Very safe area next to the train station with easy public transport connections to the city center and airport. Excellent, clean, and comfortable rooms, everything is in great condition. Breakfast was very varied and service from the whole team at the breakfast and at the hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was staff was condescending and rude. And when I called them out the gaslit me. I speak 3 languages and understand 5, french happens not to be one. I understand in France french is spoken but you can try. The front desk jerk even laughed at me in front of my children. When I called him out more gaslighting. I was able to teach my children how not to behave and will use this experience to help train my 1,200 employees in the US on empathetic ways to work with customers.

I was looking for a place close to the station. This was it. I was surprised by the friendly staff at check-in. Then i was even more surprised by the beautiful and comfortable room. Finally, breakfast was truly a delicious surprise. Service was excellent.

If I go back to Lyon, I'll stay here.

What a great hotel this turned out to be. We were travelling from Interlaken to Toulouse and decided to break up the train ride with a night in Lyon. Our room was quiet, beautifully updated, clean, MODERN and comfortable. The lighting was super sexy lol. Did I mention that the hotel is right next to the train station? For dinner we wandered across to the Westfield mall and enjoyed a great meal. Choose from one of the 46 restaurants there! Ridiculous! 😂

Great location and new property. Downside was that the tap in the bathroom sink kept spraying water if we turned it on and got our clothes wet when we used it. The hotel is adjacent to Gare Lyon Part-Dieu, which was our primary reason for choice. Outstanding hotel – every detail was designed to accommodate travelers’ needs, from the shower, sink, plugs, lighting and the best bed in two weeks travel in France! Staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were attentive and friendly – well-trained in customer service. Due to rain storms, we decided to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant, and had a very good dinner of Caesar salads with chicken. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices including fried eggs and pancakes.

Nice hotel but what a rip off. Insisted on charging my card 100 euros a night extra, “in case you put anything on your room”. To be refunded on checkout, they said.

I put nothing on the room. A week later, still no refund of our company money. Filled their contact form - i have to upload numerous documents, format rejected, etc., etc.

They took thr money; they have it; just give it back, please!!

Should be illegal to do this, btw.

Great Introduction to Lyon

A really lovely business hotel with a nice bar and very good restaurant. The bedding and room was very comfortable. We enjoyed two lovely meals in the dining room. We arrived by train from Paris and the location adjacent to Lyon Part Deux was super convenient. Metro and Tram lines stop very close by. Staff was all ultra professional and helpful.
