Hotel is short walk from metro and Lotte department store. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pre-arrival information by WhatsApp was comprehensive and mostly useful.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped with large bathroom, decent fridge, small kitchen (as well as common use kitchen), small wardrobe,comfortable large bed and pillows and good wifi. Rooms are quiet with double double glazed windows.

Kitchen in room had limited utensils and no dish cloths/tea towel, but was adequate as I did no more than boil eggs. Room is serviced daily, on request.

Check-in is at 4pm and they will not check you in earlier unless you pay 10000W for every 90mins. They will however store you luggage for free.

Seomyeon are is very central and makes it easier to get to the main tourist sites (which are quite spread out). However, it is just city streets and there are limited nice places for a stroll nearby (Busan Citizens Park being only real option and that is about a 25 min walk).

Good Hotel close to Metro Line

Hotel situated in a great area of Busan, very close to Seomyeon station so able to get around easily. Room itself was okay, did the job. Amenities were great, laundry on site and nice kitchen area. Would recommend!

They were very thorough. We felt so welcomed. We were sent directions/map on how to get to the hotel once we booked our room. It was very helpful. We also tried some of the nearby restaurants recommended by the hotel and the food was delicious. There is also a washing machine/dryer on the second floor. Overall, we had a great time. I would stay at this hotel again.

Staff are friendly and provided a lot of useful information for the area as well as details for equipment in the room.

Hotel is traditional style which I enjoyed, but may not be for everyone.

Room had underfloor heating as well as air conditioning which quickly warmed up the room (outside was 4 degrees Celsius).

Bathroom was functional with shower over a step in bath and electrical bidet toilet.

There's a communal dining room, with laundry facilities, microwaves, as well as hot and cold drink water dispenser, which is great

We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk use Whatsapp to send you tons of information to help with your stay. Really close to stores and restaurants also buses if you want to explore. Highly recommend this Hotel was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Washing machine and dryer is also available which was very nice.

We stayed in the studio room as we wished to cook and wash clothes during our stay. Clothes racks and chopping boards were available from the kitchen/laundry area and so we were efficiently able to cook and wash during our stay. Bed was comfortable and very large and clean towels were easily requested. Large TV with Netflix which was great. The owner of the hotel is a gem, very helpful and good English. We had post coming to us at the hotel and he advised us each day whether it had arrived or not and let us know as soon as it had been delivered. My only complaint would be how dark the rooms are. Some additional light fittings or lamps would go a long way, very little natural light gets in to the rooms.

Value for money hotel with helpful staff

Hotel is convenient. Near Seomyeon station exit 7. They provide breakfast. Hotel staff are very helpful. They provide detail guides on the place of interest. With their help, we travel to Gyeongju and many other area.

I booked a triple sharing. They even provide laptop in each room for our usage.

The owners were so kind and friendly. They went the extra distance to give me maps of nearby vegetarian places to eat. The hotel room was a good size with the necessary amenities. It is located near the subway and with lots of eateries and street food around, I didn't feel unsafe walking around at night. The stay definitely made Busan my favourite place to visit.

A great no-frills hotel

The staff were friendly, spoke English and really made me feel welcome. I also liked the location cuz it's close to transportation and shopping. Room was huge, amenities good. Of small concern, the room could've been dusted before my arrival and I didn't care for the \"no tissue in the toilet\" rule. But overall it's a great no-frills hotel and I gladly recommend it when staying in Busan.

It's located in the heart of Seomyun district in Busan. 7-10 min walk from the subway and lots of shopping and dining options around. The staff provided its own edition of lonely planet shopping and eating part, I tried 2 of them and I gave two thumbs up.

Their breakfast is plain Korean meal you may or may not like but they also have basic toasts.

If you're in Busan with tight budget, this is the place

Front desk staff at this hotel were brilliant - nothing as too much trouble, they provide tons of useful information to get to the places we wanted to explore in Busan (invaluable for trains, buses, locations etc) and on places to eat locally. They even helpfully provided place names in Korean for me to help with taxi drivers ! Room was clean and OK, we didn't really make use of the breakfast, but overall good value for money and the fantatic welcome makes it a place worth recommending.

Standard hotel at great value with superb service

Service in the hotel is fantastic. Mr An is enthusiastic about where to go, to eat & to shop. He provides coloured map and directions. Superb. Even booking a taxi to train station, they help me with my luggage and precise directions for my navigation within Busan main train station. Made it so easy for me.

Location of the hotel is so convenient. You are staying in one of the better areas. Easy access to all types of cuisine, shopping marts, markets and cafes.

Our hotel room (VIP) layout difficult to understand. The bathtub was in the middle of the room with double bed end pushed against a wall. We didnt like the room. We asked Mr An to change asking for 2 separate beds (family room). He showed us room 1501. It was perfect. Cost more since its meant for triple sharing. The rooms are decent, clean & comfortable. Dont expect frills as its 3 star hotel. Cups given were disposable paper cups but I asked for glass cups and we got it immediately. Comfortable stay. I wont disagree. Good standard hotel at a great value.

It’s very closed to lotte department store and subway but I wish the hotel condition could be better. Shower curtain was all ripped and dirty and used hair brushes made me felt little uncomfortable and elevator was very dark and old and kinda dirty. Bed was clean and I was happy that they gave me slipping gowns but I would not stay again here sorry.

The hotel room is spacious, the breakfast coffee is good and this hotel served traditional Korean breakfast.

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful by providing us with a lot of information on how to travel around Busan and places to visit. He provided us with comprehensive guide and requested us to add him on Line so that we can have the right information. Even when we are outside of hotel, I texted him about places and he replied. The children are also rewarded with jelly everyday.

There’s street food and restaurants around the hotel precinct. Shopping district is also nearby.

Generally this hotel is good and worth the money.

Owner was there to check us in. Gave us directions and recommendations for food, weather, places of interest and everything that you need to know around Seomyeon. All in English. Hotel also provide ordering service for fried chicken to be delivered directly to your room. Talk about great service! Breakfast is mostly local dishes and we enjoyed it. All this made our stay in Busan a great one.

Owner of this boutique hotel is very informative. He provides recommendations on food, attractions in Busan and Gyeongju ( for the UNESCO sites) by metro/rail or taxi with estimated cost. Hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast is simple but decent. Free laundry. Dryer at a nominal fee. Enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed the 6-day stay very much. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious with different menu everyday. The hotel is located near exit 7 of the metro. Convenient! There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff offered great help to us. He gave us maps and suggested public transport route for us everyday. Nice host, convenient and cozy experience

This is my second time staying in Queens Hotel. Definitely a pleasant stay with good owner, home style breakfast and super convenient location with all kinds of restaurants nearby. Nearest subway station - Seomyeon is just few minutes walk away from the hotel and convenient stores (at least 3, GS25, CU and 7-11) are just few steps away.

Room is cozy and big. We got ourself a 3 pax room with one queen bed and one single bed. Imagining three 24\" luggages wide opened on the floor and we still have space to walk inside the room. Good quality TV and there are over 300 channels available for viewing.

The only downside is that as the hotel is located at the roadside, so it may be noisy during the night. Closing the window could be noise-proof but as I went there during autumn and air cond is not operating during that period of time, closing the window might not be a good choice.

I will definitely choose Queens Hotel if I visit Busan again in the future.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Queens Hotel. The hotel manager was friendly, informative, and provided us with maps and lots of information in English about the local area. The hotel is in a great, central location walking distance to the subway system, lots of restaurants, and the Lotte Department Store. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed (for two), air conditioning, large television, small refrigerator, and a large shower (with complimentary bath amenities). It was cleaned daily. And the manager was kind when I asked for extra towels. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was good--both traditional Korean food and your standard toast, fruit, coffee, and cereal. My mother commented that it was the best complimentary breakfast when it comes to Korean food (we stayed for three nights). Would highly recommend Queens Hotel for the price and location!

Nice cozy hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of dining options around and very close to Lotte Duty Free. Train station (Seomyeon) is about maybe 10 - 15 minutes walk depending on your walking speed. Very safe and most places heading to the hotel is well lighted up. Hotel staff can help organise a shuttle van (eg Jumbo for approx KRW35,000) or taxi (for approx KRW19,000) to the airport if you want hassle free. In my opinion, try to book your own as you'll probably find out it's much more cheaper that way. There are street food vendors on the road just outside the Lotte shopping centre closest to the road intersection the hotel is on. Hotel serves Korean type breakfast if you opt for the breakfast option. There is cereal and bread too, so your options is not limited. Would be nice if they provided a bit more hangers rather than just only 2. There's housekeeping everyday but there wasn't any of those \"Please don't disturb\" cards but not an issue. The main room door still uses old fashion turn key locks instead of modernised key cards which I found amusing for that hotel though since everything else seemed newer. So remember to lock your door with your keys when going out, else the door will always be unlocked. There's a knob inside the room to lock the door.

Really Central Location

I had the suite and it was a large room, with a washer, drying rack, lots of space for you to both dry your clothes and open two suitcases on the floor.

They serve homecooked Korean style breakfast every morning, with cereal and bread as an option too. Really gives you the feeling of a mother's cooking. You could have the option for them to order fried chicken delivered to your room too if you're opting for a night in.

The hotel is situated in the middle of Seomyeon and you're a 10 minute walk from the subway station's multiple exits. You're surrouned by restaurants and shops as well. 5 minute walk from the underground shopping. It's really great to be able to just go out and have food without needing to go too far.

The hotel staff is really great in terms of helping you, full color prints of maps, where to eat,how to get there is given to you upon check in. If you're worried if you've bought too much, they even got a scale for you to weigh your bags prior to you leaving.

Check in was easy and everyone is helpful. Free breakfast is nice and our room was clean. On our last day the man at the front desk helped us with the cab as well. Our only issue was the hard beds. We stayed 3 nights and I'm in pain from my neck down my back.

Pleasant stay at a convenient location

Located in a convenient location, with easy access to subway, busses, and local attractions.
Plenty of food choices around the area.

The place was clean and beds comfortable, however it seemed like the previous occupants in our room was smoking (even though it is a no smoking property) which left the room smelling of cigarette smoke. Nothing was done even after our complaint.
Could potentially create more space had the old computers been removed, which doesn't seem to serve much purpose in the room.
Overall stay was pleasant.

Enjoyed the daily Korean style breakfast provided, consisting of various banchan, 3 dishes, congee, rice, soup, and fruits. There's also a toast station for some bread and coffee.

The spacious bathroom in our 3 person room had a bathtub for shower, which was a little difficult getting in and out of for my older aunt. Without a shower curtain nor any partition, the toilet tends to be wet after shower.

Hospitality was great and filled with enthusiasm, from the moment of booking till checkout. Detailed directions to the hotel was provided, and upon check-in, itinerary and food suggestions were shared. Reception also helped to book us a taxi to the airport on our departure.
Appreciate that house keeping provided us with a clothes rack after seeing that we had no space to hang our coats.

Really a wonderful and worthy stay at Queens Hotel! I spent four days there. The traditional breakfast was nice and tasty. The triple room was spacious, cozy and clean. The staff there are really nice and easy to communicate in English! Detail information about the location of hotel was provided by email well before the commencement of the trip. Maps of nearby landmark and nice traditional restaurants are provided when arrived the hotel! I will definitely stay there again on next trip to Busan.

Pleasant stay in Queens Hotel

Overall, my family enjoyed our stay in Queens Hotel (Sun 6/8-Tues 8/8). The hotel owner was friendly & helpful & gave us good advice on where to eat & how best to see as many places as possible within the short time that we were in Busan. The hotel was centrally located & within walking distance to Seomyeon station.

Fair distance to the metro by 10 mins walk, famous restaurants around.
The hotel owner is really informative which he has prepared colored maps and guilds to us to travel Busan.
The only thing I feel uncomfortable is I found some dirt and hair in the bed sheet in the last night which indicated that the bed sheet had not been changed before and over the days we stayed (we stayed for 3 nights).

A Pleasant Stay

Hotel is 5 minutes walking distance to Seomyeon subway station. Its clean, comfortable and facilities provided worked. The room was a good size with space to put luggages. The bathroom was big. The Manager spoke excellent English and communicated via email providing clear directions on how to get from Airport, Train Station and Limousine Bus Stop to the hotel. Staff were helpful with enquiries, places to eat, ordering of food and booking of taxi. Breakfast was a combination of Korean and Continental. Food was sufficient. No regrets in staying here.

Highly recommended.

The hotel was cozy and the staff friendly. Their attention to details left us very impressed and appreciative. For example,
1) Contact with the hotel started weeks even before we fly. The manager sent a greeting to my phone and follow up with an email on the directions.
2) Even though it was a short distance from the train station, I had with me my aged mother and a 6-year old niece. I was managing three luggages on my own. The manager personally came out to the street pick us up and help me with the luggages
3) provision of hair spray and hair gel which are usually not provided in mainstream hotels.
4) provide clear directions and pictures how to navigate to the various places of interest. On my last day in Busan, I even managed to squeeze in a visit to TaeJongDae even my tight schedule. Special thanks to the staff to for helping me checking the taxi fare, distance and time taken to travel back and fro to the place and still make it in time to have a leisurely lunch and catch my train at 3pm.
5) provide clear directions to highly rated restaurants and dining options. During our stay there, we enjoyed all our meals everyday.
6) Provided advisory on peak hour traffic and assist to book the train tickets online and select the cabin nearest to the elevator so that we can avoid lugging the heavy luggages along the entire train platform.

Overall service is imaculate and I would highly recommend the hotel. Thanks for making our stay an enjoyable one.

The hotel seems to be family-run. The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful with our requests. Traditional Korean style breakfast was served every morning and it was delicious. The room was pretty spacious and so was the toilet. Only bad point is that the cleaning of the room was not very well done, as there was still dirt on the floor. Room heating was very strong, suitable for cold weather.

Lovely staff - and Korean flavour

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Queen's hotel - the staff couldn't have been kinder to our daughter, who cheerfully scrounged sweeties off them every time we walked through reception. We were also grateful for their excellent maps of restaurants in the local area (and instructions how to get to the hotel sent to us in advance). The room was plenty big enough, with comfy beds and all kinds of extras - and the bathroom featured a waterfall shower and delightfully complicated Japanese-style 'superloo'. Breakfast was delicious (if a little cramped in the dining space), and we really enjoyed the Korean specialities rather than the more bland, simple European breakfasts we had elsewhere.

Nice and friendly service.

Owner of the Queen hotel is very kind and helpful.
He helped us to book our train ticket from Busan to Seoul, thanks mr. Son. The twin room was nice with two double beds. Breakfast also good.

Nice hotel nearby metro

Great stay with amazing host!

Simply great in every aspect! Owner is wonderful & helpful people. Breakfast was provided with great hospitality. Room conditions are pretty new. Location to food, transport & shopping are awesome. Overall is an unbeatable package offered @ Queens Hotel. Oh! Do expect Mr. Son, the owner to give you a friendly courtesy overseas call once you have purchased the room & before your departure to Busan (if departure date is provided). Thanks again, Mr. Son! Comfortable room

Location is good. It is in the centre of the Busan. It takes approximately 10 minutes by walk from the metro station. It is ok to walk at night, and safe.
The room is clean. Good wifi, and superb blanket and king size bed. The mattress is a big hard to sleep. There is no bath tub, but with rain shower. There is a simple kitchen that you can cook. There is also cloth washing machine which is very useful if you are going to stay for a long period for your travel.
There are also lots of restaurant around, no headache for the food. Breakfast is served with Korean style food, kimchi, congee, rice, miso soup, and korean dishes. Coffee is very light, and you should go out for a real coffee.
