We did find the bed to be small but we were swapped to another room without any fuss. Our stay was lovely. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was really comfy. The food was excellent and the staff were really friendly.

Lovely hotel and great value. Swimming pool was cold and sauna was under maintenance which was a shame. Some places in hotel where been painted and rhe smell was atrong. But it was out of season so these jobs need doing. Breakfast choice is very good, lots of continental and a full english. Drinks in the bar were expwnsive. All staff helpful and always quuck to clean the plates etc.

We stayed for a week while visiting family and there was an excellent breakfast choice and also excellent dining menu if required. We were staying in a room at the back of the hotel which was a lovely room, only fault would be it was warm in the room without any heating on so we had the window open during the night and had some noise from air conditioning units/oil heating units turning on and off during the night. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Transport links from the airport is easy with buses for less than £3 or a taxi for approx £30

The room was ok, asked for a lower floor room, was told there is a lift, used the lift but there are still stairs as floors are uneven. The beds were made each day but not with fresh linen and floor was never hoovered. And parking is a joke.

Made staff aware of this and they offered to change rooms, but, we were happy to stay put. Rooms held the heat so wasn't too much of a problem. Window still needs sorted though. Room 91. Cobweb dust on every corner of ceiling, so, although room adequate, needs properly cleaned. Enjoyed our stay though and would return. Good location.

However, this was not really a problem. Everything else was so good, that honestly, a tiny problem like that was nothing really. Would come again to this lovely hotel.

The place on the whole was just really nice, all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, credit to the reception staff, the service was impeccable! The breakfast was lovely with a great choice, the bar clean and cosy and added bonus of the upstairs terrace! Food was great too on the couple of occasions we ate there! My room was small but cosy and clean with a comfortable bed so all good! Didn’t get the name of the reception staff but the little one was lovely and helpful in arranging so we didn’t have to move rooms for our extra night stay so thank you ☺️

It was an average hotel, this was the last of 5 hotels of a bigger trip and it was very very basic. The water for the bath and and shower were luke warm at best, the pool changing rooms were tiny and overcrowded with people actually getting changed in the corridor outside the changing room. The jacuzzi was open but was not working. Poorly catered for vegans. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the hotel is a 15 minute walk to town and opposite the beautiful beach.

The room we were in had been renovated just a bit if a squeeze bur was wekk equiped. The breakfast was good quality and fir the first time I found an hoiel toaster that actually did the job in 1 go.
The evening meal was also great value and copious amounts

Room was pretty basic but quiet and comfy beds. Could do with a refresh though, especially the bathroom, small rust spots on sink and shower drain. Shower leaked but was actually ok once you were in. Staff were excellent though and the food was fantastic, we ate in the restaurant every night. Reasonably priced as well compared to other olaces close by

Arrived at the hotel for a birthday weekend for me and the hubby, staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are one of the main reasons we booked the hotel and didn’t disappoint had it to ourselves most of the weekend. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice from continental- cereal, fruit, ham, cheese etc and then a gorgeous full English breakfast.

I liked the location. The bus stop was right outside the Hotel door and the service was very good. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Great choice. Only minor complaint was the shower. Not very powerful, obviously due to poor water pressure. Definitely would return though.

Loved the friendly & helpful staff at reception & restaurant. Bar food was delicious & well presented. Pool & sauna were great. Good location, across from beach & bus stop across the road from hotel.
Areas for improvement- no food service available from breakfast until bar opens at 5pm apart from limited prepacked sandwiches, crisps etc.
Pool & sauna area is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility, narrow stairs, no hand rails and wet floors. Also high doorstop at door between games room and ground floor rooms. This is dangerous.

Very nice hotel, a 10 minute walk from St Helier. The room was bright, clean and spacious with tea making facilities. The beds were comfortable and the room had a good heater when needed. There was lots of choice for breakfast including a full English. The bar and restaurant area were tastefully decorated and the evening meal was lovely. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff were very nice especially Rodney in bar. The direction and route to rooms was incredible and not in a good way - tough if depending on lifts or have much baggage.

Room 15 was a good size with a big bathroom; clean and well presented, and featured two comfy single beds pushed together. I don’t understand the other negative reviews about the rooms; ours was fine. Wifi was fast and worked well within the rooms.
We paid the small extra charge for breakfast each day and were grateful for it; the breakfast was very good in both selection and quality of ingredients. The times were also generous, with breakfast being available until 0930 weekdays and 1000 on weekends. The price of food and drink in Jersey is quite expensive, so would recommend paying the small amount extra for breakfast at this hotel.

Room 15 was a good size with a big bathroom; clean and well presented, and featured two comfy single beds pushed together. I don’t understand the other negative reviews about the rooms; ours was fine. Wifi was fast and worked well within the rooms.
We paid the small extra charge for breakfast each day and were grateful for it; the breakfast was very good in both selection and quality of ingredients. The times were also generous, with breakfast being available until 0930 weekdays and 1000 on weekends. The price of food and drink in Jersey is quite expensive, so would recommend paying the small amount extra for breakfast at this hotel.

Good location on the coast road. Bus stops right outside the hotel, 5 minutes ride into the centre of St Helier. Places to eat very close by. Breakfast good, didn't eat in the hotel in the evening so can't comment. Room could do with a bit of an update, also our room was too warm overnight, however, there was a free standing fan.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and fairly priced. All normal hotel facilities were very good, We were using local busses and all bus routes go to and from St Helier which makes it a critical location to be able to easily access. The hotel is on a frequent bus route to St Helier, and would be only a ten minute walk. Overall, I think it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

Family Easter holiday
We arrived early due to a Chacewater of flight time but this didn't inconvenience the hotel staff at all. They ensured our room was made available. We did report that the toilet was stained and this was immediately rectified. The room otherwise was extremely clean and tidy. Breakfast was perfectly cooked with plenty of cold buffet choices also. We also chose to eat in the hotel restaurant in the evenings and the food was excellent and very competitively priced, although the wine choice was limited and a touch pricey.

When we first arrived the room was not like any of the photos online. The safe didn’t work, water pressure was terrible and the door didn’t lock either.
The twin room, the beds were either side of the room not next to each other like on the photos. The room was right next to the busy road and we did not get any sleep on the first night.
Once moved rooms we had a family room with bunk beds but the toilet leaked and the safe still didn’t work.
