Rooms had not been cleaned in a very long time, we requested that our room be cleaned and they assured us it was, but only the towels had just been folded into a basket, not even vacuumed. The plastic sheeting covering the mattress had turned hard and was crumbling into sharp jagged pieces. Black mould in the bathroom. We had to change rooms, but the second room was not much better. The staff at the front desk were at least friendly.

For the price this place was amazing. The bathtub was definitely the best part of the whole room, it was so nice to have a nice long soak after spending the day exploring. The beds were a bit on the hard side and there were a few bumps and scrapes on some of the furniture but overall it was a great stay!

The room was huge with 2 Queen size beds, a living room with a coffee table and TV. The bedroom comes with an additional TV. There is a bath tub and a standalone toilet. Public transport was within walking distance. Plenty of convenient stores nearby such as CU, 7eleven, GS25.

This is a very cute hotel with a really good location for a tourist. Me and my brothers stayed here for 3 nights and it is in such a nice location, all the food around is really good, its a 10minute walk to a street full of amazing night life with tons of really cool bars. There is a convenience store right on the corner going in. Busan is amazing also, it is right next to a subway station which is great and all tourist attractions were within 20-30 minutes. Only downside was that the slipper they gave us were too small.

There are two Hound Hotel. We went to the wrong one in the first day. That was very inconvenient. Even a taxi driver took us to another Hound Hotel. We wish the names of the hotel were different, so we didn't have to waste our time and energy several times.

Good location and price. We noticed that the original room we had smelt smoky, had some mold and there was no frosting on the glass for the shower and toilet so you could see right through. However the reception were top notch and helped us swap rooms the next day without question. Place looks a bit tired and the windows made it hard to tell the time of day in the mornings. Although overall it was a great stay, wonderful staff and the location is very convenient.

NO HOT WATER
STAY AWAY from booking this hotel unless you want a cold shower in freezing weather! We are a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms at this hotel. First of all, the hotel imposed an extra charge for the 3rd person even though one of the rooms we booked allowed 3 people occupancy. The hidden charge was not displayed on Hotels.com. Then no hot water was served at night when we tried to take shower after a long, cold day. Hotel staff asked us to wait until midnight as the water boiler was heating up; however, no hot water was served until the next morning. Hotel staff apologized and offered free breakfast but unwilling to offer refund. I will complain to credit card company and get my refund.

It was a very pleasant stay. Hotel staff service was great & pleasant. Breakfast was delicious. The room was really nice. Location was close to the metro. It actually worked fine since I originally booked to the Seomyeon location & was redirected to the Seomyeon- Beomcheon location. It was really a good deal for a 3 day stay at Hound Hotel. I would recommend this hotel for all things I have mentioned. The friendly & helpful staff alone deserves a recommendation.

Very confortable boutique hotel for our 2 nights stay in busan. Located in a quiet place at night but within 1 km walking distance to seomyeon shopping street. Bed firmness is just nice, not too soft and our family enjoyed our stay here.

The room was dark and felt claustrophobic. Our room was on the smallish side and had a very small window directly next to a building, which allowed very little natural light. Although new the hotel felt very old-fashioned.

호텔이 맞는거죠? 모텔같은건 어쩔수없고 방에 머리카락 굴러다니는건 좀 그랬습니다. 세면대가 밖에있는게 호불호이긴하지만 주변으로 물이 튀어서 좀 불편했네요. 침대방이지만 온돌이라 전반적으로 따뜻해서 좋았구요 넓고 침구도 상태괜찮았습니다.

スタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。また、部屋の広さやゆったりしたバスタブ、それに新しい内装を考えると、この価格はお買い得です。場所について、西面から１駅のポムネゴル駅を降りてすぐというロケーションなのですが、色々と移動してみると、公共交通手段を使うのであればやはり西面駅徒歩圏内のホテルよりは少し不便に感じました。もう一つ、ここはホテルでランドリーサービスを受け付けていないなど、一般的なフルサービスのホテルとは違います。でも親切なフロントスタッフが近くのランドリー店に連れてってくれ、短時間でドライクリーニングを仕上げてくれるよう代理交渉してくれるなど、実質的には困りませんでした。韓国の良いところを感じられて、気持ちの良い滞在になりました。

2日連泊しました。1日目は、ホルムアルデヒドか何なのか、微かに臭いと喉などが少し痛いような症状がありました。あと、一晩中エアコンを点けていたからか、天井のエアコンから水が落ちてきました。2日目は臭いも喉の痛みもなく、エアコンの水漏れもなかったです。もしかしたら、ベッドメイキングに来てくれた際に改善してくれたのかも？
