Quiet property- very little noise in the hotel itself. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and air conditioning worked well. Convenient to get to the roads and highways. A restaurant and bar was available but I did not use either during my stay.

Great staff shame about the place

Hotel is tired, and at first appeared deserted, staff did their best to help and were lovely, but covis has stopped what is primarily a conference hotel, i counted only 7 other guests at the hotel. no restaurant due to covid. but staff prepared a lovely breakfast for our early departure. room smelt of cigarettes, as i said hotel is a little tired but staff were lovely.

Great affordable hotel

The hotel was easy to reach and was located outside of Turin's congestion areas, which is a bonus if you drive in by car or don't need to drive to the city center. The rooms were nice and clean, if a little basic. Comfortable beds and a good breakfast selection. The staff was friendly, too. If you're not too fussy about a fancy room and don't need to drive to the city center at rush hour, this hotel is a great option. Doesn't seem to have many eating or shopping options in walking distance, though.

Very much an IBIS-style hotel - clean, tidy, friendly staff but these hotels lack an overall feeling of warmth. I didn't eat in the restaurant but breakfast was fine and plentiful. You really need a car or taxi to get anywhere but it was convenient for me as I was working near the location. Overall pretty good value stay and a nice view of the snowy mountains in November.

To find once you know precisely which exit on motorway to take.
Worst pillows on the planet resulted in poor sleep.
Nice breakfast buffet.
Situated in an industrial zone so didn't expect much in
\"Softness\" but kettle & coffee in room was nice touch.
Good WiFi in room at no extra cost.

Stayed here for one night whilst driving back from Rome to UK, have stayed at other Tulip hotels and this did not disappoint, easy to find from the Autostrada and plenty of parking available on site even for a large van. Room was very clean and comfortable, free WiFi was of a good speed, restaurant food was delicious and staff excellent and friendly all could speak good English. Very happy with price also!

Hotel was fine and staff were pleasant. Only confusion was breakfast charge. We were told at checkin it was included but were then charged as the receptionist made a mistake. Unfortunate as on of the group paid 9 euros for a coffee and yogurt.

The hotel is a little out of town but if you have a car it is excellent. Air-con excellent for August heat and staff were great, most with excellent English and great recommendations for local restaurants. Although they stated they had a restaurant, it was not open for lunch & only sometimes for dinner - they said they were a 'business' hotel and as Italian businesses seem to all be on holidays in August, they were not opening it always. However, there are lots of eating places with a short distance - I would recommend that you need a car.

Location may be a problem

This hotel was really nice. We found the staff really friendly and the room really nice. We ate dinner and breakfast int he restaurant, and again both were nice. Our waitress didn't speak English and infortunately we had very little Italian but she was patient and clearly tried her best with us, so we got everything we ordered correctly.
The only problem is that you aren't in Turin, and from what we could tell there is little/no public transport to get you there. We were driving and so it was quite easy for us to get there as you are on a main road that leads into the centre. If you don't drive be prepared for a taxi and possibly an expensive fare.

Good night's rest

Because of the special occasion of the shroud being on display hotel rooms were at a premium in the city of Turin. We had a reservation at another hotel but had to change the number of days we were staying when we did this with no longer had a room there. I made the reservation at the CAMPANILE - TORINO / TURIN RIVOLI because it was easy to get to and allowed me easy access to downtown Turin. Our flight was delayed so we arrived late but were able to have a wonderful supper. I was disappointed that the WiFi Internet access was not working.

Bad Hotel - A bit old and not in good location

This hotel is not in a good location - about 20 or more minutes from downtown turin. Hotel is small and old - gave me the impression that the hotel used to be a hospital by the way their restrooms are set up - restrooms smelled like pipes - Not good at all - would not recommend this hotel. We stayed one night in April, we moved out to another hotel the next night

Stop over at the outer ring of Turin

The hotel is conveniently located for a short stop while on transit. The room and the bathroom are of decent size and were spotless clean. The bed is comfortable. The offered price on a weekends is competitive. There is sufficient free parking space.
The breakfast is basic. The restaurant is closed on weekends. I was indicated a trattoria a short drive up the side road. As the hotel lies in an industrial areas, there is nothing in walkable distance. One of the biggest shopping centres of Turin is 10 minutes drive away.
A compliment to the staff at the reception. They are courteous and helpful.

Jag har bott där två gånger nu, bägge rummen var rena och prydliga. Höga betyg för städning och övrig service, däremot är WiFi under all kritik. Det saknas minibar/kylskåp, och varför är allting inplastat? Pappersmuggarna vid vattenkokaren är inplastade. Plastmuggar på toaletten, också de inplastade. Varför inte använda riktiga muggar och glas... andra gången tog jag med mig egna istället.

Je ne comprends pas que cette hôtel soit un quatre-étoiles - Le bruit de la climatisation fait un bruit très fort, mais qui ne couvre pas assez la conversation des personnes de la chambre voisine. Le personnel est aimable, mais sans plus. Elle lit du deux étoiles sur la route dans lequel j’ai dormi hier, était bien plus confortable... Je retournerai à Turin, mais pas dans cet hôtel!

Week end a Torino. Hotel in periferia ma comunque utile per raggiungere in auto il centro città che dista circa 15 Km. Vicini uscita Tangenziale Sud. Struttura buona. Penso che tornerò!
