Comfortable beds.
Ideal for one night stop over.
Very basic. No frills. Cheap
Bathroom and general decoration tired.
Mould on bathroom ceiling, leaking shower, air con not great.
Staff spoke very little English but we managed to communicate. Staff were friendly.
Get what you pay for.

This place is a no frills budget hotel and I knew that when I booked it so I can’t really complain. But a few little things could have been done better. When we arrived there was no one to check us in. The machine didn’t recognise our reservation… we were in a bit of a panic and nearly had to call Expedia… however thankfully a lady arrived and gave us our key card! The pillows were so cheap as were the amenities in the room. But like I say… I wasn’t expecting anything else and I hadn’t paid for anything more.

Good overnighter

I've stayed here before. It is a good, value for money, easy overnight stay. The rooms have external doors and as this time I was on the ground floor it was very convenient to be close to my car in the free parking area immediately adjacent.

Good stopover hotel

We always stop at this hotel on our journey down to the South of France. It’s close to the motorway and reasonably priced. It is more expensive at weekends so try to travel midweek. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely bright room

Best premier class we have stayed in. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds and a duvet. Friendly staff. Recomend this hotel but not the premier class in Boulazac Périgueux.

Check in was friendly and staff very helpful. Room was bright,good size,good desk and storage. Bed was comfortable and great to have a duvet. We stayed again on our return trip and was given a 15% discount voucher for the Campanile restaurant. I have stayed in several premier class and this is the best. I hope the company start to upgrade the other hotels to the standard of this one. (For example Boulazac Périgueux and Lyon)

Comfortable stay for a budget hotel. This was better than any of the other Primier Classe hotels that I have stayed. Quick and easy check in. This was quite a quiet area considering it was in close proximity to other hotels.

Very bad customer service and ants in the room

We forgot our key in the room and there was nobody at the reception to help us open the door and no one ever replied to the emergency phone number displayed. We tried to call for hours before we had to buy a second room from their vending machine to avoid staying outside all night. They promised to give us a refund for that second room but they never did it in spite of sending them countless reminder. When we got back to our first room in the morning where our baggage were locked, we found it infested by ants that even got into our suitcases. I will NEVER go back to that hotel again and I would discourage anyone to spend a night at any Premiere Classe Hotel if you don't want to sleep with bugs and have to deal with a terrible customer service.

Le gros point noir c'est la lumière des projecteurs de l'hôtel, qui éclaire dans la chambre, c'est pas top quand on a dessiné enfants.

Nous sommes arrivés vers minuit et avons attendu une demi heure avant d'avoir les clés de nos chambres a cause d'un problème de paiement car j'avais déjà réglé sur la plateforme et l'hôtel ne le voyait pas et me demandais de re payer, hôtels.com il faut essayer de vous accorder avec les hôtels pour éviter ce genre de mésaventure pas très cool! Heureusement le personnel de l'hôtel a été top et hyper agréable et m'a même offert les frais de séjour pour mon chien pour le désagrément, franchement rien a dire sur le personnel. Dans les chambres juste un doute sur la propreté du lit en hauteur ( cheveux et tâches sur le draps ) bof mais bon nous nous en sommes accommodés ... Nous étions côté jardin et la nuit a été très calme franchement nous avons bien pu nous reposer avant de reprendre la route parfait ! Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner je ne pourrais donc pas en dire plus.
Le prix 80 e la nuit pour une chambre nous en avions 2 bon il est bien loin le temps de la nuit a 39e c'est vrai que ça fait cher pour une nuit mais bon tout a augmenté et finalement il restait les moins chers à 5 kms à la ronde...

BON RAPPORT CALITE PRIX

Arrivée à l'hôtel une personne polie, souriante nous reçois mais qui à bien du mal à trouver notre réservation. La chambre est spacieuse, propre avec une grande douche. le petit déjeuner correct est préparé par une personne très aimable et serviable. Je recommande cet hôtel, nous nous y arrêterons à notre prochain déplacement.

Hôtel INSALUBRE !!!

\"Mon expérience à l'hôtel 'Dernière classe( première classe Macon Sud)' a été très décevante. L'établissement semblait à la limite de l'insalubrité, avec des moisissures dans les douches et une télévision d'un écran minuscule datant de 1990. Le matelas était incroyablement dur et inconfortable, sans parler des problèmes d'araignées et de punaises de lit.
Cependant, ce qui a vraiment couronné le tout, c'est l'accueil désagréable de la responsable de l'établissement. Non seulement elle a ignoré nos préoccupations, mais en plus la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons perdu 4 pièces de 2€, sans aucune restitution de monnaie. Aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé, et nous avons dû aller à l'hôtel voisin pour petit-déjeuner et attendre notre taxi pendant une heure, les taxis priorisent les courses médical donc extrêmement difficile d’en trouver un de disponible. Une expérience très décevante, à éviter à tout prix.\"

La struttura è in posizione comoda per chi viaggia in macchina ed è dotata di un ampio parcheggio. Il condizionatore però è molto rumoroso e poco efficace nel raffreddare la camera e non si può tenere la finestra aperta perchè la strada è rumorosa

Seulement un Rideau occultant à la fenêtre, si l'on veut un peu d'intimité il faut tirer ce rideau ce qui oblige à allumer la lumière en plein jour. La propreté du WC à revoir , l'ont perçoit que le nettoyage de la chambre est fait à la va vite. Au niveau de la porte d'entré le système de fermeture a été rafistolé avec des vis. Dommage je n'ai pas pris de photos.

Im 1. Zimmer brannte nur das Licht im Badezimmer.
Im 2. eine Lampe im Wohnzimmer. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht ausschalten.
Das Toilettenpapier und die Seife, sowie keine zahnputzbecher vorhanden.
Es waren keine kleinen Handtücher vorhanden.
Die Zimmer waren nicht mehr auf einem aktuellen Stand.

Insonorisation catastrophique. J’ai eu l’impression de dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec l’autoroute sous mes fenêtres. J’ai dû couper la Clim à cause du bruit.

Le lit était vraiment mal fait. Lés drap en vrac sous ma couette. J’ai dû refaire le lit pour dormir à peu près.

Le grand lit était en fait deux lits simples approché l’un de l’autre.

Une nuit à oublier. J’ai pris un hôtel pour ne pas dormir dans mon van. J’aurai mieux fait de me couper une jambe

Sommiers et matelas de qualité.
Les draps étaient bien froissés, à se demander s'ils avaient été changé !
