Newly remodeled room. Area has a few restaurants and a small grocery market within a block and a half. It is not luxurious but a good clean hotel for travel.

Remove from your site as an option, not worth any dollar amount. The staff when around were rude. Elevator broke down with my. 80 year old Mom and six other people for 20 minutes no one answered. Two times Worker's walked into our room unannounced. Started working early and drilling and pounding on walls. Should not be open during this time. Automated check in kiosk not working waited 20 minutes for receptionist to show up for check in, we planned on a later check in and only would have kiosk available- luckilynour plans changed. I would not recommend this hotel in this condition to anyone.

Hotellet er gammel og fuldstændigt slidt. Det lever overhovedet ikke op til de billeder der er lagt på. Der var en rigtig stærk lugt i værelset som ikke kunne luftes ud. Toilettet lugtede af kloak. Hele værelset var slidt. Sengen var meget hård og ikke til at sove på. Vi blev nødt til at forlade hotellet dagen efter fordi det ikke var til at holde ud. Vi har tabt en masse penge pga dette hotel og kan ikke anbefales. Personalet var imødekommende og flinke det var det eneste positive ved dette hotel.

Nous avons pris le code de la chambre dans l'apres midi mais ne sommes arrivés dans celle ci que dans la soirée.(réception fermée) Une odeur nauséabonde extrêmement forte sortait des canalisations de la salle de bain. Même porte fermée, la nuit a était compliquée. Pour moi, soit la femme de ménage a remontée l'information et la direction est incompétente de relouer cette chambre sans faire intervenir un professionnel, soit la femme de ménage n'a rien dit et c'est elle l'incompétente. Bref aucune considération pour la clientèle dans cet établissement. Je passe entre 50 et 60 nuits par an dans des hôtels, c'est la 1ere fois que je note aussi sévèrement

O hotel é bastante confortável e o quarto é suficientemente espaçoso, com banheiro privativo. O chuveiro é bom, e o aquecimento da água é rápido e estável. O serviço de check-in foi rápido e eficiente. O hotel possui café da manhã buffet que pode ser contratado por dia a 9,90 euros. O local é silencioso, próximo ao Museu Lumière e a uma quadra do metrô linha verde, estação Monplaisir.

Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre- une carte d’identité est demandée en consigne à l’accueil sans signer aucun document de remise, ni de consentement (ce qui est interdit par la loi RGPD) pour prêt d’un sèche cheveux (petit revlon) - au moment du Check out, oubli de restitution de la pièce par le service d’accueil- appel de l’accueil (avec un numéro surtaxé uniquement) pour prévenir de l’oubli- on nous parle de la nécessité de parler à la responsable pour nous renvoyer la pièce en question. On nous prévient être tenus informés par mail, nous demandons alors s’ils ont bien le mail, l’hôtesse se rend compte que non, elle n’a pas notre contact. Nous demandons un mail pour avoir le contact direct, nous recevons un mail vide de texte avec le contact de l’hôtel. Séjour moyen, il ne faut pas s’attendre à du grand luxe évidemment mais c’est correct pour ce que c’est. Il y a effectivement une odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain (comme vu dans les commentaires), des choses un peu bancales comme par exemple une grande plinthe sous la douche cassée et le lit est un peu dur mais ça fait l’affaire, c’est des détails peu gênants. Par contre, grosse déception concernant les petits déjeuners. Je n’ai pas réservé les petits déjeuners en même temps que la chambre car je séjournais la 1ere nuit avec ma sœur, et la deuxième nuit seule, je ne voulais tout simplement pas payer 4 petits déjeuners pour en consommer seulement 2 ou 3. Dans le descriptif de l’hôtel, il est indiqué qu’il est possible de consommer le petit déjeuner sur place moyennant un supplément de 8,90€ par personne (normal). Nous sommes arrivées au petit déjeuner à 7h, et on nous a dit que nous n’y avions pas droit car il fallait en fait réserver la veille. A aucun moment on nous as prévenus (ni la personne qui a fait mon check-in, ni l’hôtel, ce n’est marqué NUL PART dans l’hôtel ou sur le site), ma sœur n’avait pas énormément de temps devant elle, nous nous sommes retrouvées bredouilles, obligées de partir le ventre vide. Et aucun geste n’a été fait. Très déçue. Donc faites attention à ça lorsque vous réservez !

A part le lit que je verifier a chaque jours sauf le dimanche qui m ont change le lit,alors qu il avais le panneaux ne pas dérange, en plus le truc pour le papier ete cassé, je n etais pas contente. Nous étions au 6eme étage avec une vue dégagée sur Lyon et ses environs. La chambre est de bonne taille avec une salle de bain où on ne se cogne pas partout 😊 et une douche bien conçue pour ne pas tout inonder! Convient parfaitement pour un long week-end et les petits-déjeuners sont en buffet et on y trouve de quoi se régaler. Seul bémol : dommage que les portes ne se ferment pas sans qu’on soit obligé de les tirer pour les verrouiller car cela réduirait le bruit du matin.

Arrive a l'hôtel pour la fêtes des lumières on arrive a l'hôtel on leur demande une place parking on nous repond complet du coup on gare dans la rue 6e pour 1h, on rente dans la chambre odeur horrible qui sens mauvais remonter d'égoux on ouvre les fenetre 30 min et referme nous parton explorer la ville nous rentrons ver les 23h l'odeur et toujour present on prend tous une douche leau a du mal a s'evacué, dans la chambre il fait pas chaud ma fille demande de augmenter le chomage la suprise on peut pas l'augmenter plus car deja a fond, derrières les rideaux des gros ventilation qui envoie de l'air froid on a u froid toute la nuit et lit pas confortable nous avons fait pas mal de b&b hotel dans le sud et sur toulouse il etait plus confortable et rien a dire a peu pres 80e la nuit et a lyon 160e la nuit a se prix il ferez pas mal de faire des travaux et des changements

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans votre hôtel et avons été déçus par la qualité des lits. Les deux lits jumeaux grinçaient toute la nuit, rendant le sommeil difficile. De plus, les lits n'étaient pas correctement faits : seules les couvertures avaient été tirées, tandis que les draps restaient froissés et non bordés. Ces détails devraient être améliorés pour offrir un meilleur confort aux clients.

Jamais été aussi mal accueilli dans un hôtel. Il ne faut pas faire de suggestion car ça ne sert à rien (dixit la réception). Impossible de contacter la responsable car elle ne veut pas être dérangée. Muy mal después de hacer la reserva a las 21:30h de la noche del sábado 20/5/23 y confirmarnos la hab y el código para entrar a nuestra llegada a las 00:30h, habían cancelado la reserva sin aviso ninguno y nos tuvimos que ir sin que nos dieran una explicación, no os fiéis anulan sin avisar.
