Easy to confuse its locations with the Ibis Budget which is super close! But this one is much nicer. Great little restaurant- staff extremely friendly- very comfortable room. Would stay again.

Never again.

Checked in and when we arrived in room the room had not been cleaned. Dirty pillow case still on floor. Pillows smelt of greasy hair. I went to reception and the lady came to the room with me she said this was normal. We requested a different room and were given a disabled room that was tiny. The hotel was not even half full she could have given us any room but was not happy we had complained.
We were woken at 6 am by a fire alarm and the whole hotel were outside. We used the bar and restaurant and the food was excellent

Standard French near autoroute hotel. Restaurant menu promising but really let down by chaotic (but friendly) service. No drink offfered, offered the dessert menu before my main had arrived etc. Would visit again if they can fix this.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and been really pleased with the experience. This time it was mixed. The public room was pleasant and it was good to see a real fire. When we arrived we had a drink from the bar and were lucky to get seats next to the fire and were nice and cosy. Unfortunately, the rest of the room was chilly as evidenced by the number of blankets stored in baskets. Our room had an unpleasant odour and put it down to perhaps a broken seal on the drains. We did not complain about this but should have done. The room itself was nice and clean and the shower was lovely however the air con did not seem to be operating properly and the room was cold. The bed was comfortable but the mattress protector made it sweaty. There was ceramic bowl hanging from a hook which was empty and served no purpose except to be an obstruction. The staff were efficient and spoke good English.

Hotel with a plenty of free parking. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Very small room. I don’t think it’s possible to control the temperature because we tried to turn on the air/fan or turn the heat off because the room was so hot. I appreciate the heat in the winter but it got too hot to sleep during the night. We opened the small window to let some air in but the car noises outside was loud. Staff was very friendly. They do serve dinner and breakfast at their restaurant.

Disappointing stay

It's an OK hotel from outside, inside, however, rooms are very small -- barely any space left after a double and a twin beds, a small table, and a single chair. No coffee or tea in the room, no WiFi, no digital channels, heavy mold smelling bathroom with no lock and trash in the bin from previous occupants.Well, location is convenient.

We stay here 5 or 6 times a year on our way to and fro from Spain. It is convenient for the motorway and approximately half way for us. My husband likes the fact it has a bar and in the summer the pool, although small, is pleasant. We have ever eaten there as there is a Flunch restaurant almost opposite and it has a variety of meat and fish dishes with self service buffet of accompaniments and you get vegetables and you don't have to have chips.
Our only complaint is the fact we always seem to get a room on the top floor right at then end of the corridor. They do have a lift but it would be nice to get a ground floor room with a door to the pool.

We regularly stay here on our way to and fro to Spain. The hotel is convenient for the motorway and in the summer months it is nice to have access to the outdoor pool. The rooms are fairly standard, clean and we usually sleep well. We have never tried breakfast or eaten in the restaurant but find it pleasant to have a drink at the bar before going out to eat. There is a choice of restaurants nearby as the hotel is situated on a large commercial site with a large supermarket and other shops. The ground floor rooms with a French door to the pool terrace are the best rooms.

Terrible overnight stay never again

Convenient but the room hot and stuffy and there was no air conditioning despite the temp being 28°c. The bed was hot due to plastic sheets. We found empty 5 beer bottles left where the spare pillow was in the wardrobe. The bathroom door would not shut. We will not be revisiting this or sny other Ibis establishment in the future.

A nice overnight stop

We like this hotel because of its convenience to the motorway but it is on a large commercial park which may not suit other guests. The staff speak good English and are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and we find the beds comfortable. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant but although we usually have a drink in the bar we eat elsewhere. There is a small pool and outside area which is pleasant in the summer.

Well situated and well appreciated

An absolutely ideal hotel to use as a base for the area or when travelling through France. We met up with family there as a central point. The amenities nearby are excellent in that there is a good choice for dining within the \"zone commercial\" either at the hotels or restaurants and there's the supermarket and shops next door. Easy access to the motorway and a lovely region of France, it's not the prettiest of areas, but a couple of miles away it's beautiful. Functional and comfortable with friendly, efficient staff, it represents great value for money.

A good one nighter

Although we have stayed at other hotels nearbye this is the 1st time we have stayed at the Ibis. Because we knew where it was, it was easy to find, but I can see that other people might have difficulties finding the entrance. It is situated on a large commercial complex with a big Carrefour supermarket, several diy stores furniture stores clothing outlets etc. which is not everybodies cup of tea. It is convenient for the motorway and good for an overnight stop but not really suitable for longer stays. The reception area is attractive and the receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Our room was on the ground floor with a door to access the small, very small, pool which must be nice in the summer months. The room was clean comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. We both slept well. We did not eat in the hotel, there is a Flunch restaurant a short walk away and we had dinner and breakfast there which is much more economical. We would stay there again.

Modern hotel, well appointed. Restaurant on site, also a Courtepaille next door. Restaurant was adequate but not special. Breakfast had plenty of variety to suit all tastes. Our room was comfortable if a bit cramped. The hotel is also adjacent to a large Carrefour with other shops around it.

Comfortable hotel not far from major route

We (two adults and a 6 year-old child) have stayed at this hotel three times now. There's nothing spectacular about it and the setting is a common one in France - on a suburban trading estate among large retail outlets and chain restaurants - but the rooms are very clean and quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The only minor quibble we have with the place is that they charge a lot for breakfast, given what's available. We tried it once, but on subsequent visits we've chosen to walk a few hundred metres across the car park to the Carrefour supermarket shopping centre where there's a much better selection for your money.

The staff were great and helpful. The room was a bit cramped as they put a camp bed in with a double. There wasn't any coffe/ tea facilities in the room but over all clean minus one pillowcase which had hairs on it. The restaurant across was brilliant. Staff were super nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

Mais : beaucoup trop froid ! Ai mis le chauffage sur 22 (le max) mais ça ne monte pas. La Clim chauffe le haut de la pièce seulement, c’est bien pour les voisins du dessus… bref à éviter en hiver.

Personnel compétent et dévoué, omniprésent.
Côté restaurant, bravo au/à la chef(fe), un régal. Je n’ose parler des petits déjeuners plantureux, variés. Honte à celui ou à celle qui dirait n’y avoir pas trouvé son bonheur.
Bref, ne changez rien. Continuez ainsi, vous êtes sur le bon chemin ... du voyageur.

Por esos precios hay otras cadenas que ofrecen hoteles mucho mejor conservados, más espacio, mejor decoración y mejor desayuno.

De todas formas creo que es un problema general de Ibis, y dentro se la cadena no está mal… pero hay que ver la comparación con Hoteles tipo Moxy, que a día de hoy están 10 pasos por delante.

Parcourant un long trajet, cet hôtel nous a offert une bonne halte. L'espace autour du couchage est restreint mais la salle de bain est assez grande.

Malgré la zone commerciale autour et lautouroute proche, aucun derangement notable n'a été observé.

Petit-déjeuner du matin de bonne qualite avec des produits frais, nous étions bien prêts pour afffronter de nouveau la route.

La lunette des WC de la chambre était mal fixé, donc utilisation très désagréable. Déçus par la taille de la chambre. Nous avons trouvé le restaurant du soir cher: 71,20€ pour 2 kirs, 2 plats simples et 2 desserts et une bouteille d'eau. Le petit déjeuner se passait dans une salle mal adaptée au volume des clients.

Bon hôtel surtout au niveau de la chambre et du petit déjeuner avec une partie salé ( oeufs brouilles, bacon, fromages,...) piscine dommage pas le soleil du Sud, et sinon pas de bouilloire dans la chambre utile pour se faire des tisanes le soir et cabine de douche un peu juste pour un hotel 3etoiles Ibis, et pour le jus d´orange de machines pas terrible non plus. Il manquait aussi des pancakes, crêpes.

Boendet var helt o.k., men maten på kvällen var en stor besvikelse. Man serverade en färdiglagad hamburgare som varit djupfryst och sedan otillräckligt uppvärmd, förmodligen i en microvågsugn. Den var helt kall inuti.
Fick en stund senare en ny som var tillagad på samma sätt, dock lite mer uppvärmd än den förra. Fick ingen ursäkt över huvud taget för detta.

Zeer vriendelijk eigenaar die ons op t gemak stelde over de gesprongen waterpomp boven onze kamer.

Alles was binnen een aantal uur verholpen.

Honnêtement, je suis venu plusieurs fois dans cet hotel et le rapport qualité/service/prestation était convenable mais là je me poserai la question deux fois avant de revenir. Personnel limite poli, peu accueillant, chambre minuscule avec une penderie digne d'une chambre du CROUS, une seule prise électrique, vaisselle du petit dejeuner qui traine sur les tables et pas de place pour s'asseoir... Bref, y a du relâchement. Le tout pour 122,5€ avec pdj, ben on est loin du compte.

Tout était parfait. Rien à redire, sauf : la réservation d'une table pour le restaurant à 20 h 30 n'avait pas été notée. Heureusement il y avait encore une table de disponible.

La clim dans les deux chambres réservée à l'aller le 21.06.2024 et au retour le 30.06.2024, était vraiment trop forte, impossible de les régler. La literie (couette, oreillers, etc) était glacée avec une sensation d'humidité. Si le 21.06.2024 je n'ai rien eu de particulier ... le 30.06.2024 a été tout autre ... du dimanche soir au 05.07.2024 malade (toux, fièvre, fébrile). Il faut baisser la clim, ceux qui veulent augmenter son libre, ceux qui veule la baisser voir l'éteindre doivent pouvoir le faire. Tel n'était pas mon cas. Dommage.
