I 100% would stay here again on my next visit. Super kind and helpful front desk managers. Room was very clean. LOVED how huge the bathroom is! Had the most amazing shower honestly. So quiet and peaceful. A huge plus is that super fancy LG washing machine.4 minute walk to Busan station which is exactly what I needed. 11/10.

First off they stare the fairs showed on hotel.com is not their price and then they made additional charges. The breakfast was horrible. Also, on breakfast when you ask for an additional cup of coffee they charged you for it. The room maintained 79 degrees with the window open.

The shower head was approximately 5 feet high, at its highest point. No grown adult could stand under to get the body wet. The room was set at 23 degrees with no way to change it to a cooler temperature. I and my wife was unable to sleep good because of the heat. If you opened the window you was getting no sleep due to the train station being beside the hotel. Skip breakfast if you want something good and if you do eat breakfast be prepared to pay for coffee after the first cup. One morning was enough for me. Not all negative the rooftop bar was ok and staff up there was wonderful. The front desk had a very confrontational man working it and blamed other staff for the mistakes on my bill. I received an email from the hotel saying bill was paid in full don’t worry about paying. Look just like this:
Hello, This is Hound Hotel Busan Station.

Since your room charge has been paid correctly at the hotel, there is no additional amount to pay when you check in.
Our check in time is after 3:00 pm.
See you on the check in time

Thank you.
Buy the gentleman assured me that a staff member did it by accident and I needed to pay an additional 68 dollars. I asked the guy why my bill was paid prior to me getting there since I selected I would pay at the hotel. He stated that because no many people was no showing they was charging us a deposit prior to us arriving. Probably need to check the fine print on that one but hey what the heck. I will not be staying there again due to this conflict

The lobby looks small but don't let that fool you. Be sure to go up to the roof top pool, especially at night. It's a great view of the city!

Very nice staff. I was upgraded by very nice workers for the night shift.
The style of the hotel was very modernistic and comfortable to say the least.
The a/c full blast facing the bed and very interesting combination of shower with tub. The shower how no floor divider per se, all-in-one which is very nice experience. Handicap friendly I would say.
The room was nice and big enough to lay out my luggages’ flat and open.
Breakfast was different.
Very good coffee.
Very nice options.
The front desk was kind enough to recommend Korean breakfast for me to try, and glad I did!
Very delicious, and I wish I could have stomached it all. Each bit had such amazing flavor and felt comfortable for my stomach.
The hotel as nice and toasty for the cold weather hitting Busan during my stay. Mid-November is very “fresh” in Busan. Be prepared with a warm coat/jacket. Think Canada or NYC cold.

Breakfast was really good especially for that price. The staff were so patient, nice and helpful. We were tired after a long day and when asking front desk to help us order food delivery, he was super patient and helpful with suggestions and ideas. I loved their laundry machines especially the dryer! It will sense that the clothes are not dry and will add extra time on its own. I do have a suggestion. I had room 502 (I think) and it was just short on counter space. I just wish they had a ledge right below the TV so there can be more counter space to use.

Stayed 4 nights in deluxe double. Clean and modern. Odd shape with a lot of wasted space which meant it felt smaller than its advertised size. Restaurant was more of a cafe and adjoined the small pool on the top floor. Smelt greasy. Menu was limited and food didnt appear to be freshly prepared. Location of hotel very convenient for getting around being so close to all main transport hubs. Important as Busan is so large and sighta are spread across a large area. There are also a fair selection of cafes and restaurants close by.

AC sounded like a tractor with the air blowing directly on you, couldn’t be changed. Our room had a terrace which harboured mosquitoes, so if you turned the AC off and opened the door, they came in. There was also a rainwater pipe boxed off in the middle of the room so if it rained, which it did, it was incredibly noisy.

We choose this place as it was close to Busan's main train station so the location was great for coming and going from the city itself.
The room was nice and has a clothing steamer so you can go out looking fresh.
The breakfast was good but was not set up when i went down 30 min after it was suppised to have opened.

We liked the view where we could see a glimpse of the ocean, buildings along the sea and all the trains coming and going from our terrace. The room was very nice but a bit too much design over functionality.
Swam in the pool once, very nice!
Close to buses, metro and train is a big plus.

Detta hotell har sina för- och nackdelar.

Fördelar ✅
- Vi valde rumstypen Deluxe Double Room, Terrace och det är verkligen ett gigantiskt och lyxigt rum som jag starkt rekommenderar om ni har möjlighet. Har aldrig bott så stort för så lite pengar, jämförelse vad det brukar kosta.
- Städningen går att välja varje dag, och den har varit helt okej.
- Vi fick ett litet häfte med rabatterad mat i restaurangen och två välkomstdrinkar (kaffe, sparkling wine eller risvin).
- Men rekommenderar starkt restaurangen; vi åt både middag och frukost där och det var riktigt gott!
- Hotellet är väldigt nära centralstationen och det var skönt att kunna gå till hotellet när vi väl kom fram!
- Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlar som går att använda för 10.000 won (för båda).
- Det finns en superfin pool längst upp som går att använda från väldigt tidigt till sent, DOCK…

Nackdelar ❎
- Fortsättning… kostar det extra med handdukar vid poolen. Vi fick alltså använda våra ”duschhandukar” som fanns på rummet, vilket jag inte tycker är så fräscht sen när man ska duscha och bli ren efter poolandet.
- Vi hade en superlyxigt terrass, men fick inte tillgång till dynor till stolar, hammock eller solstolar
- Finns flera lampor i olika rum, men vi reagerade på att det inte finns någon nattlampa så antingen var det JÄTTELJUST eller bläcksvart. Om ni ska bo här länge, ta med en portabel liten lampa är ett tips.
- Det bjuds inte på några extra hygienartiklar som andra liknande hotell brukar erbjuda

Great location! It’s like 6 mins walk from Busan Station, local metro and bust stations. Very accessible to taxi’s. The hotel itself is pretty modern. We stayed in a twin and it’s still very spacious for 2 people. A/C works well and they have great amenities. Staff was helpful and friendly. There’s a rooftop bar and welcome drinks were given when when checked in. Breakfast buffet is reasonably priced although we didn’t try it. I love that they have a n LG styler inside our room where u can get your clothes steamed and freshened up.

Great hotel at a great price

We had such a great stay at this hotel in Busan. The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels we had stayed at on our trip. Unfortunately the pool was closed for construction while we were there but it looked great. We did get to enjoy the roof top bar which was really nice. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful with all our needs. Overall we had a fantastic stay and this was our favorite hotel on our trip.

Loved our stay at Hound Hotel Busan Station. Convenient if coming by train from Busan station. Only wished it was a little nearer as it was winter time but on better weather definitely easy walk. The styler was a joy to use as our winter jackets could use some refreshing. The staff were friendly and we were able to check-in earlier than 3pm. Staff recommended eating places which was really good we ended up eating there twice.

요즘 어디 숙소를 가든 보통 숙소 계정이 있는데 넷플릭스 지원이라고 해놓고 본인 계정으로 연동해야하고 숙소 계정 없는 건 좀 충격이었어요….. 이불이랑 베개에 좀 오염된 부분도 있었고 무엇보다 온수풀 너무너무 기대한 것과 달리 밖이 뚫려있어서 그런건지 너무너무 미지근하고 추웠어요ㅠㅠ 직원분들은 너무 친절하셨고 방 전체적인 컨디션은 괜찮았는데 위에 적은 세가지는 꼭 고쳐주셔야 할 것 같습니다

We liked the proximity of hotel to Busan train station, and some of the really good dining options around the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and able to converse in English, which makes things a lot easier. Hotel seems relatively new and is rather spacious, and even has a styler available in the room for use during our stay. For this pricing, I’d definitely recommend to anyone considering for their stay in Busan

Stayed 2 nights in Busan. The hotel is a 4 minute walk from Busan KTX station, take Exit 5 and walk direction Asti hotel, just 2 blocks up the road, easy. Excellent reception, very helpful. Plenty of great local restaurants to explore. Huge room, especially the bathroom was super clean and well appointed.

Great view from the 12th floor cafe and pool, excellent access to restaurants and shopping in an around the Busan station. Bus stops made it easy to get around as well.

Room was comfortable, staff friendly, and the one meal we had on the 12th floor did not disappoint.

방에 설치된 TV의 위치가 침대에 누워서 시청하기에 불편합니다. 좁은 공간에 방을 억지로 만든 형태의 구조인듯합니다. (복도 맨 끝방에 투숙함), 그리고 객실에서 업무를 볼 수 있는 편의시설이 불편합니다. 화장대도 없어서 불편했습니다. 라운지 음료 쿠폰 10%는 무의미한듯 합니다. 다른 것을 제공하면 좋을 듯 합니다.

I stayed for the proximity to Busan Station and for the Waterbomb Festival. Staff was extremely friendly and it was very sweet to place the care package outside my door when I asked not to be disturbed. The restaurant was sub-par, however. Breakfast was great but the offerings for dinner did not meet expectations.

The front desk staff was great! They were friendly and helpful. The property is near Busan Station which makes it easy to get around on the train, subway and bus transportation systems. At first I thought the hotel was in an industrial area because it was next to a car repair shop and train tracks. Surprisingly just a block away is the train station and across the street from Chinatown with lots of places to eat. The rooms are spacious and clean. One oddity is that the water closet is separate from the shower. What was odd was that the door to the water closet was coated with a smoke tint instead of being opaque, so it lacked privacy. Other than that the room was spacious and clean.
