Staff was helpful and accommodating for a last minute request on a holiday weekend. There needed too be more attention to detail when it came to cleaning. The basics of cleaning were completed but the walls were dirty and the base of the bed needed a good steam clean. The shower was tepid and I couldn't get it to hot but that is less critical on the desert summer. They had an icre machine in the front office and the pool looked clean. The AC worked perfectly. Overall, it was a convenient, affordable visit.

This place is a dump, you get what you pay for, it’s a place to crash for the night But be aware of the noise of the train , prostitution around the block and transiants, druggies on bikes roaming the parking lot. Also bus loads with field workers and people sleeping in buses inside the parking lot. Again! You get what you pay for!. The staff is non existent and rude. Just be aware

This place is incredible all around especially by historic places that would definitely benefit the vacation of travel industry highly recommended to those that want to find a good place of historic museum things and that's what I highly consider for those of you who want to have a good experience when visiting this location the people are nice the areas nice it's quiet it's calm slow season and there's no body trying to mess up the day in that area so that's why it's highly recommended school and visit this place the places are clean everything is also situated it's very understandable for the price and what you're paying and for the area and where you're at also located next to a lot of really amazing shopping centers that are really cheap and can benefit your wallet as well

Rooms were what you expect from a motel had clean sheets and towels, ac was working, staff was friendly. Only complaint was they were two shady characters with a bag of tools I noticed a lock cutter and crow bar so couldn’t sleep as well thinking about my vehicle.

I was very dissatisfied with my stay. It was during stagecoach and for $1700 for three nights I will never stay there again. The room was completely filthy. Bedsheets were stained and dirty, floors were filthy and looked like they hadn't been mopped in a while, the bathroom and shower still had hair from the previous traveler and was overall still dirty. Most of the staff is very nice, but an umbrella wasn't bolted down and it almost hit me, twice. On the way up, and then on the way down before it lodged itself through the gate. Could have comped a night or at least discounted one. Also, two outlets didn't work. Took 2 days to fix it, and he took the hot leg off and put the common on instead. Potential fire hazard or will destroy anything that is plugged up to it.
Last night there, there were homeless people sleeping at the edge of the stairs less than 20 feet from my room.

It was horrible I got there at night and as soon as I got in the room to unpack i was getting my kids ready for bed and we see cockroaches on the beds, walls, and counters there was no microwave and fridge to warm up my babies bottles. The beds were so hard and not comfterable at all. I called to ask go another room with a microwave and the lady at front feel was so rude and said i should have told her sooner and she could not help. I had literally just checked in so what is she saying?

Room is simple, open closet, TV, small desk single bed. The shower head/handle was broken so it only worked as hand held. Sink is coming off wall and space covered with grout. Ice machine is only in the check in area, not one located in other buildings.

For the price this place is a good deal. It is an old basic property and about what you would expect for a Motel 6 that is older and not updated. The neighborhood is not the best. I just needed a cheap place for one night and I felt it was about what I expected. The guy that checked me in and the guy that checked me out were both friendly and professional.

Location appeared to be very sketchy. Unmarked police cruisers, prostitution. Room 270… outside of room smelt like stale marijuana through the vents. Entire building looks rough. Bed was small, tv was small. My dorm in college was a mansion compared to the “queen” sized room. Sheets… looked as if someone stepped on them with their shoes. Property management should consider construction and upgrades. My husband and I didn’t even stay 5 minutes. We will not be returning.

We booked a room here because we were attending a concert at Spotlight 29. Check in was easy and they worked hard to get us a room on the bottom floor as we are seniors. We dropped our bags inside and left for the concert only to find it had been cancelled! We decided to drive back home and sleep in our own bed as we live only and hour and half away. We checked out at the desk and told them what we were doing and that we never used the room, only placed our bag inside. Well guess what! They refunded our money! We were so happy! Thank you motel 6 manager!
My only negative is that the area is not the best. A lot of homeless roaming around and upon leaving there were cops arresting someone down the street. There were several motels on this street and it looked about the same. The other motels were twice as expensive.

There was a disturbance, I called the front desk and advised them. They gave me an attitude and was being excessively rude. I checked out immediately and went to another motel 6 across town. They were professional and gave us a discount which was very nice of them. However, i requested a partial refund note that I didn't ask for a full refund and still got denied. I would recommend not going to this location avoid it at all cost.

This property is adjacent to multiple active railroad tracks; noisy. The room entry doors were warped and did not appear to be very secure.

It I could rate a zero I would. This place should be avoided!! Staff is rude, looks to be lots of sketchy activity in parking lots and lots of screaming and yelling of guests. We did not end up staying becuase the incompetent staff cancelled our reservation and we had already waited an hour for her to fix it and during that time there were multiple screaming matches with guests, loud music and it was a terrible experience. We decided to leave after she said she cancelled it but still have had no refund given to us.

No amenities to speak of. No refrigerator in room, no coffee maker, they did not even supply complimentary shampoo until we asked at the desk. No facial tissue, not even for the asking.
Our room with two double beds was big enough for one. One bed smashed up against the air conditioning unit at the front window, the other smack against the opposite wall, and only a narrow space between.
Every night when we came back to our room the keys would not work, so we were forced to trek down to the office to have new keys made. And listen to excuses like maybe we put them too close to a phone instead of sincere apologies for our inconvenience.
I certainly would never consider staying there again.

The room didn’t have a remote and the front desk didn’t have any, the room smelled like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room, the pool wasn’t clean, the toilet seat had pubic hair before we even used it, there’s so much drug activity there, a man kept honking at me when passing by to where he followed me around the hotel while in his van, the ice machine area was dirty and you have to pay for the small shampoo conditioner and other little amenities they usually offer in other hotels. I would never stay again… but the 3 male staff were nice… one checked me in, David is one who I gave my complaints too who also gave the next day clerk my complaints and the next day clerk was able to give me back some of my pay which is good

When the back of the soap packaging gives a number to report human trafficking… you realize you might have chosen the wrong motel.
Noisy aggressive guests, women selling themselves, and open substance use. Clean room, was very concerned my car would be vandalized… based on the other vandalized cars. Friendly staff. Very inexpensive room tho!

The staff gave me a hard time checking in I used to check in 15-30 mins with no problem but the staff didn’t allow me on top of that my room wasn’t ready yet if I didn’t check in early the won’t even bother to clean it house keeping clean the room 5 mins early and I was expecting they will allow me to check in but instead he told me if I check in before 3 which is 5 mins to 3 I’ll be paying 25 dollars more he was very inconsiderate!!!
