The internet was very slow and at some point it would stop working. Called the lobby 2x they said it was working.

Had a wonderful stay at the AC.
Service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and offered a lot of options. The room itself was great. Spacious and nice amenities. The surrounding neighborhood was cute with farmers markets and nightlife on Fridays. There is also a supermarket around the corner. Easy access to metro stations.

Weekend stay in Turin

The hotel is located in a historic area of Turin close to the Lingotto shopping centre which is part of the converted Fiat factory (the transformation is amazing and very eco-friendly). The spacious hotel lobby is light and welcoming and the rooms have plenty of space also.
The service was outstanding and the staff went out of their way to help us with any questions.
Public transport is easily accessible.
The only aspects I would suggest are improved are the WiFi, the garden terrace and the Fitness facilities (the jacuzzi and steam bath weren’t available during our stay which was a shame as the downstairs area has a lot of potential).

Lovely location and hotel. We wanted to walk everywhere so this was the perfect location. Up to an hours walk to central Turin where all the shopping was. So many beautiful buildings to see on the way. There were also several local places too!

Good hotel for business travel in the neighborhood

There isn't anything for tourists in the area, but I stayed here for a business trip, and it was a good experience. Hotel is clean and mostly well maintained. Room was spacious and the bathroom clean. There is a hotel restaurant, but the menu is limited and the choices did not appeal to me, so I did not try it. There is a subway stop a couple blocks away. A large shopping mall is one block away. There are many small local restaurants in the neighborhood. There is a supermarket one block away in the mall and a large Italian specialty market with several bars and restaurants within it. The hotel staff was helpful and spoke English, though the night staff less knowledgeable and fluent than the day.

The photos look quite good and as a business hotel just to stay for a few hours of sleep maybe not too bad. But the location is very desparate and the breakfast service was a catastrophy. 20 minutes before closing of the breakfast, staff was hesitant to fill up the requested egg and bacon serving plates. 20 minutes later they served my a personal plate with blackened bacon. Terrible service

Very nice service. Maybe the restaurant needs to provide larger vegetarian and healthy options. In breakfast there is too much sugar ! For extra beds confort can be improved particularly when reserving for adults.

AC Turn Milan - pretty good!!!

The staff at the hotel is amazing from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeepers. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. What was most striking was that the room was incredibly spacious. The breakfast was varied and delicious. There was eggs, bacon, delightful pastries, yogurt, fruit and delicious coffee brewed on the spot, even a decaf double expresso. I ate dinner at the restaurant one evening. Although the staff was wonderful, the meal was just so so. I would skip and head to a local restaurant next time I am in Turin but I will definitely say here. Oh! almost forgot ... the regular WIFI was slow. The high speed WIFI for Marriott members was perfect. Be sure to have your membership number when you register.

Great hotel, clean, modern, well designed in a converted historic pasta factory!

The staff were excellent, very helpful and welcoming. They organised a taxi to the airport for us at a fixed price. The location is good, if a little out of the centre, but you are only a short walk from the metro which will take you right to the centre in only a few minutes. Remember to buy a day ticket or a 7 day ticket.

We really enjoyed our stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Torino and would happily recommend it to other visitors to the city,

Superb furniture and awesome building, but the gym is not well equipped (even about the towels!) as well as the spa.
No bikes available, this is really a bad service.

Nice hotel in a neighborhood for locals.
Huge room and comfortable bed, with parking inside the hotel.
It's steps away from the subway and Eataly (italian gourmet market)
Needs improvement on breakfast buffet and courtesy of the waiters.
Nonetheless it's an excellent place to stay in Turin.

Centrally located near Torino Porto Nuova Stazione

This hotel was a bit hard to find, but had a nice lobby area. The rooms are spacious and wood floors are cleaner. However the vanity sink was terrible -- it was made out of glass and splashed water everywhere and you couldn't get your hands under the faucet!

The room was located next to some extremely noisy food festival -- the staff should've known this and put us on the opposite side of the building.

Sleepily near Eatily, modern comfort and food

4th year in a row for an annual pre-xmas business trip and shopping day. Love the rooms, adore the brown and white tiled bathroom, and truly appreciate the quality of the restaurant (breakfast and a la carte menu). Will continue to come back.

The location was poor; very difficult to get to and we had a car. There was no English channels in our room; no WiFi in room. They were slow to help. They brought an iron to the room and took it back prior to our ironing the clothes without asking. The hotel is expensive for its overall service.

Fantastic 4-night stay

Another wonderful AC Hotel (have stayed in AC Hotel Pisa too). The building is a converted old pasta factory but done very well. Hotel and rooms are very modern and beautifully furnished. Had a nice spacious double room with separate large washing area, bathroom, sofa and desk. Nice private car park too but a bit on the pricey side. Managed to find alternative street parking close-by but not easy. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, even the cleaners who, seeing that we had borrowed a couple of plates from the dining room one evening, left a tablecloth for the following night. AC Hotels is fast becoming my favourite hotel chain in the north of Italy and they deserve it!!

Turin Stay

Fantastic experience and location. We were gong to the Robbie Williams show in Turin, and this topped off the trip. There were 2 minus points which stopped me rating this hotel 100% the first was the luggage issue we had driven from Paris that day and our room was on the 3rd floor, I went down to the car which was right outside the door and started loading in 3 large suitcases. The staff watched me struggle up the first staircase with all luggage where I found a luggage trolley and delivered my luggage to my room then brought the trolley back down. Im not a lazy person, but on 2 occasions I had to leave my luggage unattended in the process, then having to mess around with the trolley was a bit of an annoyance. I wasn't bothered until 1hr later when the soccer team Benfica arrived ahead of their clash with Juventus, on their arrival around 5 staff members were helping them off with luggage and delivering to rooms. Maybe I need to be on 200,000 euros a week to have a porter service lol.
The other issue was the taxi to the show, the hotel arranged the taxi and it cost me 22 euros, paid and thought nothing of this. Coming back which was around 11pm same taxi company from the same place cost 9 euros, big difference.

This is one of the good hotels if you would like to stay near Lingotto, for congress..
The staff is good, room is OK.
Breakfast is OK
No hotel facility, Turkish bath or jakuzi is not useful.
Aircondition was little problem (it may be my false)
Very silent hotel, after ten oclock, it is nearly sleeping.
The hotel is very expensive maybe because it was congress time...
You have to buy internet with 8 euros for each your laptop, or mobile..

AC Hotel Torino by Marriott is a nice hotel in the Lingotto area, which is 4 subway stops from the center of the city. Rooms are clean and well designed. The same applies for the lobby and the restaurant areas. The staff is polite and helpful.

Lovely big rooms, fab bathroom and good breakfast. Strange lounge and bar area looks very trendy but virtually unused in the day so difficult to get a coffee or a drink at bar as staff scarce. Did not seem like there was much too do in the nearby area but perfect as a base if you have plans.

What a wonderful place to be and every friendly and accommodating staff.

The only aspect that prevents me from giving a 5 is that the leisure facilities were limited - would have preferred a larger gym and swimming pool but nonetheless the steam room was great!

Smart hotel in great location

Great location, modern hotel, beautiful building. Stayed for one night during a road trip in Italy. Our daughters loved the bathrooms and free mini bar, whilst we enjoyed the Agnelli Gallery next door (Canalettos and Matisse) and the car museum. We all ate in Eatlaly later which was amazing.

The place to stay for a business trip

Just perfect: excellent room and facilities, practical and with all you;ll need.

Soft drinks at the minibar are included and everything is just as you'd expect.

Some few finishing touches (building and materials) could be better, but they are more than fine.

On the down side is that parking is not included in the fee (and you'll need it) and that internet connection is also not included in the fee.

I will certainlly go back again.

A renovated hotel in an old factory. Great rooms, wonderful lobby. Very nice decoration and great maintenance. If you are going to Torino and don't care to stay a little far from the historical center, this is an excellent choice.

Great hotel, unprofessional restaurant service

The hotel looks great in and out, all facilities are modern, in good condition, and sparkling clean. No objections here.

Reception staff helpful, professional, speaks friendly in English and French.

Outside parking is 13 euro/night on hotel property, but were found a spot on the street; it's free overnight, and on the same street, 20-50 meters from hotel entrance.

Breakfast is adequate, but not 5-star. The biggest disappointment was coffee. Included is... 'instant' coffee. Anything else is on request and costs extra.

Restaurant staff serving breakfast is arrogant and ignorant, unless requests are made in Italian. It took 15 minutes to bring another platter of cheeses, and another 20 to get 2 cups of cappuccino. For a 5-star 'business' oriented hotel this is unacceptable.

City hotel in commercial area

Lovely hotel, probably 4* quality in the UK. This is a business type hotel where you are not in the centre but was very good value with free soft drinks in the minibar and a good buffet breakfast. It's very modern in style and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. There was a nice area to sit outside but if I wanted a romatic weekend I would stay nearer the centre. As an overnight stopover it is ideal or if you are travelling for business it is great value.

El hotel esta enun edificio antiguo pero muy bonito, el area es bastante fea con edificios al limite del mantenimiento preventivo.
La habitacion muy grande, cafe, refrigerador, todo bien. Cama comoda, en general muy bien.
Nos dieron una habitacion con vista a una pared, y a los tachos de basura que cuando viene el camion de la basura el estruendo es molesto... Parking cubierto y descubierto. Impuesto de la ciudad 7,40 euros por pasajero.
