It is a basic apartments hotel, nothing fancy and sadly our room had no windows (in the lower part) and the shower head wasn’t working well but we didn’t feel uncomfortable and we still managed to enjoy. Parking lot isn’t too far but you have to pay extra.

The room is seperated to be a family room with a ceiling upwards. The top is so little in height you cannot stand at all. The bottom has no windows, the windows are at the top. The windows at the bottom does look at a dark hole, when you open it no air inside. The personnel only is the one at the reception desk, answers questions politely but cannot help at all. Only the location of the hotel was good. The room was with no air. The sheets were clean but it is for sure they did not clean the floors. Of course it is uncleanable for upstairs, one should be folded for it!

Nice hotel near the metro that can take you wherever you need to go in Lyon. Rooms can be a bit small and only some have air conditioning. Room was fine for 3 nights, and there were only 2 of us but any longer and we would have needed a bigger room because there was no place to store your suitcase and the bathrooms are quite small.

Great location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. However, know that the rooms are quite small, the beds are rather hard, and not all of the oils have AC. Also, there is a beautiful courtyard in the middle of this little hotel but not all rooms have a terrace or even a window to outside.

Very disappointed with Room 21. Tiny. Other rooms on this floor are standard double rooms and are much bigger. Ours must have been the worst one. Cramped and needed to move the bed to avoid colliding with the wall on one side. Shower dirty with mould. The shower head wouldn't stay up either.

The tiny winding stone stairs to our room only added character to this experience. The service was delightful. The room was small but we'll organized, clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent value for the money.

Nice little hotel
Nice little hotel with friendly and efficient staff. My room was pleasant and clean with an enormous bathroom. The whole place is in a very old building set around a courtyard – the only disadvantage being that there's no lift (but the guys at reception brought my bag both up and down so no problem). The area is a little bit dead on Sundays, but that's fairly typical of Lyon I think. All in all I would recommend!

We stayed on a short visit for football in St Etienne. Location was about 15 mins walk from the old town so the location was fairly handy. The walk to the train station was about 20/25 minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and quiet. Rooms are pretty small (particularly the bathrooms) but it is a 2* hotel.

Hotellet ligger sentralt i Lyon og alle som jobbet på hotellet var bilde og serviceinnstilte. Vi hadde et familierom som var litt lite, men ungene synes det var strålende med hems. Frokosten var ok, men når den ikke kostet alt for mye og den var gratis for barn til og med 10 år var den mer enn godkjent.

The hotel is not suitable for a business trip. The rooms are very small, an open trolley can only be on the bed, no space around the bed and no/very limited hanger capacity. Noise protection very limited and was wakes up during night when other guest arrived and left or talked in the atrium.

Small rooms in a nice location, with some flaws
Our room was clean but very small, especially the bathroom. Note there seems to be no elevator, so if you're on the first floor like we were you have to climb a set of very narrow stairs... be mindful if you have a lot of luggage! The location is very nice, close to public transport, parks, the river and many restaurants, but unfortunately the doors are kept closed at all times. The reception is not always manned, so every time you want to come in you have to ring (sometimes twice) and wait for someone to come open the door. This can take a while, especially at night when someone seems to have to wake up and walk from an adjacent room to the door... quite inconvenient, and probably unnecessary.

Especialmente desagradable encontrar un zoológico en la habitación..Hormigas,arañas,mosquitos...el baño no esta precisamente limpio y las paredes tiene moho.Dasuyuno escaso en variedad y la habitación a nivel de la calle hace que no puedas abrir una ventana sin parecer que estás en medio de la calle,me gusta ventilar la habitación no pude hacerlo sin miedo a quien quiera en un salto se cuele dentro.
