Friendly staff ! Hotel is located near the tram so easy to go around the city! Highly recommended!

Unexpensive hotel that needs upgrade in some areas; corridor areas are bad. Elevator works but it seems that it is not cleaned often. Breakfast is decent. Staff needs training, specialky in English. Rooms do not have interphone or safe.

We stayed on the fourth floor which smelled musty, only to find mold in our room. It’s very visible in the shower ceiling and you can smell the mold as soon as you enter the fourth floor and very strongly in the room. Other than this being a health concern the rest of the place is okay. The staff is nice and the security guy at night was very friendly. It’s close to the train stations.

Eklo tiene una relación de costo y calidad perfecta. Tiene muchos tipos de habitaciones y manera de personalizar muy fácilmente. Recomiendo pagar por el desayuno porque está muy completo y no hay aún opciones alrededor para desayunar.

L’hôtel est bien placé pour faire une halte sur Lyon pour repartir sur Paris ou autre. Il y a des restaurants à proximité.
La chambre pour 4 était très correcte pour le prix. Nous avons bien dormi et au calme.

Hotel pulito, ma in generale poco curato. Il ristorante sempre chiuso. Camere caldissime: il climatizzatore funziona solo con la chiave magnetica inserita in camera ed impiega ore a raffrescarla. Possibilità di parcheggio nei dintorni molto scarsa, gli stessi abitanti parcheggiano sui marciapiedi. Quindi bene, ma non benissimo.

Parties communes négligées, particulièrement le week-end. C'était mieux en semaine. Le sol de notre chambre collait à notre arrivée. La ventilation ne fonctionne pas, nous avons tous les 4 mal dormi (trop chaud). Cela a été signalé. Peu d'engagement de l'équipe accueil dans son travail, au 2e \"je ne sais pas\" nous avons laissé tomber toute demande. Bien le baby-foot et l'accès au 1er avec un micro ondes. Il est annoncé un frigo mais nous n'avons pas eu possibilité de l'utiliser étant sous code. Faudrait un peu mieux renseigner les clients...

Mi è piaciuto molto lo stile “urban” dell’hotel. La camera viene rifatta solo a fine soggiorno ma sembra essere una prassi in Europa.

Hôtel bien mais suprise au matin ma voiture qui était stationné au pied de l'hôtel le coffre était vide on a percé la porte du coffre pour ouvrir et voler les valises et les courses les vacances commence mal dommage que l'établissement n'a pas de parking surveillé et que c pas dit lors de la réservation donc déçu yoann

A 200€ par nuit pendant le Sirha on peut au moins espérer que la chambre soit propre et d'avoir un peu plus que 3 cintres dans la chambre.
Pour le reste l'hotel est bien si vous venez avec une voiture discrète ce qui était notre cas.
Il y avait en moyenne une vitre cassée par soir, les alentours de l'hôtel étant composés de banlieues mal fréquentée, les \"jeunes\" ont compris le filon et viennent casser les voitures... No comment,
