Excellent location! Decent hotel for the price.. you get what you pay for.

The room was good sized, but the property is 2 star at best. Lobby had a somewhat foul smell, and the room wasn't clean (our countertops had some sticky stuff on them....). Bedding was pale yellow rather than white due to overuse. Also the bathroom door did not really close.

Overall I would recommend mostly for the location. Good for travellers on a tight budget.

Nice place to stay for a few days. A few minor complaints but not a reason to stay away from the place. Bed was quite firm, but i understand some people like that. There were a few spots where the desk was moved and hit into the wall causing the paint to chip away.

Everything is wonderful. Beds were big and spacious, the toilets was huge too. There is a shared washing machine and dryer for guests to use. The only drawback was that the toilet door had no lock. However, the location was perfect with lots of food just outside the hotel. The train station is also within walking distance.

Close to subway and many great places to eat

Close to subway and many places to eat. Side streets look a little run down and lots of rubbish over the weekend but fabulous street food, great Korean BBQ especially the unusual Baa Lamb and A good Japanese.
Not much of a view but quiet and comfy with free water, kettle and good Wi-Fi. Reception helped us to use the free self- service washing machine and dryer which was a welcome bonus.

Lovely hotel in a great location but two issues

This is a really nice hotel in a very central neighborhood. It's a short walk to the Seomyeon Station so you can easily connect to other stations. It's also very close to Lotte Department store which a big landmark area.

Our room was huge and very clean. The room was as pictured except for the overhead lights. The lighting was yellower and softer.

Staff was very responsive via hotels.com chat and by phone.

Getting to the hotel

We took the train from the airport to the hotel. It took two trains but it was very straightforward.

Lots of restaurants in the area and street food stalls at night.

Also, free self-serve laundry in hotel while I was there. And several 24/7 laundromats close-by.

Two weird issues

1. They only give one large towel and a few hand towels in the room. We asked the front desk for more towels twice and they gave them to us without any issues.

2. I needed to check-in early due to an unplanned meeting that was put on my calendar and they gave me a really hard time about it. I was sending them messages via Hotels.com and they kept saying they didn't offer any early check-in, even when I offered to pay to check in early.

But then when I called, the person on the phone said early check-in was possible for a fee. And when I arrived at 10am the person at the desk didn't blink at all and just charged me the extra fee.

It was just weird that they wasted my time for two days telling me no early check-in was possible but then it clearly wasn't an issue.

Good basic hotel.

This hotel has all the basic amenities you need for a good night's sleep. It was located in a quiet area but still close enough to the busy Seomyeon area with the shopping malls and underground malls. It was also next to Lotte Department store.

There were also many pop up tent stalls selling hot food which was very convenient.

Overall is good. The surprise is hair straightener

what really surprises me was the mini hair straightener! And the hair dryer was a big one, it really helps who has a long hair! The hotel location, the bed, the bathroom, the services were good. I will stay here again when I come to Busan next time.

Very large room with a ton of added toiletries to try out. The front desk staff was helpful with directions and calling taxis to get around with all of my luggage. The location is very close to the subway station which is nice. If you don’t have a ton of time and you plan on doing a city tour hop on/off bus, I’d stay closer to Busan Station just because that’s where they leave from, but if you are just using public transport this location is nice.

From the moment we checked in, the owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She provided knowledgeable itinerary plans and places to eat based on our length of stay. It was raining steadily when we arrived so she let us use her umbrellas and loaned me a light rain jacket. She also walked us to a local handmade noodle house for lunch and a traditional menu restaurant (15 minute walk) for dinner... In the rain. She also walked us to the bus stop to show us which bus we needed to take for bulguksan and how to navigate the bus system. We've stay at the Ritz Carlton and other high end hotels and condos and no one has ever done even one of these things for us! The location is absolutely ideal and our family is loving the traditional hanok style bedroom we're staying in. Another thing-communication via email with this host was always prompt and clear. We are so happy with our choice to stay at dorandoran guest house!

Clean hotel with good rates

The hotel was in a good location to go places, reasonably close to the subway station and there are plenty of buses nearby. It's in the area where you can always find food, drinks, convenient stores, and shopping 24/7. The hotel was in an alley with other hotels and we always feel safe despite coming back late at night. There are two sinks inside and outside the bathroom. They provided sleeping ropes (changed daily) and slippers for the room and the bathroom. They also have a flat iron for your hair!!! Will definitely stay again as the rates are excellent too! They called us a cab to go to the station after we checked out!

Good, no-frill hotel

Hotel is about 5mins walk from the station, surrounded by many eateries and shops. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable, especially th family suite. Drawback is the reception is very small and the staff not very conversant in English though we could tell they tried hard to help us.

清潔で、広さも十分。バスタブも大きく、ジャグジーも付いていました。シャワーの上部から水が漏れて出て来てたのがちょっと残念でしたが。
2泊目の朝食時に出た瞬間、ベッドメイキング、タオル交換、掃除をされちゃっていたのがびっくりでした。まだ来ないと思ってスーツケースも開けっぱなしだったのに。

Good Value but bright even during night

Clean except an old face mask attached on the duvet cover.
Big bed thats comfortable and good rain shower with good option to adjust the temperature which i really appreciate as a person that likes to shower in lukewarm water. Only complaint i have is when sleeping i like my room pitch black and the spotlights seemed to have some light in them eventho i turned them off and the blue light from AC really brighted the room. So if you like darkness when sleeping this is not the hotel for you. Cause this feels like morning all night cause of the brightness even with all lights turned off.

But the reviews complaining of staff or cleanliness is not true anymore. Atleast not in this case. Could stay again but will bring eye mask. Hehe

駅や食事からのアクセスはとても良いし、スタッフの対応はとても良いと思います。

位在熱鬧的西面區，有諸多地鐵交匯，交通甚為便利，也有停車位供自駕者停放; 房間有地熱，非常舒適; 離旅館約20m就有間7-11。櫃檯一直有人員值守，令人安心。特別挑了有免治馬桶的房型，只是衛浴空間太過空曠，留給房間的空間相對就小了。缺點有: (1) USB Type-C的手機充電線線頭毀壞無法使用; (2) 沒有書桌，只有狹窄的梳妝桌(?); (3) 設備較老舊，大門外的打掃/勿擾按鈕無法按成功，一直都是\"勿擾\"。

Good budget hotel with very big rooms!

Hotel is in a great location, not too far from the metro and surrounded by so many restaurants, convenience stores etc. My room was huge and comfortable, although the decor is quite old and it could do with some love. But it was very quiet and clean and I really appreciated being able to check in early. The standard checkout time of 12pm is also very reasonable.

フロントの対応は、挨拶もこちらから言わないとないし、旅行者対応のホテルでは無いと思う。きっと韓国の方が利用するホテルですね。コインランドリーも暗くて綺麗とは言えない。結局使いませんでした。良いところは、バスタブが大きくてリラックスで来たことだけですね。
壁紙も所々傷の剥がれ、衣類を掛けるクローズもイマイチだったのが残念。

直前に予約したので料金は希望よりも高めでしたがGWだったので妥当な料金でした。モーテルタイプのホテルですが部屋も広めでバスタブもあるので快適に過ごせました。繁華街ですが騒音もなくランドリーが無料でとても助かりました。あいにくの雨でしたが傘も貸して頂けたり空港までのタクシーもすぐに手配してもらえてありがたいです。日本語を話せる方もいらっしゃるので助かりました。周辺には美味しい有名な店が沢山あり夜遅くまであいているので食にも困らずコンビニが隣で便利でした。地下鉄までは少し歩きますが大変便利な立地でした。

The room is good, but they have restrictions on their parking lot. One night my friends drove me to the hotel (I do have a car there), and I would like to park for a few hours because we were going to have dinner. Their staff said that we can not park there if the car does not belong to me, which makes no sense.

飯店地理位置適中，離地地鐵約莫7-8分鐘，附近有5、7兩個出口都有電梯，附近有有名的豬肉湯飯店跟味贊王燒烤店，飯店內櫃檯很小，一樓有簡易空間可坐下休息一下還有電腦可用，房間整潔度佳、舒適乾淨床墊好睡浴室水壓強力，空間夠大又有桌椅，房內有一個洗手台非常方便，冷氣也夠冷，燈光也夠亮，該有的水、毛、浴巾、盥洗用品等等的都有，還附電熱棒、髮型噴霧等等等的物品，冷氣開關跟電視遙控器共用同一個，這個飯店價錢cp值非常高，唯二不足附近有點髒亂及雖然吃喝便利店各種店家非常多但是約晚上8-9:00過後幾乎8成店家都打烊了，剩下的店家多是燒烤鍋類酒吧類，越晚找找吃的就越難，然後附近環境越晚越髒亂…排除這兩點，就非常推薦住宿，飯店有附停車場，可以寄放行李但看起來飯店人員似乎沒在顧行李要注意防護，不過下回再來釜山我會住在靠5、7出口近的馬路邊的飯店或是海雲台

房間寬敞整潔。位於市區交通方便。房間備品豐富，甚至有提供洗面乳、化妝水還有電棒燙跟定型噴霧。但入住的房間雖然寬敞，但卻沒有任何衣櫃，但空間寬敞，就算雙人行李箱都打開放地上也還很舒適。

酒店的隔音比較差，常常聽見外面或樓上的雜聲。十分滿意房間能夠空間打開2個行李箱，還有空間走路，不會過於狹窄。酒店職員很盡力幫忙客人，特別感謝staff Jee 先生的幫忙。
