A good budget option right across from the bus, tram and metro hub. After a late-night check-in we were offered and spent a night in a first-floor \"annex\" room off the lobby of an adjacent apartment/office building. The room was claustrophobic, had no view, a drop ceiling, and water damaged molding. After asking to move to the main hotel the next day we were quite pleased with the room in the main hotel which featured the ambiance one would expect from an intimate French hotel (floor-to-ceiling windows, carpeted stairs, and a decorated room). Advice: Do not stay in the \"annex\" rooms next door to the hotel.

The hotel is simple but excellent. Very friendly staff, the room was small but very clean and had all the basics (towels for all of us, shower gel/shampoo, soap, hair dryer, etc.). The beds were comfortable, and despite being near a busy street, the place was quiet and we slept very well. It was easy to walk to old Lyon, and the staff let us keep our luggage at the hotel free of charge after we checked out and before we were ready to leave the city.

The room was awful and had mold on the wall. The window in the room was not opening as it is on the street level and on top of that the AC was making so much noise. There was only a security guard overnight and they were unable to fix the AC and they didn't offer to change room because the hotel was full. The AC was as loud as a truck. he security guard brought a fan over to my room at midnight. The next day, they offer to refund half of the price but I never receive any money. Such a bad experience. They shouldn't allow people to stay in room like that where people can't sleep. You have to choose between not sleeping because of the heat or because of the noise.

Stayed for one night. Super friendly staff accompanied me to the hard to get to parking building next to the hotel. The next day they retrieved the car for me. Not a good hotel to stay it if you have a car. Our room was in the ground floor of a scary apartment building next to the hotel. A key FOB was needed to open 2 security doors before getting to the room. This \"annex\" location was not mentioned by Expedia.

This is a great budget hotel. The room we stayed in was old and dated but clean. If you have mobility issues or trouble with stairs be sure to book a room on the ground floor (there are only 4). Right at the bus and train stations Perrache.

I had a great experience at this hotel. I was given a room in the building just beside it and it was on the ground floor so I didn’t have to carry my suitcase up. The rooms were modern and cozy. The staff was also very friendly and spoke English and Spanish as well as French. The area around it has lots of bars and restaurants and is next to Perrache. The only downside is that some homeless people live there and one of them screamed at me out of the blue so beware of that.

this place is terrible! they can't even call a hotel! it is worst than student accommodation! there is no AC in the room neither fan was provided during hot summer. The wall is so thin, you can hear next door talking and when people walk pass your door, the wall is shaking! The worst nightmare I had was bed bugs and fleas!! I had terrible bites and my skin is so itchy! I talked to receptionist and he said he has no room for me to change. I wrote to management and they said they never have bed bugs and fleas!

But if you are booking this hotel during the summer months you may have to reconsider. The room was stifling hot as it did not have air conditioning or even a fan. We had to sleep with both the window and door open and still it felt like a sauna in our room. Because of this, it was a very uncomfortable stay.

Danke an das sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Personal am Empfang. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns geholfen beim Zimmerwechsel. Die Standardzimmer sind in einem schlechtem und unrenoviertem Zustand. Unbedingt das Zimmerupgrade buchen. Wir konnten glücklicherweise das Zimmer wechseln und zum Schluss war alles super.

Vilket fint hotell! Rummet var fint med riktiga sängar även till barnen (ingen bäddsoffa) och fräscht badrum. Frukostbuffén var jättegod och erbjöd allt man kan vilja ha, även om den inte var stor. Jättetrevlig personal som löste det vi behövde hjälp med. Det enda lite jobbiga var att det inte fanns hiss och vi hade barnvagn.

Hotel situé à 2 pas de la gare Perrache, il est donc idéal pour les arrivés tardives et reste central. Cependant plusieurs chambres on une vue direct sur la gare routière et la proximité avec l'entrée du tunnel sous fourviere enlève du charme. Heureusement les fenêtres sont bien isolées.
