I got a room beside the main street, sound isolation of room was so poor that we could even hear people talk in the street so barely had uninterrupted sleep at nights.
I don't know based on what standards or criteria this is called hotel. With the room amenities it's at motel level not hotel. My wife had an incident that needed to use a cold compress and in whole hotel they didn't have ice available. I do not recommend this place.

This hotel although fairly basic is well located, just a 15 minute walk from Part-Dieu station, and near to the Garibaldi Metro.

We stayed here for 3 nights to attend the France v England rugby match at the OL stadium.

The beds were comfortable, the towels changed regularly and the staff we encountered were friendly.

The only criticism I have is that the rooms were hot, and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be able to cool, whichever setting it was on blew out warm air.

As we were facing the main road keeping the window open was not an option as the traffic noise would have been too loud.

We didn’t opt to have breakfast at the hotel as there were other options locally, although the hotel breakfast did seem to be good value

Fantastic Stay, Everything was Great!

Fantastic location less than 5mins walk to the metro. Located right across from a 24hr supermarket and a pharmacy by the metro station.

Staff were extremely friendly and polite. Even offered to get us cutleries & let us dined at the communal area when we ordered Uber eats. Also offered to search and find out more details regarding external laundry options.

Room was refurbished, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The location of the property is close to Old Lyon and very easy to walk around and there is 24/7 supermarket right front of the hotel. However, the common area such as hall, elevator and toilet in main section do make you feel bit depressing. But if you there to just sleep in your room it should be ok.

The staff was very unprofessional. Rooms smells mold. The mattress were very thin so when I woke up in the morning it felt like someone bit me up. The elevators smelled urine.this hotel have 8 floors they don’t even provide one iron for floor.

I recommend this hotel for comfort, hygiene, and the staff services are exceptional (hotel & restaurant), in a real and decent way. thank you! We also thank at the reception staff for his seriousness and promptness, he is attentive to all the details so that everything is perfect, but if you have a wish do not hesitate, everything is as in the pictures posted on the site. the street is full of shops and is lively until late in the evening, where you can find everything you want. The services offered were clearly higher than the booking price. Thanks again!

B&B for mediocrity

We ordered 2 rooms. We quickly checked in a late hour to find out that one of the room haven't been clean after pervious guest. We had to change to another room. In the morning, we headed out early and the hotel did not agree to keep our lagage for the day although it was stated in hotels.com it provides lagage keeping service

This hotel hardly deserve one star!

We had to cut our stay just to get out of chaos and inhospitable conditions: black-painted walls, linoleum flooring, just ONE towel per person (we had to ask for some extra towels at the reception desk!), NO amenities in the bathroom - NONE! - and dirt all over. When we came back to our room tired after a whole day of exploring Lyon we discovered that our room was not cleaned (see attached pictures – that’s what we saw coming back in the evening). But we know for sure that maids were around when we left late that morning as their cleaning equipment was scattered all over the hall!

The reception was understaffed and very rude. A simple request to make a restaurant reservation was met with rolling eyes and a sarcastic attitude.

The breakfast was another story! Actually there was NO breakfast – when we came down to eat there was NOTHING to eat – and it was an hour before the buffet was set to close! About 9 AM.

ZERO sound insolation, inconvenient parking and dirt and clutter near the hotel building – you get the whole picture of our “wonderful” stay!

There was a bit of good news .. Fortunately, Expedia was very helpful regarding our last minute cancellation of our final night and was able to rebook for another hotel.

Great hotel for the price; no frills. I stayed at two other hotels for business, much more expensive, but the B&B was much better in terms of Wifi and location: just 1/2 block from the Metro. Breakfast is very good and the rooms are comfortable, although I could have used something to put my suitcase on.

The service was excellent, except for a lady who did not hesitate interrupting me during a phone call to tell me that I had to go downstairs to pay immediately because I extended my stay one night due to a flight cancellation. I signaled that I was on the phone with the airline and she did not seem to care. She might have been a manager, but everyone else was super kind and helpful. I will stay at a B&B again for sure.

The free breakfast was a welcome surprise

The room was comfortable and clean, it had heat and air, which was nice and 2 TV channels in English. The free hot breakfast was a nice surprise since I had read a review that said there was none. Good coffee, eggs, bacon, toast, jam, yogurt and cereal, which saved us approx $30 euro for our group of 3. There is only body soap in the shower so we brought our own shampoo & conditioner.

Hotel was convenient for accessing Lyon centre via metro (it was walkable, though a little far for us). Rooms were large and comfortable. Free Wi-fi was reliable. Breakfast was good value - a basic buffet-style, but with scrambled eggs and bacon rather than cheese and cold meats. Only criticism is that there is no soap near the sink in the bathroom - the only dispenser is in the shower area.

Late arrival, poor organisation at Lyon airport. Had to use the worn-out machine to type in codes and get in – it worked but it's always a worry whether it will or not. (Reception desk closes relatively early.) Lift made strange noises. Room functional, OK for the price. As seems always the case in France with budget hotels, more than faint smell of cigarette smoke, also with the bed linen. No choice of English-language channels on TV. Couldn't remember if breakfast was included in the deal, so asked the young, inexperienced and poorly trained girl – who tried to check and couldn't tell me. All in all – expected better for the price, and better service. (By chance, visited another B&B branch at the new football stadium in Lyon, dynamic and helpful receptionist – I think the branch where I stayed was just poorly managed.)

Description said 15 min walk from bus station but pulling a large bag it was quite far. Across the road was a supermarket and takeaway. I was unable to turn down room temp and there was only comforter on bed so became warm, opened window but noisy at 5am.
There was pump soap in shower, but no hand soap, shampoo or cond supplied. Had to go down to get enough towels for everyone. Beds were very comfortable and motel felt safe.

L’odeur horrible d’urine et d’air pas renouvelé de nos 2 chambres, la saleté des chambres, des lits inconfortables au possible. Dans les couloirs ça sent mauvais et c’est sale. Les ascenseurs font des fruits horribles on a peur d’être bloqués dedans ..
Incohérence dans nos 2 réservations, nous étions à 2 étages différents et on a refusé de nous mettre à côte à notre arrivée alors que l’hôtel était clairement vide !
Bref je ne recommande pas et je ne reviendrai plus dans cette chaîne d’hôtellerie. Je suis très déçue

Problème de réservation via le site hôtel.com. Nous sommes arrivés à 22:20. Avec seulement un numéro de voyage et pas de code de réservation. Obligé de faire appel à l’astreinte pour rentrer à l’hôtel.
Une fois arrivée à notre chambre, poil dans le bac à douche, et poil dans les draps du lit. De nombreux poil noir type poils d’animaux. Alors que la literie est sensée être propre …

l'hotel est bien placé à 50 metres du métro, le batiment eest neuf, d'une propreté impeccable. Je n'ai entendu aucun bruit; un coussin supplémentaire aurait été le bienvenue.
Le petit déjeuner etait vraiment complet, pain frais, viennoisries cuites sur place et les meilleurs oeufs brouillés que j'ai pu manger en france.
Le personnel est aimable, attentif et souriant, bref un excellent hotel à tous points de vue

Elegimos este hotel por ser económico. La Habitación con muchos golpeos en el pared, baño y la ducha estan separados. El baño era raro.
En el corredor había un mal olor, suelo era con alfombra y me parece que alfombra no se ha limpiado nunca.
Tiene parking por 12€/dia. No esta en mismo hotel, esta en el edificio de al lado.
