The hotel was outskirts of Turin but was moden and comfortable. Rooms were neat and comfortable. Location is not great if you dont have a car but we managed to travel in and out of turin by Bus 36 and Metro. Public transportation is cheap but Taxi is very expensive. Overall a good hotel for a fair price.

Great all rounder

Great place, friendly staff, clean rooms, air con in the rooms and an amazing breakfast. Will definitely stop here again on our way through Italy. Clancy's around the corner is a great place to eat, it's in a short walking distance and the burgers and pizzas are amazing.

The property was clean, but older. The beds were comfortable, but only 1 side of the bed had a night stand and outlet. I had to use the outlet on the desk across the room. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was okay, but the eggs were runny and undercooked, the bacon was also undercooked, and the fruit was from a can. None of the fruit was fresh except green bananas. The pool closes as 7:30, which is far too early. After being out exploring all day, it would have been nice to sit in the hot tub or by the pool to relax before going to bed. Basically, the only way to get use of the pool is to stay at the hotel all day.

The A/C of the whole hotel wasn’t working from the moment we checked-in. They told us the weather was cool and we had to open the windows.
The noise outside was stubborn; there was a car or two like going around at high speed making a lot of noise. At 1AM the fire alarm shut off and it was false alarm, there was an electrical problem; this kept happening until 3AM or so. Then a truck came to unload stuff. It was not possible to rest.

This hotel was fantastic and we definitely didn't expect it for the price we paid. It was so clean, the staff were friendly, we had everything we needed, they even gave us complimentary drinks on arrival. Breakfast was amazing as well. We arrived late and went to the restaurant so our son could eat, when we said we really didn't want to eat anything, the staff offered to make us whatever we wanted. They were all so lovely. I hope I get to stay again someday.

Worst stay in years.
Expedia shows it has Air/Con - it does not.
At checkin I asked if the room had A/C and was told to my face YES.
In the room it was baking. I asked reception to turn it on as it was switched off and they said they would. I called again 10 minutes later and they said they would. After 20 minutes I called again and just got rude \"open the window as there is an electrical fault so it cannot be turned on\" with clearly no intention of enabling the Air/Con. The following morning I was told the A/C was switched to heating and so could not be turned on. So reception had been bare faced lying.
I contacted expedia and was further fobbed off leading to an offer of moving to another hotel, at 1am ? Really ? Based on inaccurate information.
Not wanting to move at this time I agreed to a discount to stay. In order to open the window and let in slightly cooler air you have to have the curtains wide open due to their installation. The room is directly in front of reception and the front so the lights lit up the entire room. As the windows are open I ended up with bites all over me but to be fair this could have been bugs in the mattress given the state of them.
The bathroom was disgusting, the edges of the shower had mould all over them, the floor was black with grime between the tiles. There were hairs in the shower. The hairdryer was damaged.
During the night it rained, with the window open I got the full benefit of the rain on the large plastic roof skylights.

Great value hotel.

A quick overnight stop on a motorcycle tour. Clean, spacious air conditioned rooms with plenty of parking. Breakfast buffet was superb with plenty of choice. Great value at around £40 per night including breakfast. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Huge site with plenty of outdoor room beside a very large built area. Parking secure and more than adequate. Hotel obviously of a certain age but all still well maintained and comfortable. We were en route and did not leave the hotel to explore eating options. Slightly let down by the restaurant side which I would guess may be a franchise in a building slightly away from the hotel. Otherwise all good but please have the piano in the lobby tuned!!!

My stay was really good. The receptionists were really friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. The other staff around the hotel such as the cleaning staff and lifeguard were also very friendly. Our room was clean and tidy, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower and bathroom were nice and there was a big wardrobe to fit all of our clothes in, the view from our room was really lovely which was an added bonus. The wife worked really well, it was fast and even worked down by the pool. The breakfast was nice, a nice variety of food, everything was tasty and labelled in Italian and English which made it easy understand what you were getting. The pool was lovely, very clean and always sun loungers available, and the fresh towels given to us to use were a nice touch. The hotel is in a good location, with many restaurants and shops a few minutes walking distance away. The hotel was quite and peaceful, no noise coming from the outside, which meant we had a good night sleep every night. In summary, I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was comfortable and clean. Nice to have a fridge in the room, and the air conditioning worked well.
The breakfast was very good and the dining room staff were very friendly.
The hotel is located a short walk from Rivoli’s main shops and restaurants, although it’s not the easiest walk for those guests who don’t have a car. The hotel is designed for road transport, not so much for pedestrians.

Overall a good clean hotel, nice friendly staff. Pretty good breakfast. Pool was additional €10 for my class of room, allowed me to use the gym 1 night and is very clean and new. A bit grandiose in size and where my room was near the lift, the mechanism was very noisy.

Visited over a number of years. Convenient location for visiting family living close by. Always very friendly staff, willing to help. Recently redecorated public areas. Comfy room but walls a little thin. Neighbours /tv can be heard on occasions. Very good continental breakfast. Improved over the years. Great view of Alps on a clear day. Will be back on our next visit to Rivoli.

This was a nice hotel on a big property. Plenty of parking and you can walk to town. Typical European buffet breakfast included. Not much to do in town this time of the year. When the weather warms I am sure that the nearby water park is booming.

The Rivoli is a large hotel which is reasonably close to Rivoli centre, 5 min walk. Although rooms are large, tv is small with no English channels and only docket is bedroom didn’t work. It would have been good to know w as I was evolving my phone to charge overnight and it didn’t. Breakfast is typically continental with no English selection. The WiFi was a little difficult too.

Ideal hotel for visiting Turin.

Visited family who live in apartment opposite hotel. Have stayed here several times before. Clean, comfy and quiet hotel with pleasant staff - reception speak English. Breakfast typically Italian (continental only). Convenient location for visiting Turin, 20 mins by car. 10 mins walk in to Rivoli. 30 mins 'up hill' to historic castle! 20 mins from airport - outside rush hour! Taxi c.50 euros.
Be aware that there is a requirement to pay 2 euros per person per night (max 4 nights) city/tourist tax, on checking out, on top of any Hotels.com booking 'deal'. Not mentioned in their 'small print'!

We were recommended to this hotel by a relative who lives nearby in Rivoli. It was the first time meeting this cousin and this hotel served us very well during our stay of 4 days.

The only negative comment I have to add is as follows. My wife and I are in our 70s and the shower is very slippery when wet, so we had to put towels on the floor of the shower area to prevent our falling.
Also there is no shelf or dish area in the shower area. We had to place our personal/shampoo soap on the floor. Seems odd and inconvenient. Those 2 items need correction IMO.

Good value for money.

Stayed several times over past 2/3 years when visiting family living in apartment opposite hotel. Quiet location. Twenty mins taxi from Turin airport. Always very friendly (English speaking) staff. Always very clean bedroom/bathroom/public areas. Firm beds! Breakfast typically Italian - limited continental - but choice reduced quickly by early (business people) risers. Overall, good value for money.

Pour ceux qui aiment avoir très chaud

Les points positifs : grand lit, chambre spacieuse, et propre, petit déjeuner plutôt bien fourni.
Les points négatifs : la climatisation, enfin je n'appelle pas ça une climatisation parce que quand on ne peut pas descendre en dessous de 27°C, si on craint le chaud et qu'on est en été, on ne dort pas de la nuit. Au vu des autres commentaires, que j'aurais dû regarder avant, je ne suis pas le seul à avoir rencontré ce problème. L'autre point négatif, l'insonorisation, quasi inexistante.
