Ev rything was good when we accessed the apartment. However, we didn't get our 4 digit code to acceess the afterhours locker containing our swipe cards. The afterhours call centre operator couldn't find our name even after two phone calls and didn't want our itinerary number. My son had to callwotif back home to get our 4 digit access code.

The Residhome Lyon Gerland had large one bedroom. The bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We faced the inner courtyard and the room was quiet. There are cafes and a grocery store across the street. Subway is right outside hotel. Good value.

The hotel is very convenient to the metro which makes getting around Lyon easy. The staff was very helpful. The room 209 we stayed in worked well for 4 people but needs a new coat of paint the walls were stained/dirty and doors can use a wipe down. We did find two live cockroaches during our stay. There was a market on Thursday with fresh fruits, vegetables and Tunisian food. Water kettle, microwave, refrigerator and dishes were all very useful during our stay.

The property was ok. Check in process was strange, we travelled all day and needed to drop our bags and go to an event, but reception wasn’t open between then hours of 12-3. We ended up leaving our bags at another hotel for the evening! The room was not as pictured, but was clean and had all the amenities listed.

Je suis mitigee sur ce logement car la 1ere fois, j'ai eu un logement tres grans mais le rideau de la chambre etait cassé et impossible a mettre en place. J'ai donc dormi avec les lumieres de la place exterieure tout la nuit et j'ai beaucoup de bruit dans la rue. Hier, reservé mais mon entreprise et c'etait au top.une autre chambre, avec balcon ne donnant pas sur la rue. Des volants roulants. G tres bien dormi. Je vais donc retenter bientot pour voir.

We killed two cockroaches in our apartment at the first night. We reported to the reception the following day and we were changed to another one. In the second apartment, we found the ceiling in the bathroom with lots of molds and some of the plates were very dirty and with molds as well. We didn't borther to change to another room again. We didn't want to be charged for the dirty plates, so we broght the plates to the staff and showed them the bathroom photos when we checked out. Finally, the staff apologised for our bad staying experience and she didn't charge for our car park cost. This was the worst hotel we have stayed and we will never come back again.

Séjour d'une nuit satisfaisant. Malgré le tarif le parking est un plus car difficile de se garer à Lyon. Résidence bien placée, métro aux pieds du bâtiment. Commerces également. Personnel d'accueil très agréable.

L'ascenseur étant en travaux, j'ai dû prendre l'escalier pour monter au 4e étage avec mes valises et tout, c'est horrible.
En plus, le pommeau de douche est en panne, ce qui a causé une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain. Et ma carte de chambre ne marche pas à l'entrée, j'attendais le personnel de l'accueil pour me changer une autre carte. Toutes ces mauvaises surprises sont pas du tout normal pour un client (surtout un nouveau client).

The elevator was not working, there were no towels in the room, the toilet and sink drains were clogged, the bathroom was dirty, and the receptionist was a bit rude when she said you had to clean the kitchen after using it.

je suis resté coincé dans l'ascenseur de 22h à 23h entre le 6éme et 5éme étage en voulant descendre la poubelle du studio, sans avoir pris mon tél portable... J'ai utilisé l'alarme de l'ascenseur qui a uniquement diffusé une sonnerie, pas d'interphone, donc pas d'opérateur pour me répondre. Après 15 mn de sonnerie, quelqu'un est sorti d'une chambre en hurlant pour me dire d'arrêter de sonner et est reparti en claquant sa porte... J'ai essayé de forcer et d'ouvrir la porte en la secouant et l'ascenseur s'est mis à descendre de 2 mètres puis ralentir. Après une vingtaine d'essais, j'ai réussi à forcer et ouvrir la porte au niveau -2... un rappel: La mise en place d’une téléalarme est obligatoire depuis la loi de 2003 sur la mise aux normes des ascenseurs. Tous les ascenseurs sont concernés. Cette situation est inadmissible pour un ERP et ne donne pas une image sérieuse à votre site. Ce matin, à 7h, ouverture de l'accueil, j'en ai informé la personne qui m'a simplement répondu d'avoir mon portable sur moi et d'appeler le numéro d'urgence en cas de problème! Génial!

Ascenseur en panne pendant plusieurs jours
J'y ai passé 2 nuits et l'unique ascenseur était toujours en panne. Mon studio était au 7e étage sans possibilité de changement apparemment. On m'a monté la valise à l'arrivée mais les allers-retours dans les escaliers sur 7 étages étaient glauques !

Tout a commencé par une réception à huis clos avant l'heure officielle de fermeture (21h). J'ai appelé le service arrivée tardive et l'opérateur m'a informé qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation à mon nom! J'ai insisté et il m'a confirmé que je ne figurais pas sur la liste des clients.
J'ai donc appelé le service client d'Hotels.com et à partir de ce moment-là, ni Hotels.com ni moi n'avons pu accéder à nouveau au service d'arrivée tardive. Après 1h30 au téléphone, Hotels.com m'a informé qu'ils ne pouvaient pas joindre l'hôtel et qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire.
Il était donc tard (22h30), ma famille et moi n'avons pas dîné et n'avions pas de chambre d'hôtel! Heureusement, j'ai trouvé un hôtel à proximité qui avait une réception ouverte et trouvé un fast-food ouvert.
Le lendemain, je me suis rendu à l'hôtel Residhome et, cette fois, la dame de la réception m'a confirmé que j'avais une chambre depuis la veille (et pour 2 nuits supplémentaires) et elle a été très surprise que la réception tardive m'ait dit que je n'étais pas sur la liste des clients et que nous n'avions pas pu les joindre après 22 heures. Cette dame était très gentille et très professionnelle.
Malheureusement, ce cauchemar a duré encore 2 jours : l'autre responsable à la réception (un homme) était très antipathique et nous a refusé un oreiller supplémentaire (!), l'ascenseur était en panne !!! et le nettoyage des couloirs et des chambres était en retard (peut-être à cause du manque d'ascenseur?)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour..Les lits étaient confortables et l'hôtel était calme Il manquait quelques éléments cependant comme une éponge pour le nettoyage de la kitchenette ou quelques filtres à café. Très bien situé à quelques mètres du métro.
