The room was comfortable but not what was ordered. I ordered the two double beds. This hotel doesn't even have this option but is promoting the option at a distinct price. The thermostat kept resetting itself and heated the room uncomfortably. There is nobody on site and the phone number calls the other ibis where the person on duty could not leave to sort this issue out. This hotel is advertised as having a bar which is not the case. There was one keg of beer and that's it. The repairs to the plastering had not been finished and a sign warned us not to touch a part of the room. Attracted by the price but it seems the cheaper Premier classe hotel in front has better utilities. For a cheap sleep and reasonable breakfast I would recommend.

Great stop over hotel, terrible service!
Check in was really poor. Hotels.com did not provide a hotel reference number, therefore when arriving out of hours we had great difficulty retrieving our room code. I called ahead a few days before to explain we would be arriving late, so was aware of the automatic check in, but after 20 mins of trying we had to call the on call staff member. I don't think I've ever met someone quite as rude as her. She was very angry, snapped at us and almost threw the confirmation at us when we were finally able to get into the reception.
I have to say though, despite the terrible service the hotel was clean, sufficient for our needs and the breakfast was absolutely fabulous.
Had we arrived during regular hours and not been faced with the angriest woman in France, I couldn't rate this hotel highly enough.

Great stopover on the way South. Easy to find, just off the motorway and very close to three restaurants. Clean, good value and friendly staff. Highly recommended, we would certainly use again.

Stopped overnight en route to Tignes for ski holiday. Great hotel, cheap but clean and comfortable. Not far from motorway and plenty of resteraunts near by.

The hotel is situation on a large retail park and there is a good selection of restaurants. The check in was quick and the receptionist spoke good English but did not explain how to acess the wifi system. I had thought i had booked a room with a double bed but we were allocated a twin bedded room we didnt query this as we were only staying 1 night but on reflection we should have requested a double bed
The room was very small and tne 2 beds had what at first appeared to be a waredrobe between them, this stopped you having a clear view of the other person. The waredrobe was actually a 3rd bed and if this has been put down the room would have been impossibly small and you would have to get into bed from the foot of the bed. The hanging was 4 coathangers rail so that the clothes hung parallel and against the wall. There was a very narrow shelf at a higher level but this was too small to take clothes, there was no where to store other clothes. The room was clean.
In contrast the ensuite could have been made slightly smaller without compromising the space which would have given slightly more room in the bedroom. The shower was good and the ensuite was far better than the sleeping area.
Breakfast was included in the price and this was of a reasonable quality. It was the usual continental breakfast and perfectly adequate. They did not have any decaffeinated coffee.
Carparking was good.

Nous avions réservé deux chambres 2 adultes et 3 enfants à notre arrivé on nous donne 2 ch avec 3 petits lits chacune donc lit du milieu escamotable dans le placard au milieu des deux lits

A choisir j’aurais préféré réserver dans 1 hôtel ou mes demandes auraient été faites…. Car passer dans le couloir en pyjama pour se dire bonsoir c’est pas cool et essayer de ne pas oublier des affaires dans une valise qui n’Est pas dans la bonne ch ….

Cependant, cette fois, nous n'avons pas apprecié du tout l'intervention du Mr venu eteindre l'alarme incendie qui s'était declenchée dans notre chambre. Vous nous avez mis sur le banc des accusés devant tous les autres clients de l'hôtel, comme pour vous dédouaner de cet incident, alors que nous n'y étions pour rien. Nous sommes non fumeurs (ce qui a été constaté et très gentiment souligné par votre employée de l'accueil intervenue ensuite dans notre chambre), nous n'avons pas allumé de feu de camps dans notre chambre non plus. (Au cas où cela devrait être précisé).
Donc à l'avenir, soyez moins indélicat dans ce genre de situation et évitez de mettre vos clients mal à l'aise. D'autres clients on eu la gentillesse de nous dire qu'ils trouvaient ça déplacé également de nous accuser ainsi devant tout le monde...

Rien à redire : bon accueil, propre, calme, petit déjeuner complet. Seule remarque négative, nous avions réservé un lit double, nous avons eu 2 lits simples. Pour autant, nous recommandons l’escale.
