Staff were nice the few times we had to interact with anyone. Location is within walking distance to the main area of Seomyeon and is nearby to transit connections to other parts of Busan, including the airport and main station, which was very handy

Bed was firm and springing but pillows were very good.
Bathroom needs a refresh. Very old and yellowed. Could see many rust stains.
Bath towels were on the small side and felt like very cheap.
View of an office building next door. Kept the blinds drawn pretty much all the time.

Great value. Though not within the shopping district, it is only few minutes from metro Line 2 (exit 3). The room was very spacious and clean. Front desk receptionists can be more friendly but I really enjoyed my stay!

Room is above average near superior quality 8.0/10. Needs a pod coffee machine to elevate it.

The amenities and service was great in CBD district as well making the travel options virtually endless. Bus station right outside. Metro 1min walk.

Where this hotel is S tier is the gym and machines area. Have great machine selection and also a pendulum keg machine which is rare for hotel gyms.

Hammer strength machines and smith machine as well. Dumbbells only go to 30kgs

Free Parking for 1car as well

Will only stay here next trip to Busan.

Great room with walk in shower, bidet seat and long vanity bench. Shower is nice and hot with choice of shower heads. Shampoo etc nice quality. Good space in room with opening windows as well as air conditioner. Plenty of charging points. Long bench and plenty of space for bags. Breakfast very good with omelette station. Very close to subway station. Small super market very close. No restaurants very close but 15 minutes walk or quick uber ride away.

The hotel was easy to find by subway and my phone.It is a nice new hotel. Our room had a nice view from large windows. The room was a good size with a nice bathroom with lots of counter space for toiletries and a nice big bed.The buffet breakfast was quite good and varied. This is a business hotel that is not walkable to tourist attractions, but there are two subway line stations that take you to the attractions in twenty to thirty minutes so we made out ok. Restaurant area is about a twenty minute walk but with our phone we made out ok, and it’s so safe we were not concerned at night.

Large clean room on 34th floor. Comfortable bed. Great view. It’s in the Business financial district so hav to catch subway to wherever you want to see. Subway close. The mall in the BIFC was great with the choices of cafes and small restaurants on first floor which were well priced. Quiet room heard no one.

Hotel located at the Busan Finance quarter so not exactly in the tourist area, but with subway right at doorstep. Comfy and clean room, excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Only minus point is the internet connection is weak in room, good in lobby at reception.

Great room with mountain view. Room was clean and a good size. Location was a bit quiet but next to a metro station and central between both sides of Busan, so ideal for visiting everywhere. Also had a supermarket next to reception. The one downside was there was no bar and none close by. Nothing had been mentioned on their website/when checking in, but after a lot of diggng, found a note on Naver stating the bar was being refurbished for several months. Felt was disingenuous of them not to flag this when booking our stay

Great quality hotel beside the Busan International Finance Center (BIFC). Definitely an upper end hotel in this area and 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. We got the triple bed room which has one twin bed in one room and two twin beds in another connecting room. Good view from the 21st floor and room temperature can be adjusted. Bathroom is good sized and clean. Buffet breakfast is well worth it, $25 CAD for adult and $19 CAD for 13 year old. We bought the Visit Busan Pass online and was able to pick it up at this hotel without heading to another destination to pick up the pass, such convenient and time saving for us. Strongly recommend this hotel for first time visitors to Busan.

This was the worst hotel service I’ve ever experienced. The standard checkout time is 11 AM, and I asked for just a one-hour extension on a Sunday—which isn’t even a peak day. Still, they insisted on charging extra, even for just 30 minutes. I would understand if I had requested a significantly longer extension or if it were a busy time, but their inflexibility was completely unreasonable.

People were all friendly and very accommodating! Cleaning ladies made the bed everyday, and they were also friendly. Bed and The comforters were comfortable. The sky lounge view was stunning, and the gym was super. The location requires some walk to Seomyon area, which we don't mind.

This hotel is 5 minutes by foot from BIFC/Busan Bank station which makes it very convenient to explore Busan. It is also walking distance from Jeonpo Cafe Street and Lotte Mart Department Store. The rooms are clean, quiet and with ample amenities.

Great hotel, staff speak excellent English. Room was a decent size and very clean.

Nitpicky: Would be nice if the TV had chromecast capabilities like so many other hotels have these days. I don't want to watch BBC or CNN!

Also, it's a train and a 10 min walk from Busan station which I knew when I booked it. If you have a lot of luggage, spring for a taxi.

There's a convenience store adjacent to the hotel.

The nearest train station is on the line that will get you directly to the beach area. But to be honest, I found it easier to walk to the places I wanted to get to by the time you go up and down into the metro etc etc.

But would recommend this hotel.

Hotel promptly corrected error by front desk clerk

this was a nice hotel. there was a mix up as i had to combine 2 separate reservations into one for a total of 3 nights. we paid extra for this which was fine as it was for a more expensive room. But the front desk person did not enter the change into their system so the hotel was then expecting us to vacate first room and move a new room. this was the error of the front desk clerk. i was clear that this was their error. They ultimately fixed the issue and did not charge for the extra fee for a nicer room for the inconvenience. So the hotel did the right thing and all was fine. just an error by a single clerk

The hotel says on their website that the rooms are ‘air conditoned’ yet when I tried to turn this on during the evening, it failed to work. When I spoke to the reception, they said that their air conditioning doesn’t turn on during the evening. What is the point of a 4 star hotel when air conditioning doesn’t work? I was on the 32nd floor where heat rises, it was like a furnace in my room, I couldn’t sleep properly. You’re better off going to a different hotel where they actually adhere to what facilities they state on their website.

It was a really nice property. The bed was comfortable, hotel room was clean and I’d recommend staying here. The room was quiet and the general area around the hotel. The room had Type C-F sockets and USB sockets however, about 4 of them didn’t seem to work, tested a few devices / cable on them too. The bins don’t have plastic bags in them so it was a little hard to put rubbish (teabags) in them so tried to fold with tissue to minimise mess. There was green tea in the room but no spoon or anything like that to stir the cups. These are only really small things, honestly, I’d book here again in a heartbeat. Staff are really friendly and their English is amazing.

This hotel was lovely! Our mountainview room was so comfortable and the view was gorgeous. The hotel is extremely clean and well-updated. The bed was very comfortable, air conditioning worked fine, and the size of the room was better than expected. Because everything was closed due to the holiday, we ate all meals in the Cube (breakfast buffet) and the Sky Restaurant, which were both very nice. Would have liked and automatic dining discount since we were staying in the hotel, though.

As soon as you reach the room floors you notice the smell of old, dirty carpet. Our bathroom tiles had mildew and the shower door is cut close to the floor which did not allow for a bath mat. The bath towels are more rags than towels. This hotel should not be rated 4 stars

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The gym was airy, spacious, and well-equipped. Last, but not least, the breakfast buffet was delicious.

At its basics, the beds were spacious and comfortable with high-quality linens and pillows. The rooms were well-soundproofed with blackout curtains so we were able to get a good night’s rest.

There were also lots of details that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The shower had both a regular and rainfall shower head. The bathroom was equipped with a fancy bidet that keeps the seat warm and washes your butt lol. The breakfast buffet had cute cat-themed dish robots that efficiently cleared dishes away for you.

The hotel is also conveniently located, with easy access to two metro lines.

In summary, I’m really glad I picked this hotel to stay in for my trip to Busan. Everything was wonderful. I would gladly stay here again.
