We keep saying we won't go there again but this time we mean it. It is very conveniently place on the edge of a large retail park. The rooms are clean, the staff are pleasant but there are just too many problems with the rooms. This time the air conditioning didn't work so there was a fan in the room, there was a stron smell of smoke. There hsve been problems in the past with the door locks do now they have installed a key sytem but unfortunately the key is vrry dtiff and it is difficult to open the door. Money needs to be sent to overall the infrastructure.

We havexstayed at this hotel quite a few times on the way through France. The room is small but becauseit isnonly for one night this is not a problem.it is clean and the staff are pleasant and helpful. However there always seems to be a niggle with the room. This time the air-conditioning wasn't functioning , the time before the flush on the toilet kept running . I feel the hotel needs a refurbishment.

This Campanile is located very close to a large supermarket, and has been modernised to the current \"basic\" standard. The large comfortable bed made the room a little cramped, but anyone who has used basic Campaniles would be used to this. The shower room has been modernised to a good standard, with both \"rain\" and ordinary showers to choose from. However, there was no hair-dryer, although I believe that one was available from reception. The restaurant was good, with an above average buffet selection. I shall use this hotel again for overnight stops, and would recommend it to others.

The accommodation blocks appear very run down on the exterior and the rooms all open to the open air so security is not so good. The parking is neither guarded nor enclosed. The location is on an industrial estate. There are better hotel options in Reims.

No clear sign to check in as its an outbuilding and out of hours is a machine on the side of the building. Too Small of a room for 3 people. Breakfast was minimal with limited selection. Internal/Wifi was quite slow once access was gained. Beds were comfortable, good size bathroom but could've done with some better extraction.

Le petit déjeuner sans plus, les pains au chocolat n'étaient pas complètement cuits et étaient caoutchouteux.

Accueil agréable. Notre première chambre la télé toute petite ne fonctionnait pas. Il nous est proposé de l'utiliser sans télécommande car le personnel sait que cette télé ne fonctionne plus avec la télécommande. Après discussion il nous est proposé une chambre sur l'arrière où les bouilloires ne fonctionnent pas. J'insiste et après quelques minutes une solution est trouvée sur l'avant où tout fonctionne et par chance la télé est adaptée à la taille de la chambre.

Première chambre : pas d'électricité ni dans la chambre, ni dans la salle de bain. Dans la 2nde, panne de chasse d'aeu WC. Puis, au milieu de la nuit, le disjoncteur général du batiment a sauté et comme le compteur général se trouvait dans notre chambre, 3 personnes sont venues pour réparer.La porte de la chambre et de la douche ne fermaient pas. Restaurant inaccessible. On nous aproposé une poignée de bonbons pour la gêne occasionnée. Lamentable!

Séjour très agréable avec une hôtesse sympathique et accueillante. Une chambre au rez-de-chaussée a été très appréciée, ainsi que le plateau-repas fort bon.

Nous avons signalé une forte odeur de tabac dans la chambre. Aussitôt la direction a changé notre chambre. Par ailleurs le matin sommes arrivés à 9h pour le petit-déjeuner et nous avons pu manger car le buffet a été maintenu un peu plus longtemps pour nous. Bon accueil et personnel à l'écoute.

Auf den ersten Blick wirkte das Hotel ziemlich heruntergekommen. Renovierung erscheint dringend nötig. Dafür war der Service außerordentlich freundlich und das Abendessen erstaunlich gut. das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber das Bett überraschend bequem. Was man mit Putzen saubermachen konnte, war alles einwandfrei.

TOUSSAINT 2020 COVID CONFINEMENT
Nous avons dû remonter prématurément des Alpes Maritimes à la fin des vacances scolaires de Toussaint à cause de la Covid 19 et du confinement . Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil et malgré les circonstances sanitaires, le personnel a été particulièrement exceptionnel. Nous avons eu nos repas du soir sur plateaux individuels, rien à reprocher tout était bon. La même chose pour les petits déjeuners. Nous avons apprécié les crêpes, viennoiseries et pain frais. Le lit était confortable, la chambre propre . Merci à tous et bon courage.
