The bed was comfortable and clean but the bathroom and the floor was dirty an I didn’t feel like stepping on the floor barefoot. The receptionist was helpful and gave us extra bedding but the tv didn’t have a remote control so we couldn’t use it. Our room on the ground floor was too exposed. Breakfast had only sweet options and the pastries and bread was all stale.

For a no frills budget hotel is was of a high standard, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Perfect overnight stop if you are on a road trip, with the added bonus of secure parking.

Otherwise the property itself was not the best… the bathrooms weren’t super clean, the bed still had hair all over it and there was overall just lots of stains and dirt. The walls were also super thin so we were up very early as we could here every other person in the rooms next door/walking outside.

Don’t book this location, their AC is not working on many rooms. They didn’t let us change the room, AC was confirmed broken, all family rooms are booked… we could see many windows are open through the rooms

Premiere Classe offers no-frills budget rooms but you get a clean place with bathroom and a comfy bed for a very reasonable price, breakfast was good too with good coffee, orange juice, croissants, bread, yogurts etc. OK the room is small and no view, and it's not in an exciting area but as a pit stop it's great. We went for the superior air conditioned rooms which were still great value. This is a budget motel so rooms and bathroom are very tight but the bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. Breakfast was good esp great coffee and orange juice

Pluses: Affordable. Staff at front desk were friendly and spoke English. Room was clean. Air conditioning! Shower had a door (some only have curtains). Parking lot is gated at night.

This is a cheap and cheerful hotel just off the motorway which has a comfy bed but tiny bathroom, fine for us as we weren't looking for luxury. Breakfast was continental but good. Great value for money. Front desk stays open to 10.30 pm, after that I think you'll need an access code

This is a value hotel but great if all you're looking for is a cheap pit stop just off the motorway. We found it comfortable and quiet, our room had air conditioning, and a tiny but functional bathroom with toilet and shower. We also had the breakfast which is a good deal for a few euros with great coffee and orange juice. We've been here before because of it's location, and we are always impressed with the very smiling reception staff, which is another reason we come back - a rarity in France!

I would have rated it 4 stars, because it is a decent hotel, but when I returned late one night, the front gate was closed and the card reader didn't work outside. Seems like a simple enough issue to fix. So I had to wait 30 minutes outside until another guest arrived. And then the card reader for the front door didn't work. Other than that, the location is terrible if you are trying to visit Lyon. 30 minute bus ride, lots of hassle. The room itself is ok except for the bathroom which is tiny. So tiny it's hard to shower in.

We arrived then the room given was unkept laundry lying every where on floor cigarettes stompies by the door we asked for non smoking room we moved to another it was same thing all most 3 rooms were unkempt the fourth one we had no choice but to take it I will not stay in that hotel again Thursday night a lovely receptionist was a great help to us you need to improve the level of domestic stuff

Hotel is in a good and quiet area and great location to stop over when travelling North to South. This is the second time I have stayed in one of the hotels in this chain and it was a great experience; friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, not too far from amenities, safe and free parking.

Considering how expensive is to find a decent lodge in Lyon nowadays, the hotel is value for money. It is quite far away the center of the city (around 45 minutes using public transportation), the room was really small and had no toiletries, hair dryer, balcony and the building had no elevator, but it was absolutely clean, warm and they clean the room and change the towels every single day!

Pour moi, c’était la première expérience dans votre établissement. Nous étions en couple avec mon épouse et nos deux petits chiens.
Le coût supplémentaire pour le deuxième chien n’est pas un problème financier en soi. Cependant, dans tous les hôtels que j’ai fréquentés, seuls les frais pour un chien étaient généralement appliqués, même lorsqu’il y en avait deux.
Je peux comprendre que des frais supplémentaires puissent être demandés pour un nettoyage éventuel. Mais il aurait fallu que la chambre soit propre et exempte de poussière : mes chiens, qui ont l’habitude de se glisser sous le lit, en sont ressortis couverts de poussière et de poils. Pour moi, la chambre n’était donc pas très propre.
De même, la partie sanitaire laissait à désirer : il y avait des traces sur la lunette des toilettes qu’il a fallu nettoyer avant de pouvoir les utiliser.
Un autre point très négatif concerne le stationnement. Les places réservées aux personnes à mobilité réduite étaient souvent occupées par des véhicules non autorisés, ce qui m’a obligé à me garer loin de l’entrée principale. De plus, certaines camionnettes étaient garées n’importe où, en dehors des emplacements, créant une impression de désorganisation totale.
J’espère que mes observations pourront contribuer à une amélioration de vos services.

J'ai pour habitude de prendre juste un café le matin. Le matin du départ, nous avons payé 2.20 eur. pour un double expresso en machine. Rien n'était distribué. Nous avons demandé au réceptionniste qui nous a dit ne pas être responsable de la machine et qu'il fallait appeler les responsables de la machine.
