This was a last minute booking for a family room and it was one of our favourites on our road trip. Arriving on a Sunday, not much was open but we found everything we needed including easily accessible hot drinks in the kitchen. Kids absolutely loved the robot vacuum patrolling the hallways!
Breakfast was good and well maintained by staff. The automated check in was seamless and the room was very comfortable with highly rated bunk beds for the kids.

Check-in was a mess too. Took around 30 mins to get in. When I tried calling the out of hours number, the call didnt work!

The hotel is above the car dealership. If you’re doing late check in then there is a self check in kiosk which is very unusual as they don’t have staff after 6pm.
Hotel is clean but AC was ok, breakfast was included and it’s good.
If you don’t have a car then this place is quite far from Zurich like 45 mins drive, keep this in mind.
Considering the price this is fine and I recommend it.

The hotel itself is very good, clean, bed were cofmfortable, new, very nice updates, breakfast was very good, only one thing I have to mention, its aproximately 40 km away from Zurich and the view is not what you expect( in the back is a repaire shop in the front some construction) not appealing at all and the hotel is in top of a dealer car. If you don't care about the view than this is your hotel.

Das Familienzimmer war super. Unsere zwei Kinder hatten Freude am Doppelstockbett. Und wir am Doppelbett. O hotel está localizado numa zona em que é um pouco complicado encontrar a estrada certa para chegar, apesar de bem indicado no Google Maps.

Quarto espaçoso, boas camas, insonorização excelente. WC grande com excelentes condições.
O check-out é ainda mais simples, só deixar o cartão do quarto numa caixa a saída.

Preis Leistung Verhältnis passt nicht
Der Duschablauf war voll Haare von den Vorgängern, weswegen das Wasser nicht richtig abgelaufen ist. In der Kaffeekapsel Maschine befand sich noch eine Kapsel vom Vorgänger. Das Zimmer wurde nicht sauber gemacht, die Betten wurden nicht gemacht nach der ersten Nacht. Bei meinem Kollegen in seinem Zimmer wurde das durchgeführt. Für duschen und waschen war lediglich ein kleines Fläschchen Duschgel für zwei Tage verfügbar, hat nicht ausgereicht. Umweltfreundlich sind diese kleinen Kunststoffflaschen eh nicht, da gehört ein Nachfüllspender an die Wand. Dadurch würde viel Abfall vermieden werden. Wenn ich da alles berücksichtige und dann noch Self check in ist es zu teuer für die Leistung

Moderne, geräumige Zimmer mit super Details (mehrere USB-Ports, Licht im Gang & Bad mit Bewegungssensor, grosser TV, Netflix). Frühstück war ausserordentlich reichhaltig. Das Hotel ist unbedient, sprich Check-in und - out macht man selbst und hat gut funktioniert.

Ich habe ein Zimmer erhalten, wo du Heizung nicht funktioniert hatte. Wir hatten draußen minus 4 Grad. Als ich am nächsten Tag dieses Problem den Chef mitgeteilte hatte, meinte er zu mir so kalt war es aber nicht in dem Zimmer. So eine freche Reaktion. Einfach nur schlecht für ein Chef!
