The hotel is not a 4 star. The place isn’t very clean including our room. We noticed the flooring in the basement gym was damaged due to water and figured it was from the men’s washroom flooding the main floor likely into the fitness room directly below it. Property shouldn’t be advertised as a 4 star. Maybe a 2 star

We had the double twin bed room which came with two double beds. It worked well for our family since there are 4 of us. It's clean, and staff are friendly. The bathroom is very big compared to the size of the living space. It is close to a train and bus station, which is walkable distance. The hotel is next to the \"food alley\" which was not very lively when we visited and was filled with garbage everywhere. Not sure if it's because of the public holiday and garbage service was suspended. Plenty of bars, including transgender bars right next to the hotel.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The property was also quieter than some hotels I have stayed at in Seoul, allowing for a better night’s sleep. The walk to Seomyon station felt a bit challenging in 90+ temps, but the area was convenient with quick access to restaurants, the market, an underground mall, and more. I would definitely stay here again.

Don’t get fooled by their onsen

They charge their guests KRW9000 to use the onsen & if I had known earlier I would not have booked it & the distance to the nearest subway is about 10 mins walk rather far actually & the surrounding area is a pubbing area. I still prefer Busan Station area for easy access.

Very nice accommodations near the location for the pre-Weekend events. I would stay again. Restaurant and coffee shop downstairs, not a part of the hotel but very convenient for guests. Hotel lobby on 3rd floor. Very accommodating that they had a WOW money exchange machine in lobby. Good rates.

I don't know where to start with this review. Overall, i hope i was unlucky but in my experience I found this to be the most inhospitable hotel i have ever stayed in. On check in, i was told to check out the following day because i had 2 bookings and to leave my bags with reception until 3pm. I was OK with this until the next day im shown a notice when they see my bags saying they wont take responsibility for anything lost. Also at check in i was asked to put a hold on my card. As i had paid in full, i refused and was then told they needed it in case i didn't pay. This made no sense and then i was told in case there were damages. I refused. On day 2, a fire alarm goes off at 2am in my room. It was in Korean only. I had no idea what was happening. I received a note under the door. After writing a formal complaint about the incident, the hotel manager stepped in. Im happy with how he resolved the matter and the rest of the staff need to be trained in customer service. Day 3, i went to breakfast at 940am to be told i could not enter as last admittance was at 930. All notices say breakfast finishes at 10am. Its a buffet. You do not order anything so not sure what this is all about either. Fortunately the manager stepped in for me. In addition, as seen from pictures shower taps were not properly connected to the wall in the second room i stayed in. First room had no issues. Other than the tap, the room was to a high standard. It's a shame about all the other details.

Superb hotel at a good location

Good location.
Staff are helpful and welcoming.
Quality hotel with excellent facilities and good upkeep of the condition of the room. Have stayed in other Solaria Nishitetsu hotels and this one also lives up to the brand name.
Our room had an impressive view of the city from the bathtub.
Unfortunately, a non smoking room had a smokey odour in the main toilet when using the extractor fan. Previous guest seem to not care about the non smoking policy. Such a shame as the room was excellent aside from this. It was resolved by airing the room and installing some scented candles. But it really impacted the first impression.

It's worth for money

In my honest opinion, this hotel is very worth it as it has multiple food options behind the hotel. There is also a mall located behind the hotel and multiple transport options everywhere. It is located very near central busan which allows easy access to malls. Although the views, are not that terrific, unless your planning to enjoy the hotel amenities, it is a excellent worth while.

良かった点:地下鉄7番出口から真っ直ぐでわかりやすい。
部屋の内装が狭くても隅々まで気を配られた、収納の沢山有る連泊に向いたレイアウトになっていた。

気になった点:ウォシュレットが動くものの、温水や位置移動が出来なかった。セーフティーボックスが壊れていて使えなかった。シャワールームの目地に少しカビがあった。

細かい点はありますが、次もなた利用したいです。

It is about middle of 2 metro stations, so it is quite a bit walking if taking metro. Bus maybe better alternative, but still, not close by. You can see stained on carpet. VIP benefit is only 2 bottle of juice for the first 2 days. Hot spring is not free.

Overall had a pleasant stay. Location is very convenient and quite central. A few stops to Busan station and also a few stops away from the beach. Room had a humidifier which was great to have. Room towels are not the best material but usable. The room I stayed at sometimes had noises from the plumbing system from the room above - might just be due to sound proofing issues (but the noise was not consistent so had no issues). Would stay here again due to the convenient location - close to a lot of dining options and shopping.

Location is a considerable walk from two subway stations not exactly close. Rooms are outdated and feel very grim and dark (similar to a motel). We found a metal clip near our pillows at the beginning of our stay. The desk chair provided was very worn and had several tears to the fabric. Sauna is required to paid which was not explicitly indicated on Expedia. Gym's smith machine was unsafe as it could get unhooked during a bench press easily.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. It was central to all the food vendors, shops and public transportation. The only thing we didn’t like was the mold on the edges of the ceiling. It seemed like it was just painted over and the wallpaper in those areas were pealing too. We smelled a hint of mildew/mold but it was very faint. Overall good experience especially the staff.

I don’t think the hotel was accommodating as some other hotels we stayed. Communication was clearly an issue. I reserved a family suite with a king bed and 2 twins for 4 family members. When we got to the hotel around 2:30 pm, I asked the front desk if it was just one single room or a suite as I was confused and the room picture looked like no divider between the king bed and 2 twin beds. I was told it was just one room. Hearing and thinking everyone sharing one bedroom, I asked if we could switch to 2 rooms with 2 twin beds. I was told no. I had no choice but booked another room right away through Expedia . We had to wait in a small lobby to check in a few minutes before 3:00. When I complained about having to book another room during the check in, I was told by another staff I had booked 2 reservations and they could not refund me as I paid Expedia for both already. When I got to the room with the king bed, I found out there is a glass wall and door between 2 bed rooms with 2 bathrooms.

Hotel staff are all very helpful from check in to check out including houskeeping. Location is not very near to subway so need to prepare to walk a bit if you are planning to travel via subway. Hotel room size is acceptable. We do not like the hotel shut down AC as the room get very stuffy so we end up opening the window to have the air flowing but with noisy traffic flowing in as well, maybe can offer a fan or place a fan in the room for this purpose. Other tha that, the room is good.

My friend and I stayed at the hotel for 3 days this month. Location wise, it's great as it has close access to big shopping malls, convenience stores and train/bus station.
But in terms of hotel service, not so great, for a few distinctive reasons. Firstly, the A/C temperature was locked at 27.5 degrees Celsius and could not be adjusted at all. We first thought the A/C remote was faulty but upon calling the hotel staff, only then did they mention this temp. setting was fixed for the months of spring and tried to settle the issue by giving us a fan. We tried to open the window to stay cool as well but were \"welcomed\" with construction sounds coming from the building opposite us. So we decided to turn off the A/C, closed the window, and slept through the clicking sounds of the fan as the fan head turned.

Secondly, we noted an unpleasant smell coming from the drain of the bathroom for the duration of our stay, even when we had cleaning service each day. Air freshener of some sorts would have been pleasant.

For a hotel with such ratings, I really had high expectations. Overall, a disappointing experience.
