Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cette hôtel. Nous étions dans la chambre 330. Dans l'ensemble, cette hôtel ainsi que l'ensemble du personnel est agréable. Cependant, deux points negatifs, le premier était le non fonctionnement de la climatisation ( il faisait 27° dans la chambre) ainsi que la propreté du matelas. En effet, dans la chambre 330, nous avons remarqué que sous le drap, il y avait de nombreux cheveux et de la saleté non identifié.

The hotel is situated between car sales companies, in the restaurant you have the feeling eating at a parking place, view on parked cars. Also I think there is only one person at the reception (economical reasons?) so to go up to the reception you have cameras, doors and to put you access code everywhere, it gave me a prison feeling.

Excellent location for Lyon rugby ground, only 5 minutes walk, about 3.5 miles from Lyon centre but only 5 mins to bus stop for old town centre and 15 mins for tram to part dieu rail station. Hotel is in an industrial location so really no local bars or restaurants nearby. Hotel Breakfast was decent for the cost, beds very comfortable, clean rooms but compact, okay for a couple of nights. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Lyon area between the two rivers and cathedral area worth a visit, a mixture of history and modern shopping. If visiting on a certain weekend in December, Festival of Lights well worth a visit (only on a few nights), although it is extremely busy and hotel prices rise quite a bit for this particular weekend.

The hotel is not actually in Lyon, it is in a suburb called Venissieux, 5.7km from Gare Part Dieu and situated in a low class residential area near to a busy main road. So, good if you just need a place to stay overnight. When we booked, choice was limited as it was during Euro 2016 and this was the most affordable hotel closest top Lyon. Good points are that there is limited free parking out front and a 10-minute walk to a tram stop and a bus stop. The neighbourhood looks uninviting, but we encountered no problems. The hotel and rooms are up to regular B&B Hotel chain standards. Nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate if you don't intend to spend much time in the room. On the first day, the hotel was fully booked and in the morning breakfast items began running out and not being replaced. We're talking about basic things like coffee and milk here. The single member of staff on duty was also manning reception and she was overwhelmed. Not her fault, but this is a result of B&B's policy of minimal staff (reception closes in the afternoon and access is by door codes). So, when problems arise, they are sometimes difficult to resolve. For about €80,00 per night, during a high demand period, we were happy enough. But at other times, you might get better deals if you look around.

Coincé dans une zone industrielle , l’accès à l’établissement reste compliqué, réception au 2 étages impossibilité d’accès au parking sans un code qui donne egalement accès aux chambres …,que vous devait aller chercher en laissant votre voiture en situation de gêne !!! Parking in tge garage does not have 2.1meters clearance. There are parking spaces outside.
It is a bit tricky if you want to travel from the hotel to the city by public transport.
Stations are close, but the area and the paths to that are not clean abd maintained. It might not feel safe at night.

Horrible, des draps en papier jetables… donc milieu de la nuit on se retrouve sur le matelas….. on dirait un hôtel de passe entre l’autoroute et le périphérique. 6€ pour le parking, ils n’arrêtent pas de vendre les places quand ils est complet, donc retour à 22h après le restau et plus de places. Le tout pour le prix d’un bel hôtel n’importe où, fuyez, une escroquerie… sans parler de la jeune fille shootée croisée dans les couloirs glauques….

Par contre le parking pas pratique du tout, obligé de se garer dfcsonner pour recuperef un code et ensuite signalisation erronée des places du sous sol. l accueil est au deuxième étage. Le soir j ai attendu 10mn dans le sous sol pour sortir ma voiture car le code chambre ne fonctionne jamais et le bouton non plus. Evitez le parking, payant en plus.... et a 1h30 du matin alarme incendie surement a cause d un fumeur dans une chambre

Le personnel est agréable et réactif,. Mais ça ne fait pas tout. C'est la seconde et dernière fois que j'y viens. Le lavabo se vide sur le sol à cause d'une vidange défectueuse (vu et corrigé par le personnel le second jour). Le parking est facturé 6€ et ce n'est pas toujours indiqué au moment de la réservation. Le chauffage est à fond, c'est déshydratant et étouffant. En ouvrant la fenêtre, ça donne sur le bruit et la pollution de la 2x4 voies. Avec en plus, les odeurs de cuisine issues des chambres des niveaux inférieurs (solution d'hébergement de migrants appartement). Un néon est situé juste devant la fenêtre, donc pour le réveil à la lumière du jour, vous pouvez oublier. Pour ne pas avoir de visite la nuit, je conseille de fermer la fenêtre (comme ça vous profitez du four), car une passerelle en façade est accessible aux chambres de l'étage ! Le ménage et les fournitures de serviettes propres ne se font pas tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est correct (à 8€50, il faut justifier injustifiable). C'est vraiment pas un séjour reposant.

Posizione comoda al centro fieristico di Lione e pulizia della camera discreta, ma per il resto meglio evitare. Al quarto piano, nonostante i miei continui solleciti, il wi-fi non ha mai funzionato e il personale dell'hotel non ha fatto nulla per sistemarlo. Oltre a ciò, il parcheggio gratuito antistante l'hotel non era disponibile causa lavori e nè io nè i miei colleghi siamo stati informati al momento della prenotazione. Siamo quindi stati obbligati a parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio a pagamento per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Dalle foto sembra un super albergo. Poi arrivi e ti chiedi se sei nel Bronx o no. Le camere sembrano dei loculi tanto sono piccole e la zona è veramente brutta. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia. Meno male che almeno c'è il garage (a pagamento, naturalmente..) visto che fuori non c'è posto per parcheggiare
