We stayed here on our way to Milan—and what a great choice!
Being outside the busy city center gave us the chance to enjoy the local atmosphere, with wonderful food and friendly people nearby. The hotel itself was spotless, with very comfortable beds and the added bonus of breakfast on-site. A perfect stopover that felt both relaxing and authentic.

We had a great stay! The rooms were large and very nice. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was great. The locations was good. Overall a perfect spot to stay and rest for a few days. The only complaint I have is the pillows were not very comfortable. It also may not be ideal if you want to be close to city centre. But it’s very close to the subway.

Huge room for the three of us. Nicely decorated!. Well located as we were using public transport. Restaurant within hotel - very good! Great staff and very helpful. Forgot passports, credit card, phone and train tickets in my purse! Called hotel and they had already recuperated my belongings. Went back to retrieve it and all was well !

Good hotel but a little far out if sightseeing

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Turin Corso Francia as an overnight stopover on our way to Tuscany. The hotel was easy to find and had covered parking underneath the hotel. The room was a good size, clean and had everything we required, We ate in the restaurant in the evening, and although the menu was a little limited, the food was good and the staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and our kids reported it was the “best they had ever had”, although I suspect this was largely due to the automatic pancake machine! The only downsides were that the hotel was quite far from the attractions in Turin and the cab rides were expensive to get there. Also it took about 20 minutes to pursuade the manager that according to the hotels website that kids should in fact eat for free.

On check in the staff were not very polite or clear about adding my stay in the IHG Rewards programme. They also spoke \" Matter of Fact \" like about the faclities of the Hotel. The waitress at the Restaurant were also very straight faced, but all this was made up in the night when we had dinner there by a Male Staff Manager who was extremely service oriented and we liked the way he talked and made us feel comfortable.

The hotel appears relatively new, the room is clean and spacious, and the bed is comfortable as well. The breakfast buffet is decent...nothing fancy, but an adequate choice of typical continental breakfast items (baked goods, fruits, cereal, cheese, cold cuts, etc.) with scrambled egg and sausage/bacon as hot items.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. It is a bit away from the City centre, but the metro station (Massaua) is just across the street, and then it's about a 20-min ride to the central areas of the City on its simple yet efficient metro system.

I would definitely consider staying here again on my future visits to Turin, and would recommend this to others.

Nothing was like we were promised to get

The pictures on the web site were complitly diferent from the room we were given. The room was very small and the aire condition didnt work. We asked for one big bed and we got 2 single beds. Nothing was like wat we were promised to get before we made the reservation. Once we made the reservation and paid the money evrithing was worst. This is not a Holiday Inn 4 star hotel.

The hotel staff were very rude & unaccommodating. Upon checking in, we stood several minutes in front of counter & the staff in duty didn't even greet us & made us wait several minutes before attending to us! There were no othe people checking in! our booking was for 4 adults & we were given a king sized bed & a double deck bed which is good only for children. It was dangerous to use, it was an accident waiting to happen for adults to use it. Upon complaining, the staff even tried to put blame on us because we booked through a company that they said they didn't even know of! And that your company didn't specify we needed 4 beds! If they didn't have a quadruple accommodation, why did they accept our quadruple booking!? Why blame the guest for their inability to provide a quadruple accommodation? It would been handled better if they tried to solve the problem politely! They were rude and irritated with our complaint! The male staff even told my wife that 'we have been discussing for 10 minutes already ' and that he was 'now very angry!' Is this the way hotel staff should treat guests? For several days, we noticed that the staff didn't even bother to greet us with a good morning or evening! The front desk staff even ignore us! They just stare into their computers when we approach the desk & make us wait! No courtesy at all! Horrible first night! My wife had to insist that she will not let our adult family members use a double deck bed for kids, flimsy at that! The worst hotel experience! In this trip, we stayed at 6 hotels - all quadruple occupancies. We got a bed for each of us or 2 double beds, always! Twice, we were given 2 rooms. Only at this hotel did they expect 2 adults to use a double deck bed for children! We didn't book for 2 adults w/ 2 children! 4 ADULTS! Super rude staff! The bell boy was more courteous than the front desk staff!

Found my new home away from home in Torino

I really enjoyed my stay here! My bags did not arrive with me when I arrived in Milano, so upon arrival I asked the very friendly front desk person if there was somewhere nearby I could buy clothes and hygiene products. She provided me with some essentials, and suggested a few close-by options. Very helpful. Not only that, but they expedited my room, as I arrived a little bit before check-in time. When my bag finally arrived two days later, they delivered it to my room for me. Even though all of this may seem standard, or common courtesy, it felt that they went a little above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The location was pretty great, too. Super close to the metro stop, and there was a great little pasticceria with perfect options for a quick breakfast (avoiding the pretty ridiculous 12 euro or whatever that the hotel wanted to charge) right down the road, as well as a grocery store for quick essentials, should you need them. My room was very comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm around.

Far away from the town. Nothing to do around the hotel. Basic breakfast not much choice. Queen size bed is two singles put together leaving a gap in the middle. Unfriendly staff. Charged tax twice once by expedia and then by the hotel. I wouldn't recommend to stay at this hotel.

The food is not good at all. Not that many dining places around either.

The breakfast buffet has very limited (and uninteresting) options.

I booked this place among a few alternatives because it said it has a mini gym, but it's just a small room with only 1 ancient treadmill, 1 bicycle and 1-2 body building devices. Not even a simple bench and dumbbells.

Easy access to Metro- Large fam rooms!

When we arrived our rooms were ready, we were two families and 8 pax in total. Rooms were spacious very clean and great value for money. Cleaning happened daily which was great. The underground Metro is just accross the road and gives you access to the entire Turin. Very easy to use. Would stay there again without a doubt. Breakfast was not fantastic, but great for a yoghurt, pastry and maybe a cereal. All staff were super efficient and very friendly. Eataly is a must see which is on the other side of the city, but just jump on the Metro and get off at the very last stop Lungotto and you are ther 20min non hassles. On our departure day we requested our rooms until later that afternoon, and it was granted without hesitation. Explore the little restaurants in the area. The city becomes alive at night. Would love to see this city in summer.

A surprisingly good response to a problem

On checkout, the hotel neglected to return my passport. When I later discovered this I was on my way to Milan. The hotel deleievered the missing passport to my Milan hotel in the sams day via thier own driver (2.5 hours each way), and I made my plane early the next morning--complete with passport. A fantastic response to a awkward siuation.

Di questo albergo mi piace ogni singolo dettaglio. Dalla gentilezza del personale, e comprendo anche gli addetti dell’ottimo ristorante Fermata Venchi, al design moderno Le camere: pulite, ampie, luminose, con ottimi servizi. Letti ampi e comodi. Sottolineo anche il mega schermo TV e il necessario per il caffè e il frigobar (con omaggio di benvenuto). Buona insonorizzazione. Fermata metro a due minuti. L’area circostante ha diversi e piacevoli spazi verdi. Di buona qualità e varietà la colazione (raccomando, essendo goloso, il mega contenitore di Nutella). Ok anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Quasi superfluo dire che raccomando questo hotel e che la quantità di ospiti che vedo ogni volta mi fa credere/sperare che il mio consiglio sia valido, al netto dei miei gusti personali.

Tutto di eccellente livello come sempre. Peronale efficiente e accogliente, esattamente come gli addetti del ristorante interno Venchi Unica (che raccomando anche per la qualità del cibo). Stanza ampia e luminosa grazie alla finestra che occupa una intera parete. Pulizia impeccabile (i miei complimento agli addetti) della stanzq e dei serivizi, ampi e comodi. Sottolineo anche il kit per preparare il caffè, lo schermo TV molto ampio e con molti programmi (anche Sky), l'omaggio di benvenuto.Peronalmente trovo bello il design moderno dell'hotel, Sottolineo poi la comodità di avere la fermata della Metro a due minuti a piedi. Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an einer U-Bahn Station, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, haben aber leider nicht alles ganz so gut auf Englisch verstanden. Das Hotel war sehr groß und schön, aber man konnten die Duschtür nicht ganz schließen. Abschließend kann ich sagen, dass ich das Hotel wirklich sehr empfehlen kann.

Confermo ancora una volta la qualità di questo hotel. Personale molto gentile ed efficiente , direi impeccabile. Lo stesso vale per gli altri addetti e per i camerieri , bravissimi, del ristorante Fermata Venchi ( che consiglio senz’altro). Camere spaziose, pulite, silenziose. Ottimi anche i servizi. Da non dimenticare l’ampio schermo TV ( con Sky) e il necessario per prepararsi un buon caffè. Le camere ai piani alti, come la mia in questo caso, hanno anche una bella vista. Colazione varia e di ottimo livello. La fermata Metro ( Massaua) consente di arrivare in centro ( Porta Nuova) in circa 20 minuti. Consiglio senz’altro questo hotel a tutti.

Das Zimmer war sauber aber etwas abgewohnt, die Lage vom Hotel ist super (U-Bahn 3 Minuten entfernt). Das Frühstück ist super. Der Preis fürs Parken ist mit 16€ pro Tag sehr überzogen, ich habe selten so eine heruntergekommene Tiefgarage gesehen.

Ho gia soggiornato in questa strattura e continuo ad apprezzarne l'ottima qualità: estrema gentilezza del personale della reception (tutti, nessuno escluso),velocità e disponibilità per risolvere eventuali problemi. stanze ampie, silenziose, pulite, così come i servizi. C'è anche il necessario per prepararsi un buon caffè, Gli schermi TV sono ampi e con molti canali. Posizione comoda per la vicinanza della Metropolitana. Eccellente e raccomandato anche il ristorante \"Fermata Venchi\", sia per la qualità delle portate siua per la gentilezza del personale. Insomma, consiglio a tutti questo hotel.

Ottimo hotel, ma scarsa attenzione al cliente

Scarsa attenzione al cliente, con un direttore inadeguato. In stanza tranne la prima sera non c’era acqua in frigo. Ad una richiesta di chiarimenti è stato detto che l’acqua è offerta come benvenuto solo il primo giorno, ho pernottato sei notti, gli altri 5 giorni rimasto senza acqua nemmeno a pagamento. Alla richiesta di chiarimenti la persona al ricevimento ha detto che avrebbe chiesto al direttore che se ne è fregato. Vergogna

Hôtel sympathique. Salle de petit déjeuner lumineuse et spacieuse avec de nombreux choix pour se restaurer. Regrettons que l’isolation ne soit pas suffisante pour étouffer les sons de la route bien que nous étions au 7ème étage.
