I think imma gonna come back to this hotel. My daughter and I spent a great weekend staying here. It was safe, clean, quite and it had just what we needed, but we are not picky at all. Love the fact that the room has a kettle and fridge, so i was able to get my coffee in every morning.

The room is more spacious than the average room in other hotels. There is some sea view. The hotel is within 5 minutes’ walk to our favourite places and eMart supermarket. Housekeeping must be improved though. On one day, the hair on the bathroom drain was not cleared, they never wash the cups and they never refill the coffee sachets and teabags. The freezer compartment did not work and kept collecting water in the fridge.

The area that the hotel is in was perfect. Easy access to the beach, shopping, and locations to dine all within walking distance. Also, the bus stop is right outside of the hotel, which was convenient. The beach was only a 3-minute walk.
However, the accommodations weren't nice. Our room was really filthy and smelled poorly. There were holes in the wall, that were poorly patched up and filled in. The walls were filthy; dirt, yellowed with age, dead bugs smeared on them, and there were pencil marks on the wall by the bed closest to the window. The bathroom also smelled like urine when we arrived and frequently throughout our stay; even after the nice cleaning staff cleaned it. In addition to this, the main lobby on the 3rd floor wasn't functioning while we were there. We waited for over 20 minutes to check out at the front/main lobby, just to realize we had to check out on the ground floor; where the parking was. There were no signs or indicators for anyone to know this. There were multiple people in the lobby waiting to check out not knowing where the employees were. Plus, the waiting area on the first floor was too small for more than two parties to move around in with their luggage comfortably.
Overall, the hotel is in a great location and has tons of potential. Maybe we just caught it at a bad time?? Overall it was way overpriced for how dirty our room was and poor communication with staffing.

部屋はきれいでした。テラス付きの部屋をとって部屋からの眺めは最高でした！ベットも5人家族で充分だったし、トイレ、お風呂場もきれいです。駐車場の人も優しくて、車の出し入れもスムーズ。コンビニもすぐ下にあるし、道を渡ればお店やレストランがたくさんある。ビーチからは徒歩五分ぐらいでした。また釜山にきたときはここに泊まりたいと思います。

The hotel was nice enough and the price was low for the location. It is walking distance to the beach and shopping in the area. However the walls were very thin so I could hear the very loud neighbors until 12am. However when I called the front desk and asked them to say something they were very courteous and took care of the problem quickly.

Surprisingly great hotel
Because of the other reviews, I expected bad service from the hotel staff. However, they were actually quite nice and accommodating. Initially, they made a mistake of giving us the wrong room so we asked to change the room and they gave us a really nice room. Later on, they even kept our luggages for us after check-out.
Another great thing about the hotel is the location. It's close to the beach, street market, and restaurants so it's easy to find a place to hang-out in Haeundae. The bus stop is also right in front of the hotel so it's easy to get around. A lot of buses which stop by actually lead to many tourist sites in Busan so it's not that difficult to travel.

The room was cleaning and the building was easy to find and in a good area really close to Haeundae Beach but the service was awful. I was staying with two other friends and they only gave us one room key and said they would have to charge us $10 for another. They were not friendly. Typical Korean fashion of treating foreigners as if they are less than Koreans. Also they required a copy of our passports and took no copies of the IDs of the locals checking in.

部屋はスーツケースを広げるのに十分な広さで快適でした。ルームクリーニングをしませんでしたが、毎日清潔なタオルと水2本をドアに置いてもらえました。バスルームが少し匂い、虫が死んでいたので、その点のクリーニングが気になりましたが、ヨーロッパの4つ星ホテルと同じクオリティと言えます。ビジネスホテルとしては快適でした！

스위트 룸이라고 하기에 너무 허접한 방입니다. 얼마나 오래된 쇼파인지는 모르겠지만, 흉물같은 쇼파에 앉기가 두려울 정도로 상태가 엉망입니다. 쇼파는 차라리 없는게 좋을 듯. 스위트룸 화장실도 너무 작고 기대 이하입니다. 그리고 더 심한 건 엘리베이터 입니다. 9층에서 중단되어, 17층까지 걸어 갔네요. 애들이 타서 더 기겁을 했고, 위험까지 한 이곳이 호텔이라니 믿기지 않네요.
