Didn't have breakfast but can't imagine it being amazing going by the style of hotel. Better eating out and sampling the Lyon patisseries nearby anyway.
For about £70 a night really can't complain though. The bed was comfortable and it was acceptably clean. Thankfully we were not in a room on the main street side so it was really quiet. Toilet paper has a lot to be desired as it's cheap brown nasty stuff.
Beds were made every day for us also. Staff were pleasant enough. Just make sure you get your \"hold payment\" back as I had to claim mine back thru my bank.

I had filtered the options so that I could guarantee parking, as I was travelling to southern italy and had valuable stuff in the car. The hotel claimed that they had no parking available and I had to go and park in an underground car park. The exit was in another part of the town and the hotel could not guide me back whilst carrying my bags. It took me 45 minutes to eventually find my own way back. Not recommended!

The bed was good although not much space around it. Toilet and shower spaces are too small, the sink is too big and blocks 60% of the entrance to the shower so you have to walk sideway to get in and out of the shower. And the shower is about a foot higher than the floor so it's more like sideway jump than walk.

The hotel was adequate. I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money, so the hotel was well priced. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room did NOT have a safe. Cleanliness of the room was mediocre, but acceptable. There was a used cup of water sitting out when I arrived in the room. The bed was not made by the cleaning staff in between my two nights there.

My shoes were ruined after walking through the lobby once. That being said, the staff was clearly working hard on the water issue.

2 beds stuck together isnt a big bed, its 2 beds, you feel when they end. was comfortable enough. if in a hurry for the toilet, the bathroom door is really in the way. sad that there is no lift, but its nice enough. staff were amazing. for some reason the chain broke before i entered the room but did not mention it because it was not a problem, a few hours in, a light went dead but was not bothering me, there was enough light. room was big. desk was big enough. the parking is 15 a night but would have been nice of hotels.com to let us know to actually call the hotel to confirm a spot. the last day i had my no entry sign on the door. like last 2 days but cleaners came in anyway, pissed me right off.i wouldnt have left the room the way it was if i wanted it to be cleaned. very interesting and mixte neighbourhood, easy access to transport. nice location. not really sound proof...

Stayed at various 3 star hotels all throughout France and this hotel was the lowest quality. Receptionist during the day was great, pleasant and friendly she allowed me to check in about 1/2 hour early. Receptionist at desk in evening unable to provide a few extra instant coffe packets for room kettle. Water in shower was only luke warm, never had hot water. Pillows are lumpy. No extra blankets or pillows in room. Need to be buzzed in/out of hotel, not the best location in Lyon.

A la reception on nous informe qu'il n'y a pas de wifi pour le moment, pas de soucis en soi mais finalement la connexion dans la chambre est excessivement mauvaise donc le wifi aurait (peut être aidé).
Chambre sans plus, par rapport aux photos du site nous sommes clairement déçus. Petite et pas forcement lumineuse, la fenetre donne sur le toit d'une cour intérieure.
Nous mettons le panneau de ne pas faire la chambre quand nous partons le matin, quand nous revenons la chambre a été faite, et les serviettes qui étaient pendues ont toutes été changées (a quoi bon mettre un carton d'éco-responsabilité \" linge accroché = je garde, linge à terre= je change, si ce n'est de toute façon pas respecté ?)

Globalement accueil satisfaisant. Chambre froide et peu lumineuse. Hélas en arrivant quelques petites choses à nettoyer (traces de gras peu engageantes sur un chevet). J'ai pu profiter du chauffage d'appoint de l'accueil car j'ai eu froid dans la chambre... J'ai abandonné le petit dej. car les clients sur place ne respectaient pas le port du masque. Mais j'ai bien dormi c'etait calme et la literie est bonne. Quelques probl. de condensation dans la SdB (eau au sol). Enfin, il faut tenir compte que le quartier est ... fréquenté par les CRS et les trafics en tout genre (La Guillotière).

Chercher un autre hôtel c est mieux
Hôtel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles il y a pas d ascenseur donc venez sans bagages c’est mieux. Pas de carte magnétique pour les portes mais une seule clef par chambre donc en famille,il faut rentrer en même temps et c est tout. La porte d entrée fermait très mal donc mieux vaut dormir sur une oreille. Il y avait de la poussière dans la chambre particulièrement sur le bord de la tête de lit. Des toiles d araignées au plafond, des excréments de pigeon en quantité sur le bord de la fenêtre. La vue sur un immeuble très proche et une petite cours rempli de cigarettes. Le jour de notre arrivés il y avait un ticket de métro sur le sol dans le hall de l hôtel nous sommes partis 4 nuits plus tard le ticket était toujours là. Et pour finir l hôtel est proche du métro mais pas très accueillant à deux pas de l hôtel une véritable cours des miracles avec vendeur à la sauvette de cigarettes de contre bande et un marché à ciel ouvert de vendeur de misère à même le sol. Un point positif la salle de bain était propre.
