aggiuntivo è stato messo il copri divano con le cerniere. La moquette a terra dava una sensazione di sporco ed inoltre non c’era aria condizionata. Ha una fermata dell’autobus a 50 mt che ti porta in centro o nei principali punti e questo è positivo ma per il resto no.
