Overall: Mixed experience — great staff and lounge perks, but the property itself feels dated in places and some aspects are surprisingly inconvenient for a luxury hotel.

Cons
•Balcony doors are permanently locked, which is disappointing considering the views the hotel promotes and the large balconies on every room. This fact is NOT disclosed when booking or in advance.
•No on-site shop for basics like snacks, sunscreen, or small essentials.
•Room keys are very impractical – a thick faux-leather card holder that doesn’t fit easily into a wallet or pocket. Digital room keys via phone would be a huge improvement.
•Electrics feel dated. In my room (5414), the Do Not Disturb and housekeeping buttons didn’t work.
•Shower drainage issue – the tray fills up and can overflow if you shower for too long.
•Elevators can get very busy, especially at peak time, so getting up/down can take extra time
•Staff knowledge about the local bar/dining and sky bar scene was very limited. For example, several staff members asked were unfamiliar with nearby places like Nobu (world famous Japanese restaurant chain) or Le Du Kaan (famous Asian restaurant with Michelin star chef) which are direct competitors to the hotel’s Sky Bar and close-by
•Sky Bar is extremely overpriced. We paid over £60 for a glass of Sangiovese and a rum & cola, it’s a tourist trap and best to avoid drinking or dining there. In my opinion, Le Du Kaan offers significantly better views, facilities and finish

Pros - The staffs are professional in the check in/out lobby and through out the hotel.

Cons - The Hotel room we stayed in is old, a lot of worn out stuff in the room and it's not worth the price we paid for. There are better hotels within this price range and this hotel is a part of other store/vendors within the building. It's a high class hotel so make sure you dress accordingly or they will deny entry to the 64th floor food/bar. When we arrived on 64th floor we were taken to a smaller bar and taken to a chair/space before showing us around-(do some research before you come here or you'll feel like you got scam). I think the price for the bar is over price and over hype, but if you don't mind the price then it's not that bad.

Nice large comfortable room, excellent shower and bathroom and comfortable lounge. The breakfast is excellent and the executive lounge is relaxing. On the negative side the rooms are getting tired and need modification and updating. Also the lifts to the rooms are shared with the lifts to the bars and restaurants, queuing is sometimes expected to get to the rooms.

All I can say is WOW. Loved every minute. The staff treat you like Royalty. We’re platinum members of Expedia and received a free upgrade. The buffet breakfast is very good. Lots of variety. A great free perk. Can’t wait to go back.

Room was spotless, though a little outdated - same with the club lounge. Club lounge provided beer, wine and spirits & mixers. Staff were all very courteous. Easy check in. Hotel close to a sky train station, bus stop and plenty of taxis & tuk-tuks around also. Having a balcony on the 56th floor made our stay incredible, especially with the river view! Made our special trip, extra special. Only downfall is the sky bar is very busy and guests there use the same lifts - sometimes a bit of wait to get in the lift when on certain floors but staff tried to ensure guests staying at hotel were a priority.
Would DEFINITELY stay here again !

We got the Hangover Suite. You can feel that there has been a lot of parties in that one... It needs a refresh.

The hotel great, the lounge and breakfast is great. But the problem is that the pool area is small and it is in the shadows after 12.00. So if you are planning to use the pool and hang out there, this is not the hotel for you.

Service/staff was great. Food and dining horrible. Sky bar had ants crawling all around and if drink left long enough, was crawling on glass. Food at Breeze not worth the money. Tom yum soup tasted like sea water, no flavor. Only good part of dinner was they delivered leftovers which was most of the meal to ours room so we can just throw away. The hotel room floor had multiple stains in the room and cigarette butts on the balcony. 3 stars was solely for the service. Attendant and staff in restaurant was excellent. Was a good hotel years ago. Not worth staying again.

Once upon a time lebua tower was epitome of sophistication unfortunately we found the standards had slipped...
on arrival our room was not available we were taken to the club lounge whilst our room which was going to be one of the newly renovated rooms on the 59th floor as we returning customers, after waiting over an hour we were given a room on 58th not newly renovated...My husband whom was asked to go and change his shoes as they were not appropriate yet over the course of our stay we noticed several people both males and females wearing the same shoes and being allowed to stay. Also allowing children whom are screaming and running around. It's not quite the same club lounge that it once was...no evening cocktails. Also your website states that you have a tuk tuk to take guests to the BTS yet when I enquired I was told that there was no transport, again had I known maybe I would have chosen somewhere closer. I must commend the staff they were always willing to help. Breakfast was lovely

Our (2 adults, 1 child) stay at Lebua was good and interesting - a classic Bangkok juxtaposition of enormous luxury that’s become unsustainable, with large sections of the hotel visibly abandoned. You pay for a spectacular view, so we recommend getting the river view and Tower Club, for lounge access. Lounge access is excellent for families - there are always western style plain snack foods for small children and a nice glass of wine for the parents. Pool is okay, breakfast is excellent and service is attentive. Nice little extras left in the room like chocolates and a turndown service. The room furniture is basic and old and in need of an update. There are more interesting places to stay in Bangkok for the price.

Our family—my husband, his friend, our 5-year-old son who just loves to swim, and his nanny—recently spent 8 unforgettable days at Tower Club at Lebua in their 3-bedroom suite, and it was truly exceptional from start to finish.

From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded expectations. Jomel and Chanoknan at check-in welcomed us with such warmth and efficiency that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The entire lounge and dining staff were equally outstanding—always attentive, kind, and accommodating to our family’s needs.

A special mention goes to Kritthanathat Kultanachot from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to take care of us throughout our entire stay. His professionalism, genuine care, and attention to detail made everything effortless—from daily arrangements to ensuring our comfort every step of the way.

We were once again impressed by Executive Chef Avinash Rudola, who, for the second time, surpassed our expectations. His culinary creations at the breakfast buffet, the lounge offerings, and the dinner menu at Restaurant Mozu were all exceptional. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor.

I’d also like to express heartfelt thanks to the female staff member at the entrance (sadly, we missed her name). She took care of all our transportation needs and even ensured a seamless send-off when the hotel limousine van brought us to Suvarnabhumi Airport. She personally coordinated with the hotel’s airport staff to meet us upon arrival.

We didn’t like being pushed to buy a drink just to see the iconic sky bar. Paying for a suite should allow you to freely spend time around the sky bar regardless of whether you want to purchase a drink or not. That’s the only negative.

Tower Club at Lebua my only choice when in Bangkok

Tower Club at Lebua is my go to choice of hotel when in Bangkok. It is my home away from home. So this should tell you how I feel about the hotel. Some of the many reasons I feel this way, - Staff - super friendly and efficient. Cannot do enough for the traveller. Hotel itself - very well maintained, very clean, beautiful foyer, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast has many varieties and styles to please even the most jaded traveller. The Tower Club is a joy to enter, staff know your name and are very professional and efficient. You are well looked after. The only drawback I found was going to 'The Dome', a tourist attraction. The drinks are very expensive but you are not allowed to wander around without buying a drink, and the staff can be quite pushy in this regard. I didnt buy a drink when I attended, and I was asked to leave as a result, even though I was a guest. A small inconvenience. I have just booked my 2026 trip and of course I am staying at Lebua. Highly recommended.

Lebua Tower Club my choice to stay when in Bangkok

Tower Club at Lebua is my first choice for staying in Bangkok. To me it is my second home. I have stayed here because I find that the staff, from the front desk, concierge, room staff, Tower Club staff, Mezu breakfast area staff and management are extremely welcoming, professional and always willing to acknowledge you as you pass them, plus the staff are efficient and willing to go that second step to look after you. The rooms are large 66sqm, clean and well provided. The front entrance is very well appointed to make you go 'wow' as you step into the lobby. The concierge staff are very proficient and take care of your needs re travel and luggage.

I did have one disappointment, when I went up to the Dome, roof bars and restaurants, a tourist attraction. Upon attendance you are taken in tow by an attendant who then directs you to the champagne counter where a glass will set you back 5000baht. I declined and went to the circular bar overlooking the city 68 floors up. I was directed to the drinks menu and the cheapest was a can of coke for 450 baht. I declined and then the male attendant told me that if I didnt buy a drink I had to leave the site. So I did. I find that the staff at the Dome are very pushy and that night were more so. Being a guest made no difference or give me any dispensation whatsoever. Very disappointing.

Annoying as it was the rest of the staff at Lebua made up for this their professionalism and friendliness.

I've traveled to countless places around the world on business, but this is the first time I've seen such beautiful scenery. It's a shame my phone didn't capture the photos well.
The breakfast was also fantastic.
The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby.
I'd definitely like to visit again with my family.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Lebua. Staff are excellent and the food was delicious especially the breakfast. Best green curry I’ve ever tasted.
Suite was large with incredible views over Bangkok and the river. The rooms are beginning to look dated though, really could do with updating. The same goes for the exterior, in need of investment.
Overall though a fantastic stay at the Lebua.

Just not willing to work on a solution! After having a Visa problem in Vietnam I reached out to the hotel asking them to change the dates by one week. One would not think this was a very big ask? I went online and there is plenty of availability for the dates I needed. The hotel was just completely uncooperative about changing the dates even with a change fee and documents showing the delay. I guess when you are a well known big hotel customer service is not a necessity. I didn't get a chance to stay there so I can't comment on the hotel grounds, but I can say the customer service is horrendous.

Property was beautiful, staff attentive. Only complaint was prior to arriving ordering a pick up from the hotel was impossible as their payment system was not working and there was no flexibility from the hotels end. They would not pick us up at airport and allow us to pay at hotel, even though it was their system not allowing the payment to go through. Tried 5 times with communication to hotel, they just kept telling us to try again which is not the answer. We took a taxi.

I was told I would receive two complementary drinks and access to anything in the mini bar .... no drinks and mini bar was empty in my room.
Also unfortunately the doors slam really loud on the floor I was on and could hear doors closing all night as guest came and went. Great hotel but attention to detail a little more would have been nice .

Oh. Wow!. Where do I even begin with the Tower Club at Lebua? As a long-time visitor, the awesome venue has been my go-to for years, and I can confidently say that my latest stay was, without a doubt, the absolute best experience I've ever had.
My friends and I descended upon Bangkok, eager for a luxurious city escape, and what better way to do it than in the legendary Hangover Suite? From the moment we stepped out of our transport, the check-in service was nothing short of sublime – seamless, personalized, and with that signature Lebua warmth that makes you feel instantly at home.
Every single aspect of our stay was exceptional. The executive lounge was a haven of tranquility and indulgence, perfect for an afternoon catching up with our friends. Breakfast – a truly outstanding spread that set us up perfectly for our adventure the next day.
Some of the magic of Lebua, for me, has always been the Sky Bar. Perched high above the a few Hangover-tinis….. yes please! Crafted with flair and served with a smile.
What truly blew me away this trip, however, was the staffing and service. Having seen Lebua evolve over the years, I can honestly say that the team currently on duty is the most attentive, professional, and genuinely delightful group I've ever encountered here. Their dedication truly elevates the entire experience.

This hotel is tired and in desperate need of renovation. Staff need to be better trained and equipped with better customer service skills. For example when a guest enters an elevator they should go first

Staff is excellent. Hotel needs major upgrade. My family and I stayed in a suite but toilets, shower, furnitures are really old. Mildew on tiles in shower not cleaned properly. View is superb but doesn’t compare to the room. Elevators and hallway in our suite floor are hot and smells.

I had a wonderful stay. Every staff member gave excellent service. The room was beautiful.
Only small issue with not being able to lock bathroom door but other than that, everything was lovely.

My stay was great. Unfortunately the hotel still has not released the pre authorized security deposit and it has been 20 days. We paid our balance in full and had no charges so there is no explanation as to why they have not released the hold.

Great stay

Service and room were great, food is amazing and enjoyed my dip in the pool, although access to the stairs into the pool was blocked, which makes it hard for people with issues to get in and out. Would have preferred softer mattresses too, they were very firm.

Incredible place, views superb, staff superb, room superb. Bring a full wallet though, it’s very expensive to eat and drink here in comparison to the city and not a lot going on in the surrounding streets. If you’re wondering out try Jacks for authentic Thai food on the river. Very basic compared to the hotel but brilliant.

Good hotel, with very expensive drinks in the roof

The hotel is decent enough; the bed is not very comfortable, but the room is clean. The buffet breakfast is very good. What I hated, because it was too expensive—more than in New York—were the drinks on the rooftop! A regular drink, rum and coke, was the equivalent of USD $30! And they don't serve beer on the rooftop! Definitely, extremely expensive!!!

Solo stay

I stayed in this hotel as a treat to end an amazing 3 weeks in Thailand for my birthday.
On arrival you are greeted very personally by the reception staff. The hotel requires a large deposit. You’ll need a credit card.
This hotel is iconic and has a grandeur about it. The staff you meet around the hotel are very lovely and friendly. The rooms are good and have really nice facilities but like the outside of the hotel, they are a little bit tired. They are high end, but more classic, not modern. The biggest wow factor for the room is the views. They are spectacular.
The pool itself never seemed to get sunlight, maybe early in the day. But the sun lounger area did get a good amount of sun in the afternoon while I was there. I’m sure this changes by season. Food and drink as you can imagine at this kind of hotel is very expensive and incomparable to outside prices. The Sky Bar is definitely worth a visit for one drink. The club lounge was a major perk to the booking. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The snacks were great, especially at lunch time.
The guest services and management team really did go out of their way to make me feel very welcome and when I had an issue they did everything they could do resolve this swiftly. They also made some special touches for my birthday which I will never forget. So thank you for an amazing stay. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Unsafe and needs engineer inspection

We arrived the afternoon of the earthquake and nearby Myanmar. Along with all other people, we stayed on the street and waited for the hotel to be inspected.
Upon the all clear we checked in and received none of our welcome gifts but understandable under the situation
We had paid for the Club lounge which did not open that night and was not offered any compensation.
Upon checking out after our three nights stay we were handed a bill of AU$250 for four drinks which we had. When I explained that there were parts of our stay that had been overlooked and asked for perhaps a discount considering we had not had access to the Club lounge and nor did we receive any of our check in benefits, I was told there was nothing they would do or could do. I feel that everyone suffered but the hotel profited and used the situation to their advantage. Very disappointed.
I have now seen photographs of the premises and in my opinion was unsafe and it should not have reopened after the earthquake.

Staff was awesome - location perfect. Room was HUGE and luxurious - I loved the complimentary breakfast!! Amazing rooftop for evening views, music and cocktails. Concierge was so super helpful - I love this place. My second visit there.
