A screw half hanging out of the bathroom wall and a dirty cracked sink were the real negatives. The rest of the room was clean enough but the cooling system did not work very well at all. The breakfast and the dining area were very good. Overall it was ok but this is definitely not the sort of place that you want to stay for more then one night.

So old there were even ash trays in the bathroom!! Really uncared for. Worst thing was finding a wet bath mat on the toilet lid!!! Yuck!!! Didn’t stay for a shower in morning! Also it smelled!! Maybe drains.

If you are only staying for a few hours and are tired, it's fine. Right next to the road with noisy trucks. No shower holder in ours so made it tricky in a tiny room.
Not worth the €77 we paid.
However the WiFi was fine. We were only there for a short time, wouldn't book again

On Honeymoon together driving through france we stopped here over night. Not a bad stop over place. we arrived late, the staff were very friendly! Room was clean and an okay size, bed was a little hard but was able to sleep okay. The pillow was too small which gave me a neck pain the next morning. The bathroom was tiny. But overall not too bad.

Experience a TINY room for a budget price

Actually, if the rating was for an ultra-budget hotel, I'd give it a 4 rating. The room features a double-bed with a bunk bed over it. Very little foot room. Great WiFi. A little ledge for a TV and "desk." The bathroom is like one that is offered in an older ocean cruise boat. I suspect that most people in the US have never experienced this type of room. There is smoking in the hotel which you may or may not smell. The office is very clean and smoke-free. This is also where breakfast for approximately 5-Euros is offered. This breakfast includes very good French bread, coffee, and some other typical hotel breakfasts for a price far lower than we would have paid elsewhere. We chose this hotel as we were just passing through the Lyon, France, area and wanted to save some cash. It definitely met our expectations!

Premiere Classe it ain't!

Very basic: more of a hostel than a hotel. Individual single room apartments on 3 levels, with outside access by a staircase and walkway. Small room, no wardrobe just hangers. A sort of built in bathroom-shower cupboard across the far corner of the room. Decor worn, bed not very comfortable, aircon didn't work. The only plug socket was in an odd position, next to the door of the bathroom. Will avoid any Premiere Classe hotels in the future!

A box in a motel, but cheap and convenient

You can hardly call this a hotel, but it's very convenient when you are just travelling through, and it was very cheap. It felt like being in a cabin on a boat, and the bathroom felt like the toilet on a plane. On the plus side you have internet access in the room, and a flat screen TV.

Le petit dejeuner n'est pas gratuit comme indiqué dans le sondage. Jai payé 6.50. C'est basique mais c'est tout à fait correct pour le prix.
Par contre les chambres sont vraiment minimalistes. L'éclairage ne fonctionnait pas dans la douche. Le distributeur de savon cassé, il fallait utilisé la poche mise sur l'évier.
Sinon bien que situé aux abords d'une nationale et des chemins de fer, j'ai passé une tres bonne nuit.

Prix exorbitant. Petit déjeuner frugal et chimique : un jus D orange plus clair que du sirop……le chauffage RÉCLAMÉ TROIS FOIS avec des températures négatives dehors. Une intrusion par l employé de l accueil car il y avait trop de vapeur D eau liée à la douche…..oui oui, la douche doit être moins chaude pour éviter de faire sonner une alarme…..et que dire du sourire inexistant quand on se présente. Un établissement à fuir et surtout ne pas oublier que si on est dans l urgence, on sera mal reçu et mal dans cet hotel. Fait important, mon travail me conduit depuis 7 ans à faire des Hotels partout en France. Et c est la première fois que l on me répond que c est normal de faire irruption dans une chambre pour vérifier l état de la chambre……alors que j étais â l intérieur et que frapper à la porte c est le minimum !!!

Qualité de la chambre très décevante

La chambre est extrêmement vétuste avec des revêtements de sol et lavabos dégradés, les installations techniques et le mobilier sont réduits à leur plus simple expression, rideaux bloqués, chambre coté route très bruyante avec le passage des voitures et la TV toute la nuit de la chambre voisine.
La chambre nécessite une rénovation.
Points positifs : radiateur électrique mural récent au top, et accueil du personnel sympa.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le troisième lit n'avait pas été fait, nous avons dû aller chercher une serviette propre et ramener à l'accueil une serviette sale, le distributeur de savon dans la douche était cassé et j'ai dû aller chercher une réserve de savon pour les douches de ce matin.
L'insonorisation était catastrophique et nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à dormir correctement

sachant que la route passante est toute proche !!!
Sans oublier le filtre du climatiseur qui n’a pas été nettoyé depuis longue date et l’odeur de cigarette !!!
Dommage car le personnel est agréable, à l’écoute et professionnel !

Un prix attractif (attrape tout?) mais compréhensible au vu de la structure vétuste, désuète et très détérioré de l'établissement.
Dusupport de douche arraché aux interrupteurs cassés ainsi que les blocs de savon liquide, les serviettes de douche absentes,...cet etablissement est a renover et cela est peu dire...

Hôtel choisi pour son emplacement près de l’autoroute en descendant en vacances, tout en ayant conscience des avis négatifs. Mobilier manquant dans la chambre (pas de tables de nuit), revêtement de sol très abîmé (des plaques entières de lino qui manquent laissant apparaître le béton en dessous), un trou dans la porte de la SdB (coup de poing ?), couette trouée. Heureusement le linge de lit et serviettes de toilettes étaient propres.
Je descends souvent dans des hôtels de cette chaîne ou de cette gamme, j’en connais les inconvénients (insonorisation pas top), pas de souci. Mais là, ma chambre était très dégradée.
La proximité de la route se fait bien sentir : des voitures qui passent toute la nuit.

La configuration des chambres ne peut évoluer et la chambre sera toujours exigue, mais le sol pourrait être changé il est vraiment très abîmé du moins dans la chambre occupée à l'aller comme au retour de mes vacances. Nous n'avons pas marché pieds nus. La literie est bonne, rien à dire. Le prix est très attractif.

Nos techniciens sont arrivés sur place vers 23h30 lors d'une nuit de canicule et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, ils ont dû quitter l'établissement pour se mettre en recherche d'un autre hôtel. La chaleur était tellement étouffante que la plupart des occupants de l'hotel dormaient la porte ouverte.
Nous avons demander un remboursement, mais n'avons eu aucun retour

Un cauchemar !

Chambre au premier, à quelques mètres de la nationale très fréquentée. Très mauvaise insonorisation. On avait l'impression que motos et voitures étaient dans la chambre ... douche ridicule. Strict minimum au petit déjeuner. Une expérience à ne pas renouveler, malgré la cordialité du personnel !

Hôtel , je l'espère, en rénovation vu l'odeur de peinture. Chambre très austère avec table basse abîmée et vraiment indigne d'un hôtel. Table presqu'à l'identique. Lino abîmé à plusieurs endroits. Pommeau de douche abîmé à la jonction du tuyau, ça giclait de partout. Distributeur de savon côté douche cassé. Heureusement qu'il y en avait un côté lavabo.
Encore une fois, et toujours dans les Première Classe, une seule chambre qui se présente nuisible par des discussions et des cris et musique.
Le point très positif est l'accueil par l'hôte, la présence d'un gardien de nuit sur appel téléphonique (qui s'est déplacé une fois sur mes 2 appels). L'hôte a accepté de me placer à l'écart après mon exposé de mes précédentes expériences Première Classe.

Je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit, mal isolé. J'entendais les voitures de la route et la total jai eu droit pendant une grande partie de la soirée aux relations intimes à plusieurs individus. J'étais très en colère. J'avais un examen le 8 et je suis arrivée crevé. Du coup de colère car à 5h du matin , bruits des gens qui se croient seuls au monde. J'avais payé le petit-déjeuner mais je suis partie à 6h : je ne pouvais plus rester dans cette chambre
