For starters, I arrive to the lobby and the clerk is on the phone in his room off the lobby and tells me with his gestures that he will be right with me. He continues his call for at least 5 minutes and it is not business related. he is friendly but does not apologize for the long delay checking me in. I check in to the room it has a small full size bed (not listed in the ad). no a/c, and there are large cracks in the walls. When I go to use the restroom, there is hair all over the wall, The shower cover falls off in the middle of my shower and the tile is cracked and cuts my foot. There is a broken coffee pit in the room with no coffee supplies. When I ask the clerk if I can cancel my second day at the hotel, he declines it and says I had to have given 24 hour notice. the room was nearly uninhabitable and the amenities are non-existent. It appears to be just above the bates motel. I would NEVER recommend staying at this hotel.
