Spa in our accomadation was lovely the pool was still closed for winter but was still well kept and very inviting.
Our room was beautiful with a private courtyard, the bed was so comfy and room was serviced each day just the best place for that quiet getaway

False advertising, zero service, and outdated everything. Check-in took 15 mins with no staff in sight, spa was “fully booked” (and closed Wednesdays!) despite being the main reason we booked claiming to be a “Spa Retreat”. Towels weren’t replaced, old ones were folded back damp, and staff were uncontactable. Driveway full of potholes, TV barely works, and checkout was another 20 min wait with no invoice before charging. This place has huge potential but right now it’s lucky to get 2 stars – avoid.

For a \"luxury\" spa the property was fairly basic. One specific complaint is the lack of lighting to assist in walking down the driveway to the bar, etc.

Absolutely loved this place! It was quiet & we had such a relaxing anniversary weekend. The spa & outside couches made it super cute. We ordered breakfast & had it delivered to our door & are sat outside to eat while in the softest robes they provided. It was incredible!

Defiantly would not give it a rating above three.If the couples on either side of us knew what we heard between 9.30 and 2am I'm sure they would be blushing. Yes that was me who yelled at you at 2am. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful nights sleep then this is NOT the place for you.

The stay was great! The accommodation is beautiful and all the little things have been well thought out. The only set back we thought was the narrow walls which separate the rooms :D

Perfect romantic getaway
Truly an awesome place to stay. Many hotels advertise a \"2 person\" spa that you need to be a contortionist to get into, the spas here are large and comfy. Sitting on the balcony looking into the bush while soaking in the tub sipping bubbles was just bliss. Great staff and facilities and having the day spa on site to go for their lush treatments, no need to go anywhere else.

Lovely staff and location. Delicious breakfast. However, I would recommend staying in the more expensive suites as we were in the Semillion, right next to Chardonnay (cheapest ones) and could hear absolutely everything our neighbours were doing. A bit awkward!

Visited last weekend for the first time and was extremely happy with all aspects of the visit. A friendly welcome from Emilie who showed us to our room. A huge bed, verandah with a spa set up for us, and plenty of amenities to make us feel comfortable.
We stayed for 2 nights and couldnt be more positive about the staff, the quality of the massages in the Day Spa, we ordered breakfast on the last morning which was delicious, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
There is also a small brewery as you head in to the lodge. They have a great array of beers and had an acoustic duet on the Saturday afternoon which was a great touch- felt like you were just having a beer in someones backyard.
The location is smack bang between Dunsborough and Yallingup so easy to get around and see the South West.

Overall a nice place to stay... However due to the rooms being so close together, there is little privacy for you or other guests... The walls being rather thin means you hear everything going on next door.... Not ideal especially when you are in such a secluded part of Marget River in a beautiful setting. But overal still a good stay...

Room was warm and cosy when I arrived. Felt very secluded as I didn't see any staff the whole stay (not a bad thing) and only two other guests. Where they dropped the ball.....no soap in the bathroom, a light shone all night through the courtyard window and I got to listen to the movie the neighbours were watching. I.e. Walls were not well soundproofed. Fortunately they didn't stay up too late.

Wonderful room with balcony overlooking the bush. A spa that was daily filled stayed warm for hours on the balcony.

Cute, cosy get away
Stayed here for a wedding, when we got into our room we were blown away. It was so cute and cosy, I loved the faux fireplace! My boyfriend and I left the wedding early just to come back and relax! The only problem I had was when we were sleeping there was some weird light near the back door that kept me up all night but other than it was amazing! (Small note to bring an eye mask if you're a light sleeper like me) This place is so amazing that we went home and booked another weekend away! The staff were so friendly and we both really enjoyed ourselves.
