Good location 5 mins walk to Port. Small beach around 10 mins walk. Relatively modern blocks around a nice pool. Furniture a little dated. Bike hire from hotel (check tyres before you leave) was useful to have a proper look around. Decent breakfast. Staff were fine. Pool lifeguard / attendant spends last 2 hrs of shift tidying up pool area rather than focused on swimmers.

Really very good,
Part of a week at 5 different hotels in Mallorca looking at different areas to buy a house.
Very efficient functional hotel.
Free bottle of fizz in the room, good service, excellent breakfast… if I was honest a little corporate but some people will like this.. it all worked well

Mon Port was a dream! So glad we decided to stay there compared to other hotels in the area. The room was spacious and clean and the entire property made you feel as though you were in a private oasis. The staff was attentive and always quick to order us another round of drinks or food. I also liked how close the hotel was to the port; it was very easy to walk to dinners, the beach, stores, etc. Only complaint would be that I wish that the hotel was better marked throughout…felt at times as if it was the blind leading the blind trying to find the best way to the town, beach, etc. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Port d’Andratx

Mon port is a beautiful well kept hotel in a quiet area. The staff were friendly and attentive and we felt very safe with regards to COVID. The walk into Andraitx town is lovely and there are lots of restaurants and small shops. We will definitely return.

The hotel position and environment was excellent. The port is beautiful and quiet especially when we went in late September. The hotel has excellent facilities with the pools, spa, gym, tennis courts and bike hire but we just did the swimming and running! The beach closest to the hotel is small but serviced though there were some jelly fish around which cut the swimming short.The hotel wS fsb and breakfasts amazing. The staff worked very hsrd but always friendly, courteous and prifessional. Everywhere was spotless and nothing too much trouble. The pool attendant was great, friebdly but always ready to help.Thank you Alien ! Only one concern was the air con was not very efficient in our room, especially at night it seemed. Also, I do not eat meat or fish and the restsurant was very meat and fish orientatd. Having said that they did give me some alternatives abd prepared something for me which was delicious. A lovely stay and highly reommended. Thanks to all the staff.

Stayed before at the Mon Port. It has lovely public rooms and outside space. It is located up a hill and takes about ten mins to walk into the port. The bedrooms now need updating and are quite tired. The bed was a bit hard for my liking. The breakfast has an extensive choice and the reception team are so helpful. Big plus they have a kettle for tea/coffee in the room

Even though I had no young children I thought the life guard was excellent, he smiled all the time was always attentive making sure young children where safe and he was helpful bringing out cushions and towels for sun beds.

Same menu continuously so would not stay half board again; absence of pool side waiter service missed opportunity and a negative for a 4star hotel. Air conditioning unreliable, and I believe it wrong in a hot climate again with 4star hotel to be charged €2 for small bottles of water

We love the Mon Port been return guests for over 10 visits. Staff in reception and pool bar are not giving the usual fantastic customer care. Not the usual responsive attentive style for 75% of the time. Not sure the ear pieces and focus on the tablets is helping attentiveness in pool bar.

I really enjoyed the hotel amenities and the friendly staff were great - especially Alian who looked after everyone around the pool so well! My room was large, comfortable and clean. My only complaint, if I have to find one at all, was that I would have appreciated some evening entertainment at the hotel as a solo traveller: there was a band playing on the terrace one evening, but generally the bar and terrace were quite empty in the evenings, most people seemed to go into the port where there are many restaurants and bars.

The hotel fully met our high expectations for a relaxing holiday. Everything is maintained to a high standard and the staff are very friendly and professional. There is also free wi-fi throughout the whole complex (rooms & grounds).
The hotel is situated approx. 5 mins walk to the start of the port & 10 mins to the far side where there are numerous restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.

Mini Break before peak season

This is a beautiful hotel that I would highly recommend booking. It is a lovely walk to the town ( approx. 15 mins), although it is not the friendliest of walks for those with mobility issues. Still, it is easily reachable by taxi (5 mins)
Our room was in the 4th block and in a prime spot for morning and sunshine (mostly east facing) but we had amazing blackout curtains so that my partner could have his morning lie in!
We stayed with breakfast included and it was marvelous. Lots of selection, fresh and tasty and something for everyone. Not one complaint about the food.
The port and marina were a joy to explore. Such a lovely area and a great stay.

Excellent hotel in a lovely location. The staff here were truly exceptional. They all smiled and all asked how you were. Nothing was too much trouble at all. We had an upgrade to a suite which was a nice surprise. The whole place was very comfortable. The bed was huge and linen was great too. The breakfast was plentiful and there was lots of choice. We also had dinner here and we enjoyed it very much too. Food was good, not a lot of choice but good. Pools were lovely. Everything was very clean and organised. This was a very good hotel and we would definitely return. Right from the welcome drink we knew it was going to be the right choice.

Very good until last morning. Suposed to get early morning call at 3.4 5 am so we could catch an early morning flight but bid not happen. Fortunatly woke up in time but promised taxi was not booked so had to ring fir a new one.

Had a lovely time at this hotel.Booked a standard room and found it furnished and finished to a very good standard and was kept spotlessly clean.Had tea making facilities in room which was restocked daily. Breakfast was an excellent range of choices all freshly madeThe pool bar served a good range of lunches and food and drink was reasonably priced.Evening dinner was a little disappointing at this hotel but there are a lot of restaurants in the bay all serving good food if you can manage the 15 minute walk round the harbour.

Arrived Saturday, left Sunday, took a very early flight home.
Maybe it was getting to the end of the season, majority of staff tired. Girl on reception was excellent however.
Key points:- not enough room around the pool, not enough loungers for everyone that wanted one, certainly not enough of the mattresses to go on them.
Refuse to eat and drink out of and from plastic during the day, the eating area maybe by the pool, but seeing as it is segregated and you are not allowed to take it away...no excuses.

Overall the hotel was clean, its not near any beach, (well there is the small square footage on the side of the harbour with no facilities, the hotel has), and is not somewhere i would either recommend or revisit.

Soulless, devoid of atmosphere, seemed to be full of people just waiting to get to the end of their break and go home. We didn't wait.

Something for everyone

This was my fourth or fifth visit. The hotel is excellent for families, older people and those in between. Lots of facilities on site but a short walk into the town where there are lots of restaurants, bars, a lovely marina and the best ice cream shop in the world. I don't really want to tell you about this hotel because I don't want it to get overcrowded. And it's close to Palma and the airport, so good for transport but far enough away from the tourist coaches and over-crowded beaches.

MON PORT HOTEL. CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT.

This was our 6th visit over a 12-year period. The atmosphere, cleanliness, facilities and staff are all excellent. Service is friendly and efficient and the poolside bar is great; very relaxed but with enough sophistication to make lunches special.
The buffet breakfast is also very good, with plenty of choice and quality. We've never eaten dinner at the hotel only because we prefer to walk to the nearby port. Despite all the great things mentioned, possibly the main achievement of the hotel is that has delivered these benefits consistently over a long period. Our children have continued to enjoy holidays there even as they've grown older, which can't always be said! Consistency is the real test of any great establishment. We'll be back!

Just got back for hotel mon port. Very nice hotel 10minutes walk from large variety of bars and exelent restaurants in andratx town.cannot rate the hotel highly enough. Well deserving of some exelent reviews on trip adviser. Staff exelent , very nice pool,lovery reception area and bar. I did think that the choice of food available in the restaurant was very limited, and because of this we choose to walk into andratx most evenings. My only other gripe was the yoghurt. Not one morning out ot 7 was the emtpy dish replaced , so if you breakfast after 9oclock you be out of luck.a small thing, but very annoying. Overall though, a lovery hote in the beautiful area of andratx .

Attractive hotel walking distance from Port

Attractively furnished hotel, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Large and clean pool with plenty of sun beds. Large breakfast room with huge choice. We didn't eat any other meals there. It seemed most went down to the port which is an easy 15 min walk and has an array of different restaurants.

Great family friendly hotel

A fantastic hotel with great friendly staff. Have visited this hotel before and was even better than we remembered. The new life guard goes the extra mile in making sure the children are happy and safe, he will find you a sun bed no matter how busy they are and introduce children to other children. The food is great, they have a nice spa and the rooms are clean and nicely decorated.

We love this hotel. This our third stay in three years. Staff in particular are very friendly and want to please. It is a few minutes from the marina and another 20/25 minutes to the other side of the bay where there are loads of classy restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel is good, plenty of choice but we ate out at night. Drinks around the pool are reasonable for a hotel. Personally we would not go again at this time of year, too many kids around the pool and it is very hot but would definitely go in Sept or June.

Good range of facilities-kids made friends pool friends very quickly. Acute shortage of pool side sun beds led to the inevitable towel wars but hey, this is what happens when you have maximum occupancy..
Breakfast buffet was average, lunch and dinner OK.

Lovely hotel in a lovely place

We were a party of six adults with different tastes and priorities but we all found everything we wanted at Mon Port.

The food and drink were excellent, especially at breakfast and dinner. The pool and fitness facilities were superb: despite the large number of guests here in August, nothing seemed overcrowded. Thanks to fantastically efficient air-conditioning, the rooms were always comfortable. We had read that there would be extra charges for using WiFi and the safe in the rooms, but this turned out no longer to be the case which was a very nice surprise.

Equally important was the fact that the hotel was within walking distance of the charming waterfront of Port Andratx, while other centres such as Palma and the coves along the northern coast were easily accessible with a hire-car.

The Mon Port Hotel Good Family Hotel

The Mon Port Hotel is great hotel with good facilities especially for families. There are three good sized swimming pools and plenty of space to relax. The majority of visitors are EU nationals with families which makes a good mix of clientele. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of continental and cooked foods with a dedicated omelette station where a member of staff will cook to order your favourite style of omelette. We did not eat in the hotel as reports suggested the food was limited in style and a little over priced considering the many excellent restaurant near by.

The rooms were clean and serviced daily, the beds were large and the toilet and shower rooms are spacious. Each room has a balcony and we were fortunate to benefit with a view across to the port area of Port d'Andratx. The only minus with the rooms was the television facilities, the english stations are limited and depending on weather were a little intermittent, however it must be said you do not go to this type of hotel to stay in and watch telly!!.

The staff were very good, attentive and there to help. A special mention for the pool attendant, Alian, who kept all the guests happy, swapping towels when required and keeping the kids entertained. I think everyone at the resort was his friend by the end of their stay.

Great hotel, great location

Hotel was clean, tidy and staff very courteous and obliging. Only a couple of niggles the air conditioning was noisy if you had it on the top notch and the shower wasn't very powerful (and the head dropped off on the last morning) but everything else was perfect. A nice stroll away from the restaurants so it was peaceful at night. The hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. Pool area was great, comfy sun loungers, nice clean towels but I suspect in high season it could get a little overcrowded but the pool guys were very attentive.

Would highly recommend

We had a great time at the Mon Port. It is a lovely hotel with everything you need for a relaxing break. The 3 tiered pool is great and always plenty of beds. The staff were always helpful and friendly and the room was very clean. Don't forget to ask for the wifi code at reception, we didn't need to pay!

The hotel is in a great area, just a 10-15 minute walk to the port. I think a taxi from the airport is around E55 but we just hired a car which worked out cheaper.

Take the trip up to Soller and enjoy the train ride down to Palma, the views are terrific!
