What a cool space to use as a hotel. Our suite room was amazing. It was big, well decorated and had those great big windows with views of the mountains. I loved all the signage about the history of the FIAT factory. We also ate in the restaurant and had a great waiter named Fabrizio.

Great location in the old Lingotto Fiat factory and very handy for the metro into the city centre, but no complimentary access to the roof top test track any more. Also be aware that a \"view\" room is just of the courtyard. In-room coffee is only instant sachets and no creamer/milk.

Excellent and spacious accommodations. At par with other global chains. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a very nice gym, and a nice restaurant. It is just minutes away from the National Automobile Museum of Italy. Hotel has free parking and sits next to a very popular shopping center.

Website says NH has own running track but actually open to public and everyone has to pay. Although you do get a concession.

Only criticism was very slow check in. Like 15-20 mins time (not waiting actual check in procedure)

Lovely, as always. Great, generous rooms and comfortable bed. Kettle in room, seating area & work area. Don’t forget to visit the roof to enjoy a great view of Turin and the Fiat test track - don’t miss the on/off ramp for some brutalist joy. Easy metro into city centre, 2 euro. EV charging, 20 euro flat fee so we topped right up. 4 ports, only ours in use.

Great design hotel in Turin

Fantastic rooms (we had the bigger option and it was really large), good comfortable bed, nice bathroom , nice design quirks and lovely high ceilings. Parking outside (behind a barrier and just in front of the hotel) is free. Breakfast ok, good coffee (not from the dreaded automatic dispenser), staff very friendly. Not right in the center but the good and clean Turin underground just stops in front of the hotel. Highly recommended and would always return when in Turin.

Superb hotel. Wonderful location with a shopping mall and Eataly next door. 2 minute walk to the Metro station Lingotto. I love the hotel is in the converted former Fiat factory. Spacious, comfortable and modern rooms with a great bathroom. The breakfast is great. Love the bar and piano playing! Staff are great. Highly recommend!

Well located to experience the old Fiat factory - though you do have to ask for your free roof top access. Reception was rather overwhelmed when I tried to check in with rooms not available for the normal check in, never mind the Expedia Gold early check in. Free parking is great, but limited capacity. Very convenient for public transport into the city centre.

Very disappointing stay

Disappointing stay. I paid a lot for a room in this hotel expecting to have a decent stay.

The bed was very uncomfortable and scratchy sheets.

Soaps and shampoos were cheap and nasty.

There was no water, coffees or tees in the room; you had to pay for that.

The gym has a maximum capacity of 3 people and you need to ask for the receptionist to open the door. You can’t just walk in.

Location is next to a shopping mall but very far from the centre.

I wouldn’t be disappointed if it was cheap but it was extremely expensive for what it was.

Really recommend for everyone but especially for petrolheads. The hotel is former FIAT factory with old polygon on the rooftop and the MAUTO museum is only 5 min from there 👍 All services and cleanliness is on perfect level.

Beautiful historical building!

Historical building for people who love cars and history! The hotel’s lobby is beautiful, rooms are big & comfortable and you can go up and get to know La pista 500 (space where Fiat 500 were tested). The hotel is also 5 minutes away from Museo do Automobile. The only small thing I missed was a coffee machine in the room but this is really a detail that could make my staying more than perfect!

It is a property close to the Ovalo convention ceneter, with good size rooms that have very nice designer furniture. Some designs are form the beginning of the 19th Century. Service was excellent!!

Stayed here because of the connection with the fiat factory and of course the film . It did not disappoint . Great building . Walked on the iconic pista 500.
Room was brilliant and loved the style . Opposite the Lingotto metro stop . Only criticism cold bacon and egg at breakfast !

Lovely hotel - rooms spotlessly clean, free parking right outside and staff very welcoming. Metro station is next to the hotel to take you into the main part of the city and a large shopping centre right next door. Eataly, with various restaurants, is just around the corner. However, very disappointed that the Fiat roof area/track was closed for an event. This was our reason for choosing this hotel and although we understand that the hotel has no control over when the roof is closed, we feel that they should have notified guests in advance that the it was closed - there wasn’t even anything on the hotel website to say that it was wasn’t accessible and the roof area was still being promoted

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff - not everyone but more than one person. Given a twin bed despite asking for a double - no option to change. Room itself large and clean - the cleaning staff were great. Breakfast was a disaster as it was so busy that things ran out and it was chaos.

Great location (away from city center, connected to a mall, and close to all services). Very spacious and airy rooms with lots of light from the huge windows. Properly equipped bathroom and facilities, despite being old and tired.

Asked about my upgrade, receptionist said “you will get what you have booked, nothing more”. I am eligible for a double upgrade based on availability. The hotel was almost empty, rooms of all types available to be booked. Very strange reaction and treatment.

The hotel suffers from very poor quality of house keeping. Besides changing towels, the bathrooms are hardly cleaned or touches. Occasional hairs and leftovers could be fine after the daily cleaning. Not up to expected normal standards at all.

Team at reception were friendly in general, and Elaina stood out as very helpful.

Still good value as the prices were low, given its out-of-CityCentre location and no events in the nearby exhibition center.

I would come back only if I am on business, or if the prices is half or more than other good hotels.

Large rooms and clean, but showing a bit of wear in the halls and public area. Large bathroom, clean and modern. Convenient to events in Palavela and local shopping. Some local restaurants. A metro stop is nearby. Breakfast had lots of variety, but hot food was luke warm at best. Cold eggs - yuch.

From reception to house-keeping this hotel could not be faulted. Every request was met with a smile and a can do attitude. A special mention should be given to Fabricio (waiter) who went the extra kilometre during our stay.
We will be back next year, can't wait!

Recommended by a colleague. Lovely hotel. Great use of the old Fiat factory and loved the individual touches that harked back to this. Definitely ask for a ticket to go to the test track. It was absolutely stunning. Loved the fact that they have turned it into a garden and loved the Pinotecca Agnelli with their bijoux art collection of 24 pieces. Very close to Lingotto metro stop, which takes you directly to Porto nuovo. As a solo traveller, my only gripe is that Porto nuovo is still a walk to the historic centre, which was done in the heat. A minor point but relevant. Had a great stay overall.

Wonderful hotel in historic Fiat factory

Very nice hotel in the historic Fiat factory, as seen in The Italian Job. Everything good to very good, including free on-site parking. Great area, with shopping and Eataly opposite. Room slightly dirty in places. They gave us free tickets to the art museum, which allows access to the rooftop racetrack. DoubleTree slightly better, but also slight more expensive.

Clean, big rooms with comfortable bed. It’s attached to a mall so convenient to find inexpensive meals at the food court so you weren’t overspending on 3 meals per day. It is right next to a Metro train station which was very nice for easily getting around and much easier to learn than were buses. This was the first hotel I ever stayed that did not have a coffee pot. We really missed that—but perhaps that’s normal for Italy???

Very nice hotel, huge rooms for European cities, excellent internet, reach and tasety Breakfast. A little far from the city center, about 5KM so walking to the attractions is out of the question. It is however adjacent to a big mall with a nice food court and there are some nice restaurants around

The hotel is outstanding in every way, it sits inside the old fiat factory with a nice area in centre to sit at night for drinks, if your staying at the hotel you can get access to the old test track on the roof via a personal lift ( ask at main reception). The rest of factory is now a shopping mall where you have all the shops and restaurants. Not much outside that you can walk to but very enjoyable.

Very nice room and hotel overall, very good location. Parking for car travellers.
However, Check-in was too slow because they insisted on entering all details of all guests unlike other properties. Furthermore, there was no coffee machine or water boiler which is a first for me in a 4 star hotel.
