Clean room. A bit small. Not easy to seat two people. We had to swap rooms as the hob blew the fuse as they are old which was fine and staff were very helpful. No extractor fan in kitchenette. Good shower. Luggage storage available at reception. Recycling bins in reception would be helpful.

Decent accommodation but we felt uncomfortable with the cleaners entering our room.
The room was good, it was nice to have the kitchenette. The microwave didn't work but we could use the cooker instead.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
It wasn't the most amazing room but good for the price and I would probably stay again.
It was a bit disappointing that there were no hairdryers available even though it says they are included on the booking.
Also we got woken by a cleaner opening our room door (even though it was dead bolted) at 7:50am. He didn't knock and as two young people we felt extremely intimidated and frightened by the experience. We were not made aware of any cleaners visiting the room - especially as we were checking out by 11am we didn't expect to see anyone. We had no time to mention it to the staff but it made us feel uncomfortable and on edge.

It is cheap and very basic quality. The good: staff were very friendly and helpful, bed comfortable. The bad: pretty much everything else. Lots of damaged elements in the room, cupboard doors not fitting, enamel chipped in bath, cigarette buts left on balcony, sofa stained and uncomfortable, rusty and dirty towel rail, scuff marks on walls. Lighting very dull and impossible to do make-up in bathroom. Not suitable for a business trip and won’t stay there again when I’m in Lyon for work. If you are on a budget I’m sure you can find better than this.

Amazing Staff

I booked 2 nights only. It was a good price per quality. The whole staff at the reception was super nice responsive and always ready to help. The only reason why I don't give a full 5 star it's because in my floor someone had 2 small dogs and they were very noisy no matter if it was day or night. The second day in front of that door there was a huge stain in the carpet, not nice nor very hygienic. Other than that everything was fine.

Advantages of an apartment with hotel reception

It's not really a \"hotel.\" But in the end, it was better in many ways.
Bigger, nicer, newer TV.
Kitchenette.
Comfortable room and shower.
For the price, it was a great value.

We stayed 2 weeks. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Seems quite old but is kept very clean and tidy. Good location.
To improve: Sofa bed is not comfortable. Hotel is very noisy at night - not from people, but from banging pipes and such.

Very bare room. Very clean but poorly provided. No plug in basin. Pillow very cheap. Some plugs did not look safe. No kettle in kitchen. Boiling water in saucepan impossible at times. Rings very old. Staff friendly and helpful. Good area for residents. Cafe, and very nice bar over the road!

Bare necessity

The accommodation is at the top floor and becomes too hot, since the external blind / shutter to the window is broken or not installed. With only one window, it is hard to keep cool. Better ventilation and blind/ shutter installation is required for improvement.
The room lighting is too dim that it's uncomfortable to read a book at night. Better lighting is required.

For a 2 star hotel you cannot expect much really. The room was very loud and for a business stay it was annoying because you can't sleep if zour neighbors decided to watch TV.
Staff was variable, some were really friendly but others very unprofessional and rude.
The kitchen and the water boiler were not very clean.

clean, okay for the price, smaller than preferred

smaller than it appeared in the ads; had to move the bed to get the door out to the mini balcony open. fairly small bed, and still almost no room to move around, almost no room for chair at desk. blinds didn't work well for door. clean, no complaints about that. staff was fondly, helped when we asked for an additional pillow. kitchen with stove was usable. continental breakfast was ok, but get there early before they run out of eggs. not really close to much of anything. couple of decent restaurants 2-3 blocks away. no regrets, just kind of knew we weren't getting a fancy hotel experience. this is not a hidden gem, but ok for the price .

It was inordinately hot despite evening cool weather. One small portable fan insufficient for space. The room trapped hear. It was extremely unpleasant. . Not very attractive. Very small bathroom but adequate. Location fair. Not much around. Very small space. Did have a small fridge and microwave which was nice. Hot and cold water. Breakfast fair. It looked much nicer when I booked it. I would not book it again. Location served is pretty well for transit to main train and to stade Lyon for World Cup. Staff was pretty nice and helpful.

It was alright but wouldn’t go back

The place as a whole is average. It wasn’t terrible but I would look to stay elsewhere if I were to return to the city. The staff were lovely, I couldn’t fault them they were friendly and helpful at all times. The location of the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from Garibaldi metro station. The area is nice enough during the day but slightly uneasy at night. The rooms are not air conditioned and do not have a fan so staying in the warm weather was very uncomfortable. We had to leave the window open every night and the streets outside are very noisy so wasn’t great, but at least the bed was comfy! We had an issue where our door was tried a couple of times during our stay, once it was opened whilst we were in the room and left open and it was tried when we were in the room but this time the door was locked. We don’t know who this was or why this happened. From what we seen there was no cameras or security in the hotel and rooms do not include a safe. Overall I would say it just done us for our trip but wouldn’t return.

Absolutely worst stay. shower didn't drain, by the end of my shower the water was up past my ankles. Black mold in the bathroom. Sheets were stained. Walls were stained. There was just everywhere almost like the place has never been cleaned. The positive note is I booked the place for three nights but refused to stay past the first night, and the hotel agreed to refund me my money for the last two nights...seriously don't stay here unless it's the only place available.

I arrived a Friday night to the appart-hotel. the check in was automatic and went well. However, the appart-hotel is located next to a night club or a bar or something like that. It was extremely noisy and loud and impossible to sleep all night. In addition, it was extremely hot in the room, and there was no AC. There was a mingy little fan that made the noise of a washing machine. So basically, the choice was between the noise of a night club or the noise of a washing machine. In addition, the bed was very uncomfortable. The shower was really bare and the shower head broken. I do not recommend this place.

The room was average and decently clean, however the hot water was broken when I arrived. I went to the reception and got it fixed the next morning, and was given free breakfast as an apology. Overall the staff was quite friendly and helpful, and eager to help if there were any issues. Location was convenient and close to the station which was helpful for travelling. Would recommend as a decent hotel for the weekend.

The cost of the apartments were what you paid for. Compare to other accomodation it was competatively priced very clean and was a nice place to rest your head. Dont expect 5 star luxury as you arent paying for 5 star luxury.

A decent place to stay on the whole. However, heaters in room had not been turned on when I arrived, and the room was very cold as a result. I turned on the heater but could get no heat from the heater closest to the bed and had to rely on the bathroom and hallway heaters to heat the bedroom. Otherwise everything was adequate if not exactly luxe. Front desk staff very nice.

A bed for the night! That's it!

Clean, basic, receptionist couldn't find my booking plus the three previous guests in front of me at check in! So after 14 hours travelling, I had another 30 minute wait at reception which was 35 temp!
Room was clean, no air con, as the unit was not connected (plug cut off???) pay for WIFI??
Had to open the windows which was noises during the night!!
Definitely would not stay here again!

A equipe de atendimento é excelente. Tivemos um problema no quarto e eles nos colocaram em 2 quartos já que não tinha o quarto reservado para 3 pessoas. Perdemos conforto (família separada), mas o problema foi resolvido. Ficamos em apartamento com cozinha; acho que valeria muito a pena uma revisão nos itens da cozinha - acho falta limpeza pesada no microondas e utensílios domésticos (gordura). Agradeço todo o pessoal da recepção pelo atendimento nota 10.

Séjour de 5 nuits bien déroulé. 10 à 15 min de la gare à pieds.
Cuisine: il manquait qques petites affaires: torchon, éponge à récurer, sachet poubelle. On m'a prêté tres gentiment une 2nd casserole pour finir mon repas.
Chambre : Lits très confortables; télé fonctionnelle; draps et serviettes propres. J'aurais aimé passer une mop (balaie éponge): trop de poussière sous mes pieds dès le 1er soir.
Salle de bain et entrée : propres. Pas de mauvaises odeurs.
Communication : personnel respectueux, dynamique et à l'écoute.

Très belle expérience. Le quartier est calme , proche de la gare mais pas bruyant.
La chambre double à une très bonne literie. C’est vétuste mais propre.
Le coin cuisine est ds le couloir, on peut fermer la porte.
La salle de bain comporte un toilette et une baignoire. C’est ancien mais très propre.
On n’entend pas particulièrement les voisins et il y a un volet roulant à la fenêtre !!

Den stora bristen var avsaknad av luftkonditionering eftersom det var heta dagar i Lyon (35 grader). Vi saknade även sänglampor.

Le séjour c'est bien passé, le logement a un très bon rendement qualité-prix, il apporte une autonomie de par les équipements (frigo et microonde) en plus d'être peu cher et a proximité de la gare PartDieu.
Sans être fameux, le confort et l'espace est suffisant pour quelques jours. Petit hic toutefois, le logement spécifié une place de parking, celle-ci est non seulement en supplément mais également rare. Je suis passé 4 fois à l'accueil, chaque fois l'on m'a répondu qu'ils n'avaient plus de place et qu'il fallait revenir à un autre moment et faire sans en attendant ... pas évident au vu du prix des parking dans Lyon.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel, au calme et proche de toutes commodités (gare, métro, commerces, bars, restaurants, pharmacies)
Personnel très sympathique et disponible
Immeuble sécurisé avec accès aux étages avec badge.
Petit déjeuner varié avec tout ce qu'il faut pour bien démarrer la journée, qui peut être pris à l'extérieur dans une cour boisée privée.
Les bémols (il en faut bien) : les portes du placard de la chambre sont à changer (vraiment) et le papier toilette est franchement de mauvaise qualité, ce doit être le moins cher du marché...

L’hôtel est vieillissant et pas du tout entretenu. L’appartement n’est pas particulièrement propre. Les joints de douches sont tous friables. L’accès au parking sent l’urine. Le parking est quasiment vide et très cher. L’appartement n’est pas suffisamment équipé pour un séjour en semaine, on ne peut pas réellement cuisiner.

Le séjours c'est bien passé mise a part le fait que la chambre etais hyper froide pas de chauffage le chomecaste qui ne fonctionner pas mes le samedi soir un monsieur nous a donner un chauffage alors quand a remonter l'info vendredi soir sachant que j'étais deja malade.😪 mes bon mise a part sa le séjour et le personnel a l'écoute .

Possibilité de repas simples dans la partie cuisine du couloir ( plaques cuisson, vaisselle, produit vaisselle, éponge et torchon ). Salle de bain fonctionnelle ( incluant les WC ). Bonne isolation phonique. Très bon accueil. NB : nous n'avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner proposé par l'hôtel.

Nous avons été vraiment très bien accueilli par deux personnes très sympathiques.
Secteur très calme (côté route).

La chambre familiale est très bien, juste le niveau de propreté est à revoir (tâches sur les mur, porte, rideaux, la housse du canapé convertible n était pas très propre, ainsi que le balcon pas propre et comprenant des mégots de cigarettes).

Malgré les ventilateurs mis à disposition mon bébé et moi même n avons malheureusement pas pu bien dormir avec la chaleur on se réveillait souvent en sueur.

Olimme kaksi päivää Lyonissa, hotelli oli erittäin hyvä meille. Keittiö oli ehdottomasti plussaa. Alue hiljainen ja lähellä keskustaa ja juna-asemaa. Yksi pyyhe oli hieman likainen mutta muuten hyvä kuntoinen hotelli.

Équipement minimum : pas de cafetière ou même de tire bouchon. Pour avoir un sèche cheveux il a fallu le demander à l'accueil.
Point positif : un accueil 24/24 avec personnel sympa

Recommandé pour un séjour de 3/4 jours

Localisation pratique, quartier résidentiel calme, à 10min du centre commercial à pied, stationnement facile, à 15 minutes des berges du Rhône pour une pause détente...
Établissement calme, literie confortable, sdb propose avec le minimum de confort que l'on peut attendre.
Coin kitchenette, pratique, on à demandé une cafetière pour le matin... Au top pour le service.
Vraiment un très bon rapport qualité prix

Seul point négatif pour notre chambre la 214, le réverbère de la ville juste à côté de notre fenêtre qui reste allumé toute la nuit.. et malgré le rideau occultant.. la lumière passe beaucoup 😏
