Room was very clean. Solid location that was central Busan. Very nice room layout.

Downsides were that front desk didn’t provide coupons for coffee shop at check-in and had to go ask. Soaker tub jets did not work.

I would recommend staying here overall! Great room, great price

My 1st time in Busan & glad that I booked this hotel. It is very convenient with many eateries, GS25 convenience shops nearby. It is very close to Lotte Mall too. The breakfast selection isn’t great and I’m glad that we didn’t booked the room with breakfast. I would definitely book this hotel again if I’m going to Busan.

We stayed in a spacious, clean, well kept room. We loved how much space we had to spread our belongings. We also appreciated having a bathtub in the bathroom. Just know that there is no door to the bathroom, but there is a door to the toilet stall.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Within a walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping, but it's quiet enough at night.

Room had unpleasant odour, the toilet area in particular smelt unclean. The photos are misleading, room overall felt run down and unclean. The air conditioning is managed via centralised control and fixed at heating, Busan has been very warm so I got little sleep with no cooling. The rooms are not sound proof - I could hear people in neighbouring rooms watching movies, showering, coming and going. This is a particular problem seeing as I was on level 6, and on level 5 is a bowling club open til 4am…

Overall really unpleasant and I couldn’t wait to check out.

Pros: location is in Seomyeon no lack of food choices all around the hotel. There’s cafe and convenience store right at level 1. Clean and spacious, TV is smart and comes with Netflix, Youtube, Disney Plus app etc.

Cons: centralized aircon system = need to open window for ventilation. However the design of windows in bathroom means it is very cold when you head to showers. Also, there’s a lot of nightlife activities way into the early morning 3-4am so opening window also means you need to be prepared for the noise coming from the street. I suppose if you stay at this hotel in the summer where AC is self-controlled it will be a 5-star stay.

The room is spacious, and the bathroom is also very large with a separate shower and toilet area, plus a bathtub. The double bed is very comfortable, and the pillows are just the right balance of soft and firm, allowing us to have a very good night’s sleep. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the subway and an underground shopping mall. Overall, we had a wonderful 4D3N stay at this hotel.

Lovely, large and clean room in a convenient location (with luggage = taxi is great or use the elevator at Exit 7 of the subway station). Self laundry available (₩4000) with detergent (₩500) and a change machine!

TAKE NOTE FOR FRIEND TRAVEL GROUPS: there may not be a door on your bathroom and the toilet/shower area has only partially frosted glass! You can make do with the robe on a hanger and towels LOL.

This hotel was in a central area of Busan. There were lots of places to walk to for food and shopping. I was surprised that they cleaned our room daily as most hotels since Covid do not clean the rooms daily anymore. The rooms were spacious and clean. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

1. 8mins walk fm Seomyeon stn (metro line 1 & 2). Surrounded by many restaurants & convenient stores. Lotte Dept Store, Seomyeon underground shopping st. & food st. are also nearby.
2. The building shared btw few tenants and Arban Hotel occupied few levels. No dedicated lift for hotel guest, but u need hotel room card to access to yr floor. Didn't notice if there is a CCTV/cam inside/near the lift and so for solo traveller, please be careful. Reception is at 13th floor.
3. We arrived Arban Hotel at around 11am and a bit disappointed that we were not able to check in early hence we left our luggage at the reception area.
4. We checked in on Wednesday for 2 rooms & 3 nights stay, my rooms were at 6th floor, were able to sleep well on our 1st night. When come to 2nd night, we started to hear noise when we entered into our room, as the noise level were within our acceptance level hence we had ignored it. When come to 3rd night (Friday), the noise became obvious and we finally realized that there was a bowling center on the 5th floor (below our floor), and the ball rolling & striking sound last till midnight, we didn't ask for a change since we will be checking out the next day. My intention of writing this is to alert anyone who intend to stay in Arban Hotel to avoid 6th floor, if possible.
5. Room & toilet were spacious.
6. Laundry room @ 6th floor with 2 washers & 2 dryers. Washer @ ₩4000 for 36mins and dryer @ ₩4000 for 50mins. U can buy laundry detergent fm kiosk m/c.

We booked a junior suite and it was lovely - large comfortable beds, great views and a great big bathtub. Although the hotel is located in a busy, vibrant area, we were on 10th floor so it was very quiet. Easily walkable from Seomyeon station and endless places to eat, drink and shop. We used this as a base to explore Busan, using the metro and buses to travel north and south

Arban Hotel is conveniently located in Seomyeon. It is easy to access all kinds of stores, restaurants, and cafes from the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered was an added perk. I would stay here again.

Room was very clean and hotel is conveniently loxated to all transportation. Only issue was AC, it would not hold the temp or let it fluctuate way too much and comfort was not the greatest. I could hwar some noise coming from other rooms late at night but it was not so bad and didnt last that long.

They actually checked us into a room that was not cleaned and occupied at first! Very frustrating until they gave us the next room. Overall, the room was way bigger than expected and quite comfortable. Will consider staying again in the future.

Arban Hotel is a good hotel for its price point with a central location that has plenty of food options nearby. The room was spacious for 2 people, had a clean bathroom and comfortable beds. We stayed on level 10 and had no issues with noise at night time.

The property did not meet our expectations. It was located in a very busy area, surrounded by late-night restaurants, bars, and karaoke spots, which made it quite noisy, especially at night. We also felt a bit uneasy at times, as there were often drunken individuals, mostly older adults and loud younger crowed frequenting the area. The entrance to the hotel was filled with various business card and people were standing nearby, for business which added to the discomfort. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this property based on our experience. 😥

Close to Busan station, and lots of dining/cafe options. This area is known to be more nightclub-y, so be prepared for lots of young people during the evenings. There's a coffee shop on the first floor, and a Thai massage place on the second floor (you get discounts as a hotel guest for both).

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We even asked them where to buy a suitcase and they recommended Samsonite brand and told us where it's located in Lotte dept store. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a good stay at Hotel Arban. Easy to locate, short walk to Seomyeon metro and many buses. Walkable area with lots of street food and restaurants.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, temperature nicely adjustable to set lower (not always possible in hotels in winter!).

Minor problem with foul smell coming from drains in bathroom but running water for a few minutes and bathroom fan helped to clear.
Also breakfast was very basic and a bit disappointing. Stayed 3 nights, only had breakfast once. Ignored other 2 days and went out to find good coffee and food.

Still, good value for money to stay here.

Good location and nice staff (reception and housekeeping). The room was big, tidy and the bed was comfortable. No bathroom amenities were provided, except soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (no cups, shower cap, etc). Stayed here in 2022 and back then they were offering more than just the basics even though it was during Covid period.
The room gets very hot and there is no option to cool the room (air con only works on heat during winter). You do have the option to ask reception staff to turn off the heating for your room, which helped.
We didn't try the breakfast, as there are plenty of options around the hotel.
Overall, a good stay and will definitely stay again in the near future.

Nice room, but loud noises until 2am

We paid extra for the modern, renovated rooms on the 6th floor. However, in addition to the modern rooms, we also got endless loud noises until 2am. Turns out that there is a bowling alley right under on the 5th floor and they're open until 2am every night, even weekdays. Good luck if you're trying to get some decent sleep.

Stayed in the modern room and it was really nice and clean. Air conditioner in the room didn't seem to work when we stayed - it got really hot at night. Room was very small and had a weird glass bathroom where a blind only covered one side and the other side faced a huge mirror that reflected right to the bed (which was the only place in the room to go since it was so small.) Hotels in korea had the glass bathrooms a lot but all except this one had a way to fully block the view, seeing your partner on the toilet isn’t for everyone.

Downside was only Korean explanations of facilities, the roof garden was not open (despite great weather!), and at checkout we waited for almost ten minutes but no member of staff came, so ended up writing a note & dropping it over the front desk with the keys.

Awesome location, great new room! Excellent bathroom and laundry facility in level 6 is handy. One big issue though is request that your room is NOT on the 6th floor as the noise from the bowling alley directly beneath is very loud and goes very late into the evening (midnight in our case).

Quiet rooms in a night life location

The room and bathrooms were very clean, just not newly remodeled. There is on site self service laundry available. Also breakfast and buffet lunch for a reasonable price. The front desk was helpful and let us check in early, since our room was already ready and then held our luggage for us for a few hours after we checked out. Rooms are very quiet and private even though the hotel is in the middle of an area with active night life.

Great place to stay. Note the Exit 7 from train is good to go to the hotel if you are using the stairs. With luggages, use the elevator/lift from exit 5 (side) from train station. Great food around the hotel. Another point to note is the entrance to bath and toilet has no door, only a glass door to each bath and toilet. :)
The hotel staff is extremely helpful too!

The hotel is in a nice location and the staff were really accommodating and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit run down and not as clean as we were comfortable with. Our room had wallpaper lifting and the baseboards were warped and coming off the wall. Also, the walls were pretty thin-we could hear the TV next to us on all night and footsteps were very loud.

Fantastic hotel, probably the best hotel to get in Seomyeon area. Smack in the middle of the alleyway of nightlife, food, and everything walkable. It is also quite luxurious and we were super happy with our stay here. It is absolutely the best location.
